I’ve lived here for about 9 months. I’ve been waiting to hear back from the manager, DM, her supervisor etc about the damage to my roof since April. They’ve made no attempts to help, I’ve even gotten my own quote for them to fix my leaking roof (I live on the 3rd floor of a 5 floor complex). Tyler Metcalf is the only helpful person in management.

Lived here for more than a year. The apartments look nice. But the entire building is super noisy. I mean walking down the hallway and hear someone in their apartment peeing noisy. Its really bizarre. Have never experienced a apartment like it. I have literally sneezed and heard my neighbor say bless you.
