If I could give them zero stars, I would. Never met the lady who supposedly runs the front desk. The rental unit was supposed to have been cleaned before we moved in. See attached pictures. That is only half the mess which was left for us! The willis’ were so rude and entitled. Especially Jerry. The attitude he gave me when the water heater needed to be replaced, good gosh! Unbelievable. To end it all, they charged $185 to clean, when the unit was given to us filthy! What crockery! Do not recommend to ANYONE!

Would not recommend this company to anyone. We asked for 2 years to repair and replace shingles on roof....Ignored request. They ignore your phone calls until they are ready to handle it then they will answer the phone. If you go into the office for a request, it will take at least 2 weeks and several follow up checks before anyone is sent. When we left, they tried charging for painting even though we had been there for 4 years and would have to paint anyways. We had Fire Alarms go bad that turned out had been installed 17 years earlier....but the owner said they were not that old (there was a date on the back of the alarms when they were installed).

I totally disagree with the negative statement. I have lived 12 years in the townhome I am in. Every time we call things are fixed in a timely manner. They do not up the rent every year. We love our place and it is because of the Willis. We thank you kindly Grand Management.

Lived there for 4 years. The property manager on site nice sweetest woman. However, the owners the Willises must be too full of themselves with entitlement because they are the rudest most unprofessional individuals Ive ever encountered. Nice homes, but hope u would never have to encounter neither of the two! Glad to be gone!
