I’m living here for two years and it’s excellent place for me. Everyone is very friendly. The office always listen when we need something. It’s a very clean place. I really recommend this place because I don’t have any issues this morning s very clean place and the personnel in the office has excellent costumer services with everything. Five stars .

I lived here for 1 year 2019-2020 and we had NO issues inside the apartment like water or damages. No issues with other tenants or the management office either. Everyone was friendly, honestly for a Lawrence apartment everything was organized and well kept. The maintenance personal did a great job at maintaining and cleaning during business hours and made sure the building inside and out was cleaned. This was my “first” Loft apartment I lived in Lawrence and it really wasn’t that bad. I didn’t give living here a 5 star because I personally disliked the unfinished ceilings. The ceiling was ugly and made you feel you were in a prison or some type of factor building. I know these buildings used to be a Mills Factory but if your like me you want your apartment to feel like a home and cozy. I didn’t get that feeling living here at ALL! I just couldn’t adjust to the apartment because of the set up of the apartment. But those were my only true issues with this place.

IF I CAN GIVE 0 STARS I WILL MY SON ALWAYS COME TO ME COMPLAINING ABOUT THE PPL PPL ARE SOO UNPROFESSIONAL AND MAITNENCE IS VERY BAD .LA MANAGER DOENT CARE ABOUT RESIDENTS AND BEST OF ALL THEY SAY ITS LOW INCOME BUT IT THE MOST EXPENSIVE APT CEILINGS ARE DISCUSTING AND WALL IS VERY CHEAP

Heat does not work, no hot water, and now no electricity for 2 days... Called several times..takes days for someone who knows nothing to tell me everything is fine.they leave then dishwasher stops working... This place is a joke...Ok... Now a year later.. still no heat. We have no electricity bill but the neighbors are getting $600 electricity bill ? No joke. We called the board of health and a lawyer two days ago. Now today they send someone who knows nothing about HVAC to fix it. I would also like to add... When you call the building manager from outside her office and she looks at her phone and deliberately does not answer while youre watching her... Hmmmmm.... Doesnt help.Keep you guys posted
