These guys do the best job in the area. They stand there with a car cleaning scrub broom and get harder areas before you go in your vehicle into the wash process, and their wash process is more thorough. Its as clean a job as Ive seen with a car wash instead of by hand, and they do a good job detailing also if you have the time and money.I use to go to the stand alone one up close to 85 and the Mall of GA but I havent been there since. Its not even close to as good.

I paid $36 for this! Pics are self explanatory, they did slightly better after I complained, they told me that to take care of the dust I need to pay for a DETAIL job. For the record the truck has 5000 miles, fairly new, I just went three days into a dusty job site.Even they redo for free their work, I had to waste my time going for a second time.I asked: how much is to get this truck clean? I thought $36 was I didnt expect a wax and buffing job, but at least a dust free truck.Also, I specifically told them, NO TIRE SHINE, they apply it anyways.

Fast, friendly service. Very accommodating. Got emissions in less than ten minutes for less than 20 dollars. I will return for a wash and all my emissions tests from now on.

DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. They offer full service auto detailing to their customers but they have no heat in the lobby or hot water in the bathroom in Feb 40 degree weather. You should tell your customers this before they pay for service and sit in a lobby for over an hour because there’s only one person detailing each car even though there’s 3 other guys standing around with their hands in their pockets. Oh they did have a heater atop of the counter that helped Zero%; if I could add the photo to this review, I would.

Good place to go to get your car washed the only problem I have is when they wash your windshield they always leave a film on the inside and I always have to go over and redo them I dont know what is on their towels but I always gets all over my windshield drives me up the wall but other than that they do a good job

Im not sure if they are under new management or what but today I ran through because we were in a hurry. I had stopped coming here because my car was never clean and the blue soap would not rise off. Today, the gentleman actually scrubbed my entire car and I am grateful. Thank you sir...just wish they would give you some heat in there.

Contact number needs to be updated. Been trying to call them for 2 days now and no one answers. Came yesterday to get my car washed at 5:50pm. They had the entrance blocked. A female employee looked at me as I pulled up. I saw another car about to enter the cycle. she turned her head and walked away. Now I’m trying to call to cancel my membership and no one is answering.

Update - Previous review was four months ago, spoke to Mr.Shami in person today. He said we were only going to do a car wash instead of the car wash and clean as promised. I will not return to this location again.Extremely disappointing car wash. I previously came in with my Toyota Corolla, and two nice ladies cleaned inside and out nicely. I was pleased and gave them a tip. I came the next day with my mom’s mini van and gave the guy a tip before he finished cleaning. The inside was still dirty. Why am I paying 25+, if you cannot clean a simple car? He had the music all the way up as well. Does he think it is his car? My mom and I would not be returning to this lackadaisical location.

I had my car hand washed since I brought my baby and definitely wouldn’t be able to get a good vacuum/cleaning in. Quinton was the professional who made my car shine! He did an amazing job with getting everything clean, including every detail. I was also very happy with his friendliness, and care. I definitely recommend this place! And the hand wash was just $35 for a big suv. Great place, great professionals, and great prices!!

Clean area and they offer unlimited car wash starting at $10. The biggest downfall is it does not offer a mat cleaner machine like the other car wash centers in the area. I was a bit frustrated after paying to clean the car but still ended up having to go to my previous center to clean my car mats.

Long waits and customer service is not good. I got a hand car wash and i have to wait for 2.5 hours, the big white guy with the beard is not polite at all! I visited HOMETOWN USA EXPRESS WASH-LUBE on Sunday afternoon on 8/19/20 to have my wifes 2012 Hyundai Genesis washed. I have the monthly $10 membership wash. Upon entering the wash, the attendant did his usual pre-wash by hand. when he was done, he appeared to have a problem getting his computer to set my wheels in motion to put my car thru the wash. He turned and ask me how much I paid for the wash. After about 3-4 minutes he finally got it going. I noticed the tire cleaner portion of the cycle, was extended out near the path of the car. My car seemed to go through OK. As I exited the parking lot I felt my car rumbling and it sounded like a flat tire. I got out of the car to find both tires on my drivers side were going flat. Both valve stems were damaged, one hanging by a thread and the other about gone as well. I made it just across the street to the Mavis/NTB Tire center. The mechanic said something damaged the 2 TPMS valve stems.I paid $130.99 to Mavis Tire center to replace them.I immediately went back to HOMETOWN USA EXPRESS WASH-LUBE to explain to the mechanic onsite. He asked me to come back during the week and speak to the owner.I spoke to the owner on Tuesday 8/18. After a grand tour of his wash process, he said HIS machines couldnt possibly do that, and he was NOT going to pay the $130.99 I paid to repair the damage.Being a business man myself, I understand good customer service and this certainly was not what I expected. My father use to say KNOWLEDGE you attain, but WISDOM comes with age. Ill skip the future legalities and just say that after cancelling my $10 monthly membership, Ill have my $130.99 recouped in 13 months. I wonder how much he loses after getting this review. Go figure. Enjoy your blessings.

The car wash damaged my rims on my black Volkswagen Beetle. The owner argued with him having no responsibility for the damages. No resolution given. Will file a claim in court. No upper management to talk to. Just wanted to resolve my issue. Had a great experience with my other car but in this situation they didn’t want to take responsibility for there actions. Outside of the car...great. Inside...horrible!! Dash, windows, seats, cup holders nothing was wiped. Had to ask the guy to come back in and at least wipe the thick layer of dust from the dash. Wont be back.

New ownership gives off the vibe of being very cheap. The guy who changed my oil was very friendly and did a great job. The have remodeled the inside and took out the customer service counter. I will probably find somewhere else to get my oil changed from now on.

I just came from this place and im very upset.... my car is more dirty now than before I took it in. 23 bucks down the drain. They even lost a part to the inside part of my door. Nothing was wiped down on the inside. No windows were cleaned nothing... i wont ever go back and I hope you wont waste your money here.

I get the Liberty full service wash bc its an excellent value. The service is on point, very professional, and fast. I get my Sonata washed at least once a month. I highly recommend this place if u want your car washed. Get the monthly plan if u plan on washing ur car once a week or more FYI.

Moved to the area in November have been to this car wash several times. Always awesome results. $28 very reasonable for the wash and interior cleaned package I get. Even took my mother there to get her car cleaned when visiting from out of state. She was blown away.

I like the self serve vacuums here (towels and spray provided), but the car wash didn’t get my windshield clean! I chose the basic wash but there were still bugs on my grill and hood...

I gave them a true challenge with my Toyota Tundra today and Quinton and his team did an amazing detail job. Like driving a new truck!!! He was very detailed and accepted the challenge to remove all the dog hair and makeup I left in my truck. I highly recommend him for any detailing needs you have. Thank you Hometown team!!! First of all I give the service staff and cashier 5 stars for customer service. Car wash was 4 stars, could of gotten 5 stars but the windows on the inside could have been done better.I know it’s not fair for the 1 star rating but I want to make sure the Asia man who I believe is the owner notices. He needs some training in customer service. My area of expertise is customer service and he has no idea of how to handle people. I walked up to the counter to pay and I stood there for several minutes, no one came. Finally this man looks around the corner, says or does nothing. I stood there for several more minutes and so did he talking to l believe the cashier. Still no response. Finally I held up my hand with my cash, then finally he tells the cashier to come out.I have talked to several other people who have experienced customer service issues with who I believe are the owners. I and several others will not be returning.

I used to go to this carwash all the time but was treated so rudely by one of the employees the last time I visited that I wont be back. I complained to management but still wont return in fear that hes still there. There are lower priced places to go.

This used to be a top notch car wash. New ownership has changed the process and quality has significantly reduced. They removed the vacuum station from the finishing station and the greeting station personnel do not vacuum well. They also changed out the labor force and the new guys are not as hard working.

My wife took her car in for an oil change on 1/15/18. When she got in her car the cabin air filter cover was on the dash. She had to get their attention and have them install it before she left. After she had driven off she noticed that here car was quite a bit louder when accelerating than usual so she turned around and brought it back. When she asked if it could have something to do with the filters they told her that would not have caused it. So they performed some test on it and said everything is fine and gave her a place to call to have her transmission checked out. When I got home I immediately saw the problem.... After checking the engine air filter the Technician did not close the cover down on it. So my recommendation is for this business to stick with just being a car wash.

Damaged my brand new car and then made up some lies about what possibly happened...filed a claim with insurance and the police. Apparently this happens alot here. I have time to fight this out but please dont make the same mistakes and go here.

I had my 2011 Ford F150 for a full detail inside and out and the guy told me $200 which i knew it was around that price cuz it was kinda dirty but when i picked it up it was like they didnt even touched it inside. Under the seats it was untouched. Why do they call it detailed? That doesnt cover under the seats? And they kept the truck there overnight which i was ok with it. When i got home i had to detail it myself. You guys suck.

Well be very careful here especially if you have a black vehicle and plan on getting it washed. You will leave with more scratches you came with and the small Asian lady does not care for customers you can pay 30$ for a car wash and they will not whip the whole car off. Do not waste your time or put your car at risk!!!

Absolutely horrible! The car wash barely washed my car and while in the wash the water smelt like death! To top it off the vacuums were so bad my home vacuum has more suction than theirs did. This place will close down in no time.

Guy at the place told me the $18 car wash was NOT a full service when they have a big f... sign promoting it. So I got nailed with the $23 one. The cleaning was not good. I had to remind the employee to clean windows inside and out. After all said and done, I ended up finishing some areas myself. Not coming back...

I came in for the first time after driving by this car wash for years. I was laughed at by the staff when I did not see the directions and I thought it was very rude. I will not come back or recommend it.

Did a hand wash on my sons car...the car came home still fairly dirty and missing a phone charger cord and some money left in the cup holder. Yes, I know personal effects shouldnt be left in the vehicle, but neither should the employees be taking anything that isnt theirs. Management seemed uninterested in correcting the problem. So we will be uninterested in patronizing them again in the future.

THUMBS DOWN! Did not clean my car properly. Still had dirt on my car when It was “supposedly” washed. Detailer made it clear that he was having a stressful day and he had a lot of cars to clean and he gave me an attitude because of that(African-American male with glasses) Very unprofessional... I feel as though my money was entirely wasted. I will never go here again. Also, extremely overpriced considering the TERRIBLE job they did.

If I could give this place negative star ratings I would do so. This by far was the worst car washing place that I have ever been to. I paid $60 for my carpet to be partially cleaned( there were candy wrappers and trash still on the floor clear as day ) and for a crappy car wash that left my car still dirty. Not only was the Service below standard and extremely overpriced,but the employees were rude as well. The person who detailed my car actually got an attitude with me when I pointed out visible trash on my floor still. He explained that that is not what the package covered. After that I paid for what I had to and walked out. I highly DO NOT recommend Getting anything done at this terrible, unprofessional place.

After servicing my cars there for years, not coming back ever. One of the managers raise his voice at me because he tought I was going to drive trougth their unatended bay, I was not, and when I told him not to raise his voice at people, I never said a bad word or even raised my voce, he called me an idiot and did not let the technitian take my car in. Never coming back

I just brought my wife car up there. Then came back with my truck to get cleaned. And they told me they couldnt because I had alittle sand in the back of the the truck bed.its a car wash, they could of just taken a minute to wash it out. Ridiculous

Went in for ladies day $20 oil change special. They told me I needed the expensive oil change, which didnt make sense to me but I agreed. After looking at my invoice they said things were checked and ok, including my tires but I needed air in my tires and they didnt do it nor note that I needed it. Wont go back for anything.
