The landlords are terrible. They take retaliatory actions when tenants ask them to do their jobs.Stay away from this place if you can. It may be less expensive than other options, but be assured that you’ll regret it if you take a lease with the two ladies in charge of the apartments. Also, their service workers come into your places without timely notification. One day I was alone in my bedroom when one man hat works for the landlords entered the unit without prior notification.Further, make sure you read your lease contract well and ask an experienced attorney to ensure what you are not signing. Avoid a legal problem and a negative consequence to your credit score.Stay away from this apartment.

Never had an issue with this company. Only needed a couple of things fixed in almost 2 years, they were fixed promptly

My A.C. went out at 9 p.m. on a Friday night. I called the emergency number and the landlord was at my house with in 45 mins with a portable unit that cooled almost the entire place. She also had a company there to fix the A.C. that next day. They have been very prompt with all main. requests, and pleasure to work with.

The ladies (Monica and Sofiana) in charge of running the apartments are VERY RUDE, insulting, demeaning, and retaliate if you ask them to do their jobs. Also, they do whatever they can to keep your SECURITY DEPOSIT STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, and you will save yourself some nightmare.

Do not rent from A&s. Called multiple times about maintenance issues and they didnt bother sending anyone out until I submitted a form 14/30 to them, then we were given two weeks to move out of our home. They are claiming to have spent thousands of dollars in cleaning the home after us moving out(which we were forced to leave furniture behind due to the short time frame we were given to move) they lost our rent on multiple occasions, forced us to pay rent twice in one month under threat of eviction, and in general were incredibly shady the whole time. The lady in charge is bitter and rude and does not listen to issues. Tried to break kansas tenent land lord law multiple times as well. Openly lied to my roommate and I on multiple occasions. This company is a nightmare on wheels.
