Nobody came out to fix nothing since I moved in I wouldn’t recommend nobody here if they mold roaches need to be Remodeling

If I could give a zero I would. These apartments are so unprofessional no one EVER in the office to answer calls. Ive call, drove by and no one to help you but I see they can put out their RENT IS DUE TODAY sign with no problem. If anyone know their cooperate number please give it to me. This doesnt make any sense that for the past 4 months no one have been in that office. Ive even witness maintenance taking people money orders . How do maintenance run the office. What happens when money come up messing? This is so damn sad.

I love my apartment dont get me wrong. But the maintenance here sucks. Ive been waiting weeks. For them to fix my kitchen ceiling light thats hanging and that has blew out. How am I supposed to cook in the dark. Then my kids bread light outlet is broke. And blew out very dangerous.

Ive been trying to get in touch with anyone at the office but no one returns my calls. The hours say from 8am to 5pm but nobody is ever in the office when I stop by. I just really want to try and get a 3 bedroom apartment there so my 15 yr old daughter can stay in Lawrence township. Im disabled with 2 children living on disability. Can someone please help?

I remember watching the construction of these and fell in love just never ever thought I would live in an apartment, ever! Things change, situations happen here I am living in an apartment. Way too many killings and shootings! Its NOT the apartment complex, its the type of people they lease to and the company these people keep!!! Why must people be so nasty and trifling??? You pay RENT to live somewhere all to disrespect it and trash it! Whats the purpose for that? And the cigarette/weed smell is so darn strong I get an headache and upset stomach smelling it come through my walls!!! The children are off the CHAIN no adult supervision, climbing the fence, trashing the place.......smh Praying for those family members of a deceased relative and those that simply appreciate having a place to call home as well as those who really care and keep it moving!

I’m upset because I’ve been paying my rent there’s nothing wrong with the Apartment it’s still clean blinds are still good and I never got my direct deposit back and I just had a new born bby wit barely a place to go and I’m the only parent and that money can be useful for me Nd her.

The only one Point of Contact in the office, Chelle is rude and lacks compassion. She gave notification on the 5th of the month of an outstanding balance with no explanation as to why there was one. She stated that she must have made a mistake when she told me the balance previously. She carelessly dismissed my questions about the charges. Im not a slouch and Im not uneducated and even if I were, I am human. I deserve to be treated with respect. Instead I was told to google a corporate contact if I needed more information.

Is these low income based? because I need some where too live quickly if so do yuh have any one bedrooms available?

Canterbury house is still trying to get money from me that I dont owe them for terminating my lease. I have paperwork from the previous property manager and have presented it to them and they still sent me to a collection agency.

This is the worst apartment experience Ive ever encounter in my whole entire life, the people are very rude and inconsiderate, they dont fix anything . They complain the kids are unruly, ghetto, and very disrespectful. The dogs poop anywhere. Its disrespectful .
