Paid $36 for a full service. I wish I would’ve read the reviews prior to my service AND checked my car before driving away. I gave a $10 tip thinking they would’ve done a great job, as I expressed I really needed the interior cleaned. $46 wasted.

This was the 3rd time I used their services. Tried to give them a chance to redeem themselves but to no avail. Paid for the full package- $36 and tipped. All 3 times they had me sit out in the sun after exiting the wash to have all the still sudsy water dry on all the windows. The inside windows were all very inadequately cleaned, streaked badly when sun hits or at night. Wont go back, sorry.

Picture says everything. Stay away. Interior looked like it wasnt even touched and exterior work was sloppy with new solution marks. Not surprising considering the whole clean took less than ten minutes. Went back to address my concerns and the manager wasnt much help. She just told me that I had to purchase the detailing plan for dusts and stains that could have been easily been removed with a towel. The employee that worked on my car is obnoxious for tips. Only employee that was helpful was the elderly man upfront.

The only reason I am posting this review this is my second time getting interior only done 16 dollars plus the tip. 10 dollars. Why did I pay someone to detail the inside when my 12 year old could have done a better job. Will not be going back here

I have come to this establishment and utilized their services for several of my vehicles throughout the years and so giving this place a review so long overdue! The staff here is very informative, detail-oriented, and have excellent customer service. The cleanliness of this establishment in and outside of their building, the organization, even down to the cleanliness of the restrooms! The restrooms smelled amazing by the way! The interior decor was exceptional and had a welcome to the south country style feel to it! It is coated conveniently within walking distance for both locals and anyone traveling in town for their is a wonderful hotel located across the street, shopping centers, restaurants, etc. They even have a Jiffy lube in conjunction with their establishment and have ongoing offers that rewards you with the convenience and discount of getting service from both providers! I have always loved Mr. Clean products in general and having a car wash and it be as detailed and coordinated with the staff and the hospitality they offer with customer service, comfortable seating inside and outside, merchandise and products sold inside, including snacks and beverages! I highly recommend you experience the business that helps you shine!

I went to Mr. Clean Car Wash on Aug 7, 2021 & spent $26 dollars for a full service. My expectation was that the car would be washed & deep vaccumed w/ wiping of dash, doors, etc. Nothing was wiped in the car & only the front top part of mat was vaccumed. I know my car isnt the cleanest but, I personally feel like I would have done better w/ going to a $7 dollar car wash & vaccuming my own car by myself. I was almost upsold to a $30 car wash from a service member but, I declined. Wouldnt recommend anyone to this business at all. I have experienced better services for cheaper from competitors. Deeply saddened by my experience.

Awesome place with great service. The workers and the management team is awesome and very helpful. I would recommend all day any day. The team that dry your vehicle is also the best. Great service and awesome prices.

Joshua Smith at the Duluth location had amazing customer! He was able to get every single stain out of my car and my car looks and smells great. He paid attention to every little detail and left my car looking brand new. I will definitely be coming back! He was so friendly and we had good conversation. This is the type of customer service that every business needs.

Literally waited in this line behind two cars for 15 minutes. They were only letting one car through at a time. At times no cars were going through. We were just sitting and waiting for the girl to come back out and send us through.

I have been coming here for a number of years. This last time my vehicle was cleaned subpar. I wish it had been done better considering how much I tipped.

Paid $36 for the car wash plus full service detailing.Not really worth it - they missed all the pollen under the wipers, pollen under the spoiler, pollen between the door frames. Came home and wiped it all down myself with a wet cloth. Make sure you check their work before driving off.

Great place to get a car wash. They offer many different options and even have a place to get oil changes. You can get your typical washes that are offered everywhere and then they offer detailing. If you dont want you car detailed all of the car washes come with access to free vacuums and even spray bottles with cleaning spray and rags that you can use to wipe and or dry your car.

Ok car wash for light washing. If you have a very dirty car, or are particular about how you get your car cleaned, I would advise going to an all hand wash facility. They have good customer service and a nice waiting room with free snacks however

Not bad. Youre really paying for convenience. Got the $36 wash...good if you need 1st wash...one month unlimited washes after. Do yourself a favor and get the cheaper $10 monthly from another car was and clean the inside yourself. This place doesnt knock out any tough stains you may have. Friendly staff!

I just want to give a kudos to Cameron he was very helpful and accommodating. I came in today to get a wash and they were not operating at full capacity so they were only doing exterior only. I asked Cameron can I at least get them to dry. Instead of just say no and turning me away he was more than willing and very professional he Rocks!

Always great customer service. Great prices. I just wish they would take the blue color out of the water, it always leaves blue streaks on my car when I drive off.

I came here for the first time and while location wise, it was slightly confusing about how to get started since the layout is a bit odd, everything else was amazing! The team working led me to where to start, helped me choose a package for what I needed and treated me with respect and more! They were incredibly kind, respectful and just provided out of this world above and beyond service! I will definitely go back next time to get my car cleaned. It looked wonderful and they were caring for my property. Highly recommended!

Terrific place! I go here for every routine maintenance item - tire rotation, fuel injection cleaning, transmission fluid, obviously oil and filter changes, and more. I also go here for every vehicle inspection. Everyone is always friendly, they dont hard up-sell, and if there is a long line (usually not) they are working to get everyone done quickly. You also get free carwash with just about any service. The carwash is a nice bonus but I would still go here anyway. :-)Oh, and they also have an awesome full service carwash - cool tunnel, full interior options, and free self-service vacuums. Nice indoor cafe to wait in while they clean your car. Just a great place to go!

They are short staffed so there is a wait but they are very very diligent at cleaning your car very well.

This was my first time there and they did a great job!

I brought the car with very strong smoke smell. The smoke smell was strong enough to make me sick. I didnt honestly expect them too much, but in fact they cleaned it. (It costed close to $200. FYI) They know what they can do.

Took my car by and left it to have a $160.00 detail....called next day to see if it was ready...was told it was....got there to pick up....it had not been touched...was told there was an infestation of Ants in car that I would have to solve before they could detail....

Came 30 minutes till close as advertised. Guy with glasses turn away oil change well before 6. Hour should change when you stop taking customers. Told me to go to another business. I saw a car just pull in for service but I get declined because I was right behind the car...

Mr Clean Car Wash did great job as usual. Best times to go are weekdays before Friday and before 5pm. No wait times

I got a car wash, noticed something was a bit different today as a few steps in the process seemed to have been skipped, and my car was still dirty afterwards. I demanded my account be cancelled, and now I want a refund. Nobody wants to refund me. Ive been here 3 times (today included).

Super nice staff that took care of shampooing my car super quick. They fit me in last minute when they didnt have to be so kind to do so, and they were less expensive than the last place I went to.

I visited the car wash on Pleasant Hill Road on Sunday. Poor customer service. They only had 1 person cleaning the cars. The Manager said she was not trained to clean the cars. WTH?

Went here for an emissions test . They did it with responsible time . When getting a emission test you do get a free car wash .

Machine broke down before we entered, so only one side was working after entered the car wash.

I chose this car wash over Ultra car wash because they were a little closer. Not only is their basic car wash more expensive, but my car was still wet when it came out, and all of the vacuum stations were closed. I couldn’t vacuum out my car afterwards or get a towel to finish drying my car since every station had cones in front of it.*edit: it appears that they reply to the Google reviews asking people to email them solely for making it look like they care about their customers. I reached out to them as Soon as they responded to my original review, and haven’t heard anything in over a Week,

The guy at the ticket booth was really kind and helpful. He helpe me understand each choice and what the option came with. It was beaming hot and he was really sweating, and I felt bad for him, and asked if he needed a baby wipe. He accepted kindly and told me that he doesnt mind standing outside because he likes helping people who has questions. Very kind man. He was also patient with me and helped me stay within budget (without pressuring me to spend more).

I had been driving from Las Vegas to Atlanta so my car was covered in bugs all over it was so nasty. I was not familiar with the area and I happened to pass by this location.Matthew (the operator) was so incredibly helpful and professional while being very friendly and personable. He helped me through the whole process and had his coworkers help hand scrub my car to get the bugs off. He even helped himself. The whole staff had a great attitude, and a smile on it was wonderful. My car was so shiny and like new when I left. So happy!I would 100% recommend this place to everyone.

So they definitely dont clean inside your car. They over charged me as well and told me I would have to come up there again to get it cleaned after explaining the details of what the car looked like I was then offered a refund that I would have to drive back to the location to get. Also the marks all over my car?? This place is a nightmare. If you like a clean car go elsewhere.

I came to pay for the wash and a nice man helped me out after my wash was done it was time to get my car detailed there were two ladies that detailed my car one with a short cut and one with black hair the one with the short hair was very nice the other one was disrespectful and had an attitude because it was my first time there and I didn’t know anything about DETAILING her attitude messed up my whole day but overall nice car wash my car was clean

If you come here for The Super Shine Complete Detail think twice before you spend $185+Tip for what seems to be just a regular (interior / exterior) wash, they advertise it as the most Complete wash and they did not even opened the trunk or the hood, I had to finish the middle console at home because it was left untouched as well. If you come here just get the cheapest wash and get ready to do the final touches yourself. Super Shine Complete Detail for $185... Not worth it.

This location is extremely unprofessional, The manager David H, is rude and non-compassionate with his customers! to say I have been frequenting this location for many years now after yesterday‘s experience I will not be back and I hope this location isn’t in business much longer the way they handle customer situations!

We pulled up at 4:23 to get a car wash and the hours on the site, maps and even their location says “9-6” and it’s completely closed. We see the “free vacuums” sign and there’s cones in each space. Don’t advertise being open on multiple platforms and then not be open. A waste of a trip and time.

Paid for a full service wash. Ended up having to pull into the self service and do the job myself. Exterior and interior of a 3 month old car. Go somewhere else or do it yourself.

First off the guy didnt relay the message that if i paid 20 dollars for a car wash i wouldnt get the interior clean but for 26 i could however sense i had already paid for the 20. Dollar one i had to then pay 16 more dollars to get my interior cleaned ive been a customer here for years and never have i felt so misinformed. And underminded. I used to be able too come get an 8 dollar car wash and have that taken off my oil change theyre much better deals in town i wont be coming back here

As usual I had to pay to get my car cleaned inside extra and then I had to go back and clean it myself because every time Ive gone the last three times it has not been clean they just like wiped over instead of wiping it and cleaning it I am very disappointed and will probably never go back there again

Have been coming to this Mr. Clean for almost 8 years. Never had any issues and the few that I did have were always resolved promptly.

This is the worst place you could go get your car washed. Don’t go, I repeat, do not go. My friend went to get her car washed and they damaged it, and the worst thing is that they were unapologetic about it and hanged up call on my friend.. Very Rubbish people.

Great service but they didnt take the time to vaccum all the dog hair I had in the back of my truck. I payed for the Platinum Service. Other than that they did a great job and were quick.

When I tell you this is the absolute best car wash Ive been to that hardly says anything, this car wash is so awesome I feel as if when you go through the carwash it cleans your car a bit more efficient than your normal automated car washes that you drive through. Also then you have the option if you want to have your car waxed shine and buff after your car wash now this is particularly an option you dont have to get it but I highly recommend that you do get it. Again this is the Lawrenceville area I do not live in but I will gladly drive my happy behind here to get my car washed waxed shine and buff they even put tire shine on your tires this place is absolutely amazing and I love it if they had 10 Stars I would give them 10 Stars

I Signed up for the fast pass package and as a business owner myself customer service is very important to me. First thing I didn’t receive a receipt so I called to ask for one and I guess I shouldn’t ask for a receipt because the response I received wasn’t what I expected. I called back 10 minutes later because I didn’t receive it and with an attitude I was told her manager was emailing it but that was never told to me when I called the first time so I decided to cancel my memebership the very first day I purchased it. I drive to another Mr clean location thinking the membership I paid for would still be active and was embarrassed had to call this location to find out I spent $32 for 1 car wash because they canceled the month I paid for as well without any Explanation on how things are done. When the email was sent there should be details on what happens or your cashier should explain the process when something is canceled. What I would like is my money back because I refuse to walk into any business and deal with attitudes.

They are consistent with the way they clean cars. I have had a good experience each visit. Ive also had an oil change, car inspection and tire rotation at this location. You can get a free car wash when getting these services.

Paid for basic wash and shine tires but after I vaccumed my car, I noticed that the tires were not shine, so I asked to one of the detailer workers about it, and that young lady so kindly added the glossy thing to my car, i will be back to this place, it is recommended

This place is so wonderful! On the day that the weather is really terrible, I really wanted carpet shampoo for my car but no where there was available for us. And then i just called and double checked this place. The manager said that you should be able to come by. Then when I arrived to this place they were literally closed because of the weather. But the manager who’s I have spoken to, he said that we have to keep the promise because I have driven a long way from Stone Mountain to get here, so. And definitely the service was so awesome! I highly recommend this place. Btw, I really appreciate y’all, especially Brandon (manager).

This was my first visit to this business and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I do think that I will be returning to get the monthly service deal seeing that I have Birds that love my tree and unfortunately my vehicle. They offer several levels car washes depending on your need or desire for a simple external wash or detailing your vehicle inside and out.

The few members of the staff I interacted with were very polite and helpful. I called before hand to compare prices and ended up picking this place. I had a toddler that didnt keep his food down and redecorated one of my back seats. I was told about the option to just get that area done but I figured why not clean all of the seats and doors. The truck was cleaned in the time they said but they didnt clean it all the way. Dont get me wrong you can tell the difference from where they wiped and made the interior shiny again but there is still a stain on the seat and a smell 😷

It took nearly 45 minutes to get in and out of there. Truck looked ok, but I had to re-clean my windshield on the inside. They need to have different window cleaning towels then the regular towels they wipe off a vehicle with. It leaves way too many streaks and I had to redo it. 36 bucks should have gotten me a better result

I have used Mr. Cleaning Lawrenceville for years it obviously has changed ownership throughout those years I lived in Lawrenceville down the street they used to do an extremely great job, months ago I used them and I just was unsatisfied with their cleaning but I always go back to them yesterday I took my two-door BMW to be cleaned someone decided it wasn’t worth it for them to lean over and clean one of my side back windows I didn’t notice until I got home but yet again I took a car there today to get cleaned before leaving I looked on the passenger side and the person didn’t even attempt to vacuum the back seat area I decided since I passed a car wash In Dacula where I live to go all the way to the car wash in Lawrenceville I am as of today going to pay the higher price to get a better job done I do not recommend this car wash anymore once I got home on the car that I had clean today they didn’t even attempt to go around the windows where pollen has sat around and even try to wash it down it’s just a terrible job for what you’re paying for no longer will I travel to pay for a horrible job! They are more concerned with the speediness of getting the cars washed and out the door then taking the time to get the job done.

I love Mr. Clean car wash. Its nice to see the friendly people passionate about their customers. If you have any problems or requests theyll help you with them. I recommend the gold unlimited wash plan so you can get the undercarriage wash.

I NEVER leave reviews but, i thought I’d save people’s time and money. I spent $32 for a car wash i could have done better at my house. They didn’t bother to clean the weather tech Matts in my car or even bother to lift the Matts to vacuum the cars floor. My windows look like they passed the cloth once on the mirrors as if In a hurry and didn’t care. I had high expectations and i am very upset at the quality of work.

The 1st few times I went and got the cheapest wash with hand dry they had I was very impressed with the service. The last time I took my other car and paid for the more expensive wash and I have to say I was a little disappointed in the level of service versus the cheaper wash. Maybe I will just stick with the cheap wash from now on
