Honestly the best management team I have ever had. Living here is nice and quiet and everyone is pleasant. The gym is super nice . The only downside is no pool but there are several nearby. If you want a management staff that cares about you as an individual this is the place. Ive never felt so at home than I have here.

I have lived in Lawrence for about 6 years moving from Apartment to Apartment and this one was by far the best one I have stayed At. I had little to no problems here thanks to the wonderful staff. They were super understanding and made both move in and move out super easy. No surprise fees or unreasonable charges. Ai made the stay here wonderful. My only regret was that I did not find this place sooner. Would have stayed if my job in KC area did not take me away from Lawrence.

We came to tour the complex yesterday and was blown away by how beautiful it is! We are very impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the lady who gave us a tour. The units were gorgeous and very spacious as well as up to date. The amenities are wonderful as well! My fiancé and I can’t wait to move in to these apartments with our three month old son soon. It’s a perfect place to start raising our family! Thank you all so much.

I have toured and talked with many property management companies, and Ai Hunter is the best assistant community manager EVER. Very fast with responses and professional. They actually care about you. 10/10 amazing place.

The Alvadora Apartments are absolutely beautiful and the staff members are incredibly friendly. They went above and beyond to accommodate my quick move-in request and have been very welcoming ever since. Alvadora has felt like home from the moment I first toured the complex. I would definitely give them more than five stars if I could!

I love Alvadora Apartment living so quite,the staff is really nice...the property is clean good neighbors Grocery shopping...Restuarant are less than a mile away its a good place to live.

I love this place because its quiet, and not too big of a complex. The management is very friendly and accommodating with any concerns you may have, and they will reply to any of these concerns in a very timely manner. Everyone is professional........and fun!

I first met Ai at Aberdeen apartments. She is very nice and knowledgeable!! When she told me she was moving to Alavadora apartments I asked if I could follow her over. I really love Alavadora apartments!! Whenever I need something I call Ai and its taken care of ASAP. Ai and Mike are AWESOME!! If Ai leaves I plan on following her. She is a FANTASTIC person and knows how to treat others with respect.

Live it here and the staff is amazing. Lived in the sister location for a year and had a neighbour complain about anything when I wasnt even home. However moved here quickly when my favorite leasing agent Ai Hunter moved locations. BEST CHOICE OF MY LIFE such a beautiful and quiet community and the units are way better too. I will recommend someone to jump on any specials this place my offer.

Scheduled a tour for 2PM and no one was in the office as well as no response to numerous phone calls to both available phone numbers (one given via email and one posted on the front door of the main office.) Drove 4 hours for the appointment and disappointed immediately. Waited over 15 minutes and still no response.

I scheduled a tour, management was extremely friendly, and the place looked nice. I didnt choose this complex since the only available units were the updated laminated floors that costed an extra $100 on rent, which I personally didnt think it was worth it.

Me and my roommate just moved in about a week ago. I attend KU, and my roommate works out of town. We liked this place so much because it is away from campus, but close to the highways making commutes easy. I love how quiet it is too. The unit we moved into had a few issues but got fixed as soon as we let maintenance know. Spacious units, and friendly management. I think we are going to really enjoy living here!

By far best apartment I have lived in in Lawrence. My neighbors are kind and quiet. You barely heard the road traffic (and Im right next to it). Any maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely fashion (unless its an emergency and its done right away). The building and grounds are well taken care of by the friendly staff! - 5 stars

This was my last apartment visit when looking for a place to live in Lawrence, and it had not been a good day. Fortunately, the folks at Alvadora turned it around. Quality customer service and a frank conversation with the leasing agent quickly showed me how nice the community is. The apartment I live in is wonderful. All maintenance complaints I had were handled within one week with care and professionalism. Its quiet both day and night, which I attribute to many working professionals like myself living here. It also has a nice gym and patio for grilling. You will be hard pressed to find a better apartment complex in Lawrence for the price and customer service.

Absolutely love living here! Kariss and the management are extremely professional and friendly! Work orders are lightening fast, and havent had to wait anything past a few hours. With the amount of friendly, quiet, and respectful neighbors, it is tough to choose a better place than Alvadora to live!

Had a great experience recently signing my lease. Kariss had a great attitude as she walked my girlfriend and I through all the paper work. The apartments themselves are nice and you cant beat the prices and the location. Best your money can get in Lawrence.

I just recently moved to Lawrence from Topeka because I wanted to improve my quality of life. Thus, I signed a one year lease with the Alvadora Apartments, Lawrence, KS.The apartment staff is very friendly, and reliable. Justin, the General Manager has resolved all of my concerns. I havent had a problem communicating with him, and he has followed-through with everything. Maintenance has been outstanding. Dalton, the supervisor is proficient, prompt, and trustworthy.When I first moved into my apartment I was a little disheartened. The apartment didnt appear to be cleaned before I moved in. However, after hearing about the previous tenant from my neighbors I can understand why it wasnt spotless. It would of took days to clean my apartment to be up to my standards. However, when I submitted my work orders to the maintenance staff for new blinds and toilet seats they promptly replaced them. Im also grateful that the carpet was replaced before I moved in because the previous tenant allegedly had four dogs, which Im quite certain went the bathroom all over the old carpet.The apartment itself is very nice. Its spacious with very modern appliances. It has a very stylish urban-metro look perfect for young professionals.Overall my experience at the Alvadora Apartments has been great. With the exception of a few bumps in the road ( which is expected when you rent) Ive had an enjoyable time at Alvadora. I look forward living here for many more years to come.

I have been here 6 months. Love the apartment, the green space, friendly neighbors and staff. They are prompt in taking care of any mechanical problems. Some drainage issues around some of the area....not in the buildings but in the green areas. My large dog loves the area with plenty of walking space and were not far from dog park.

Awesome place to live and very good apartments. Only complain i have is the utility bill is way way too high. It is so high that we are finding new apartment just because of the utilities.

Its been a pretty good place to live. Its quiet, easy access to 70, and friendly staff. Also, the maintenance guys have always been very prompt. Negatives are that the gym equipment always seems to be broken, tanning is only from 8-5 and there are always dogs off their leashes, which is a HUGE pet peeve of mine.

My apartment is so nice. Plenty of space for one. Maintenance is efficient when needed. You also cant beat the location.

Michael and his maintenance staff made all the difference and was very prompt in fixing, and responding to requests for maintenance. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Kariss was wonderful working with all of our needs and answering all my questions. On the flip side, I have a several reasonable complaints in hindsight. We specified at some times, no entrance is to be given into our unit unless we were occupying it. And the memo did not get passed onto the bug guy spraying around our unit and then entered the property without our consent. Other than those small mishaps, my only other complain upon moving out was I noticed an unusually high water bill. For the last three months our average usage was around $60 dollars. And there was no change in usage in the last month, but what I noticed was our water billed had DOUBLED. We had to leave the water bill in our name after our move out date so the apartment was not billed to the office. Maybe there was some hard feelings after an inspection of our unit that someone unintentionally left a water facet on to pay for my pestilence in requesting furnace filters, or for some other unmentioned reason. Highly unusual. Other than that, upon moving out we had to paint back the color of the apartment and we were told wrong of the color to paint it back. The difference was stark, but the office took ownership of this miscommunication, and gave us immunity to charging us per room. Last thing, every year they raise the rent 10% unless you notify them in advance youll like to stay and theyll only raise your rent 5%. 10% of $800 is $80/month per year is $960/unit. Dont be surprised when it happens to you. Using this strategy they make you think you get a good deal when really they are just trying to get new tenants who they know will pay more for the same unit. We stayed there for three years realizing what was going on and decide to buy a place for a mortgage that was cheaper than the rent. Happy Renting!

The complex is well maintained and they have 6-months leases which are harder to come by these days.

Put some salt on your parking lot during inclement weather! Lots of holes filled with ice. Someone could hurt themselves in ice or snow. So lazy. Lawsuit waiting to happen. Dont stab me in the back for saying this. But its very careless of office personnel.

I love the neighborhood, the neighbors and the peace and quiet. No loud noises, convenient for work and adequate parking!

The apartments are descent, they have 9 ft ceilings and we were able to paint the walls, which was nice. However, we bought a house and moved out before the lease was over. We found some to take over our lease and we were suppose to be taken completely off it. They lied to us, we were never removed, and they refused to take us off. Every single month we got threatening calls that we havent made our rent payment, this went on for nearly a year! The tenants were making payments on time via online but the online payment option was worthless. They have very high employee turnover so we had to ask someone new every month please dont call us call the ppl that actually live there. Im happy we are finally completely out of that contract. I wouldnt wish what we went through on my worst enemy.

Not going to post what is wrong with the management, the office people or the maintenance people there to ignorant to understand. Plus there going to remove this comment anyways. So I posted my comments about this on fb and apartment sites to where they cant take it off. Just a horrible experience over all.

I am living in an apartment now. Apartments are clean, no noise, office staff are friendly and very satisfied.

These clowns attempted to collect $4,000 for one months rent ($1,000) Followed by a vague court summons from Lawrence LLC. My attorney about spit his coffee out in laughter when I showed him. Dont live here, and if you do dont back down from these bullies.

The apartment itself is excellent. the management stuff are very friendly but dont do their jobs.
