Ive lived in two of Chandlers apartments over the course of 5 years, through undergrad and as a working professional. Im convinced you cant beat the combination of price/location/service anywhere in the area.Aside from the apartments themselves, which are impeccably kept and continuously being updated/looked after, Chandler is just an all around quality guy. He answers your calls and texts. He fixes what needs fixing. He gives you youre privacy if you want to be left alone. Hes an incredible business man, with a big heart.Not to mention, his go to maintenance guy can do literally anything in record splitting time. No joke, hes fixed my furnace faster than a jimmy johns order. Literally the grass in front of my apartment is greener than other apartments on Kentucky st because of how well maintained everything is.Im moving for business reasons, otherwise I would keep renting here for a while. 10/10 would recommend to anybody who likes cheap rent, a clean spacious apartment, and excellent service/staff close to campus/mass street.

I loved living at Birchwood Gardens because it was cheap, close to campus and the apartments were well kept up. Chandler was really nice as well. I didnt have any issues with the place that needed fixing, but I know if I did maintenance would be out right away. The only issue I found was that the walls were really, really thin. Think hearing your upstairs neighbors turn on a light switch thin. (Im serious. I heard that.) As long as the people above you arent stomping, you get used to the extra noise.

I lived here for 4 years, and had the best experience ever!The apartments are clean and well maintained, and maintenance requests are super fast. Every time I have had any problem, the issue was fixed within hours. All my neighbors are pleasant, and I have never had any issues with noise, etc.The location is perfect - you can walk downtown or to campus in 15-20 minutes, there are lots of parks nearby, and 1900 Barker cafe is a 5 minute walk!Im moving because I needed a flexible leasing option for this year, otherwise, these are fantastic. The only thing I missed while living there was that the units dont have patios or balconies.

Its a very good and comfortable place. Apartments are well maintained.

I absolutely love living here! Its a great location, quiet, clean and Chandler the landlord is fantastic. One day we were having car troubles and Chandler came out and told us exactly what was wrong with it and within 45 minutes we were able to get our car moving again.

I’ve lived at Birchwood for 2 years. Chandler, the landlord, was always helpful, kind, and professional. Great location, the apartments are cozy, up-to-date and well-maintained. If there was an issue, Chandler and maintenance were on it immediately. I can also say now that this was the only apartment that was truly honest and straightforward with costs. I truly miss living here! I will always recommend this complex to anyone I can.

I used to live here for past two years, moved out because we needed a bigger place. Apart from that, amazing locality, best for students, very Affordable and SUPER CLEAN.Of course i have to mention how attentive Chandler is in providing any type of Maintenance service. If you cant reach him through call, make sure to leave a voice mail, hell definitely call back within a day :-)Even the guys who do the maintenance are very friendly, infact one of them helped me even to change a flat tire!!. Thank you guys.

I love it here! The only reason Im leaving is because I am graduating. Maintenance requests are fast, property is kept up well, and much more!
