This apartment complex accepts all types of tenants. Would not recommend living here. Lousy units. Cheap appliances that break. Frankly terrible. Can’t wait to get out of here. (:
The office staff have been great. Maintenance pretty good. Building kept well maintained.
I have been living at Saunders Crossing since 2006. Ive seen all different types of management companies. By far the one we have now has been the best. Ive raised my family and I have nothing but good memories. I have finally purchased a home and that is the only reason why I will be moving soon. I do not agree with the negative reviews Ive read here, but thats now the reason for mine. I just want to thank the Saunders Crossing complete staff for their hard work and always providing a great service. Keep up the great work on making Saunders Crossing a great place to live. I will miss everyone.
I only lived here for a year and this place is amazing. Management is awesome they keep everything clean around the place I would definitely prefer this to someone
I LOVE MY APARTMENT, CLEAN NOT TOO LOUD, PARKING SPACE ALWAYS AVAILABLE. . BUT I WISH THE FITNESS CENTER WAS OPEN UNTIL 9PM AT LEAST AND EARLY MORNING LIKE 5 AM . SOME POOLE WORK (LIKE ME). I DONT EVEN GET TIME TO USE IT. BY THE TIME I RETURN FROM WORK AT 7PM ITS CLOSED. MAYBE THE LEASING OFFICE CAN CREATE AN EXTRA ENTRANCE DOOR FOR IT.
I currently live here and this place is just disgusting. The first day i moved in the blinds broke just from opening them, the screen on my porch has never been fixed even thou i requested it several times, the water is filled with debris. You will notice that the projects are right near the entrance of the complex. The parking lot is nothing but drug activity at night. Everyone that lives here experiences a break in at least once. That is why they force you to buy insurance before you move in, because your house WILL BE broken into and robbed. Where you put your trash is surrounded by skunks so people just toss trash in there and it makes you want a shower if you actually walk in and try to put your trash in the dumpster. Everything is of the cheapest quality possible, the management team is a rude and unhelpful. If you are not of Hispanic origin you will not fit in around here. They dont allow bigger dogs in the complex but if you live on the first floor i suggest you get one because at night there are a bunch of strange looking people just lurking around. They have no security at all. I cant wait to move next month. Way to over priced for the dump that it is!
I wish I could put no stars for this place. I have been living at this apartment with my wife for three years now. Since we have moved in, cars outside our apartment have been broken into no less than a dozen times, at least three separate occasions, tires have been stolen off of peoples cars. There has been an on going mouse infestation in the apartment buildings, the buildings most affected by this are the ones closes to the trash compactor. The trash compactor was a huge undertaking by the property and they got rid of the huge trash bins that littered the property and overflowed regularly, now instead the trash compactor overflows and is not tended to on the weekends and builds into wreaking heaps that overflows out of the fenced in area. This results in rats, skunks, and mice tearing through there every night. The guys that work maintenance are great and will come to help, but the exterminator comes only once a week, doesnt put down sufficient enough traps or poison to make a significant difference in the frequency of mice appearing. The exterminator will give you a half dozen traps, but that is clearly not enough. If you are considering renting an apartment here, be ready for an awful experience. The leasing office is not supportive of your apartments problems and your rent will climb every year.
I used to lived at this apartment with my family for seven years but thanks to God I bought my house. The first 3 years the rent was “Ok”, even though that they raise the rent 5% every year. I have been seen tires stolen off of people’s cars. Drug activity all day. People smoke (cigarettes and weed) in the hallway. Big problem with mice. The guys for the maintenance department are great but assistant manager was awful.
Zero stars is more appropriate for this dump. If you want to: 1. Find your car with no wheels/tires left on bricks, 2. Sleeping with rats (they are everywhere on premises), 3. Racoon and skunks chasing you when you throw your garbage, 4. Not being able to sleep because you can hear all neighbors around, 5. Property manager that treats you like crap, 6. Maintenence that comes as they please, disregarding the 24h notice rule in MA, 7. Rent going up outrageously with no renovations or 8. People using your balcony railing to get up to the next floors neighbors and not having privacy at any point of time, you should rent here. And those are just a small part of the whole mess. If you are considering this place, run as far away as possible.
In calling, I inquired about lease lengths. The manager told me that moving mid Jan would put me at a 14 month minimum. They do not allow for moving from Nov-Feb. When asking why she cited how difficult it is with snow storms and businesses closing etc. So, It is too hard to have someone move in during this time too?? In curt voice That is correct Then I will look elsewhere for a place that will find it too hard to me move in next month ..... then I hung up. Can you imagine how tough it would be to get assistance if you lived there when they act you put them out even before you move in?? LOL like I am going to spend a grand a month to be treated like that!
Saunder Place is awful, Every negative review you see on this page is true, Disgusting place, unhelpful and very rude management. Rats every where, skunks by the garbage thats always over packed, Drug deals going on every hour of the day!! People cars being broke into just like mine. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE IN HERE AWFUL PLACE, CANT WAIT TO MOVE OUT THIS PLACE 8 MORE MONTHS TO GO :(. Also for the 2 bedroom $1375 you can get yourself something very nice, so please if you are in a rush to move in dont make the same mistake I did!
Whatever we need and whenever we ask them to fix, theyre ALWAYS here to help. Great Management!!
I live in building 6. I dont know why there is so many negative reviews. I have never had an issue. I know management as changed since.
Ive had my tires stolen twice, my apartment building has people that are too lazy to go outside to smoke so they smoke in the hallway (this goes for both cigarettes and weed), had someone attempt to force entry to my apartment (mind you the residents frequently prop the locked outside door open or break the lock), and those are just the most recent. The managements response was to issue memos. Thats it. When confronted about it, management simply told me sorry, crime happens instead of being proactive and installing security cameras in the parking lot. Oh right, they installed security cameras around their maintenance shed and sent a memo saying that it wasnt for our safety and we shouldnt be lulled into a false sense of security. Dont be fooled by the cheap rent which goes up after a year. Dont move here. Move on and spare yourself.
Rent goes up every year.
