When I got there the lady that I set the appointment with wasn’t there some other lady came to do my hair. While getting started all was well until I decide to check my braids and they looked like I’ve had them for months and slept with no scarf I made them take my hair out. When I brought it to her attention I was told my hair was to short for the style when I’ve had this style before I definitely was disappointed . If she knew they looked fun or she couldn’t grip my hair properly she should’ve brought it to my attention before proceeding to do more

My experience was awesome: excellent customer service/ neat braiding and I got soo many compliments- and it doesn’t even hurt: I’m definitely coming back

Worst experience ever! My appointment was scheduled for 12pm. Upon arriving at the salon the lights were off and no one was there. The owner texted that she was finishing another client’s hair and a different Braider was on the way to braid my hair. I finally got fed up and left at 1:30pm, the other Braider or the owner still had not shown up. Don’t waste your time, find a different hair stylist.

Very satisfied with their services. They are so professional.
