Im very Particular about my cars. I waited over a year for my custom ordered car to arrive. I asked the dealer not to wash it and leave it as it came from shipping. Stickers, wrap, dirt and all!I delivered my car with 9 miles to Charisma Auto Salon to have it washed/clayed/polished and fully Ceramic Coated. When i say fully, he did the wheels, calipers, paint, plastics, interior trim, seats, EVERYTHING.I couldnt be happier with the finished product! The car just shimmers in the sun unlike other cars with the same Color. Even after 500 miles in 4 days of driving the car looks clean and sparkles enough for people to comment on it multiple times a day. To say its a head turner is an understatement.The best part was the communication. I was sent pictures and messages through the whole process. They had my car multiple days and even called to make sure that it was ok that the odometer was going to roll over to 10 mi from moving the car (less than an actual 1/2 mile was put on the car total). This attention to detail and customer service is second to none. I will be trusting Charisma Auto Salon for all my Car detail needs as well as telling all my friends who the best is! Michael was amazing and very talented. He answered any question I had and informed me of the whole process. I got a polish and 2 year ceramic coat. The car looks better than! One of the nicest guys you will ever meet!

I took my 2016 Mustang GT to Michael and it came back a new car. He explained everything he would do in detail, gave me an accurate time frame of when it would be done and kept me in the loop throughout the process. He did decontamination, wash, paint correction and we went with ceramic coating. I was skeptical about getting the scratches and swirls out but he was able to exceed mine and my wifes expectations. I highly recommend Charisma to anyone who wants to receive amazing customer service from a knowledgeable owner, an amazing finished product, and even a follow up to ensure that expectations were met!

There will never be another place on this earth where I will get my car detailed as long as Michael is operating Charisma. I have seen him do even the smallest detailing job and he takes it very seriously. We accidentally locked my cat in the garage overnight one time and he crawled into my Moms mustang and peed in one seat and pooped in the other. Dealership high grade chemicals could not remove the smell after several attempts, and we grew tired of the scent of black ice, so we brought it here for the atom deodorizer or whatever the name is. The smell is gone, and now it smells like a new car again. We have brought candy totally melted into seats to him and he has removed it without a glimpse of the candy left over. We have chemical spills he has taken out of black interior and polished it to look new. He is incredible at what he does and I am very excited for the day his clientele grows to where he can open up a shop somewhere to operate full time. Thank you so much Michael.

Michael at Charisma Auto Salon is extremely knowledge about his trade and the products he uses. I had a full polish done and the Feynlab 3 year ceramic treatment applied.My black Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG was riddled with swirl marks, hazing, and orbital burn marks from a previous, poor polish job as well as 45,000 miles of daily driving. Michael made it better than new. The paint is so smooth, so shiny, and polished to such a sheen that you can see the pores in your skin in the paint. It is flawless. Even the hazy carbon fiber was no issue for Charisma.I would reccomended Michael and Charisma Auto Salon to anyone with a luxury or sports vehicle that is looking for someone that knows how to handle your pride and joy, or if you just want your daily driver to look factory fresh again.
