Luke and Kristen have been absolutely wonderful throughout my relocation experience. They went above and beyond to ensure I find an apartment at Mt, Vernon for the date I needed to move. They answered all the questions I had in a friendly and professional manner. The apartment itself exceeded my expectations. I look forward to living here for the foreseeable future.

I cant say enough good things about this place! My 2 bedroom apartment was clean and spacious with good natural lighting and carpet. Property Managers like Kristen and Riley could not have been more friendly and professional. The maintenance staff has been excellent, too, and Jo was very helpful when I was deciding to sign the lease. The location is convenient for getting into Boston and smaller towns in the area with a nice take-out grill and convenience store a 2 minute walk away. Between the staff, location, and quality of the space, Princeton at Mount Vernon sets the bar high for my next apartment.

I lived at the Mount Vernon location for a year. The site personnel (Debbie & Andrea) were wonderful! Management took care of anything and in a timely manner. For commuters the location is a great spot. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone trying to live in that area. I also received my full deposit back! Thanks for the great experience guys! Ive been living at Princeton at Mount Vernon for over a year and LOVE it. Office staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and the maintenance staff is top notch! The location cant be beat - you can be anywhere, even Boston, in 30 minutes. I would absolutely recommend this community and any other of the Princeton Properties!

This is by far the worst management Ive ever encountered while living in an apartment community. Racist and very ignorant to people relations. Entire lease I was harassed by this cowardly management and upstairs tenants that were allowed to keep me up at night with childish stomping on the ceiling at unreasonable hours. 1am, 2-3am really! Complained only a couple times and was told they would let them know it was a problem. Ok. This situation was never rectified and youre raising my rent really! Its not my job to mediate a noise issue at an apt complex, I pay rent here. Im not the owner. They are scared of confrontation then find another line of work.They need to tear the Apts at the methuen location down and build them with better insulation. Everyday they need to do repairs in an apartment and you will hear everything no matter if it is next door or upstairs. Car was hit in the parking lot by some maggot. Bunch of liars, keep looking.
