I visited for the first time today and loved my services. My nail tech was detailed, gave an excellent pedicure and foot massage, and my manicure was well done.I especially enjoyed being able to make a same day appointment, and being attended to promptly!I would definitely be going back and recommending to others.

I’ve been searching for a new nail salon and my roommate girl friend and a few other folks at my apt building suggested this place.After reading the reviews I figured let me try it out! And I’m so glad I did!!Jane is amazing!! Wonderful customer service she takes her time and even helped me decide what color I should go with.She is very patient and knowledgeable on various shapes even suggested a few that may suit my hand.The place was clean.. smoothing music and the workers were friendly and very personable.I will definitely be back for a fill and already suggest this place to a few friends!

Love this place! Jane did an absolute amazing job. And was very considerate on my delicate skin. As Ive had problems with other places rushing through and cutting my fingers up. Will definitely be going back here to see Jane. Shes the best!

I got a full set with my nails coffin shaped with bling on both ring fingers. They had a large gel selection of colors. Im mostly satisfied except I dont think my tech was very skilled on Applying the bling.

Great pedicures and gel manicures. Only complaint is they’re limited in nail applications, colors and designs. Always ample parking even though it’s on the street.

The owner is VERY RUDE!!!! He asked how I wanted my nails shaped and I showed him a picture of long square nails he gives me coffin I told him I don’t like that shape he starts getting smart and says he can’t do my nails & took all my nails off I’ve never experienced that in a nail salon in my life!!! Very unprofessional just say you’re unsure of how to do them or don’t feel comfortable maybe someone else can do them but to take them off wowwww If I could put 0 stars I would!!

Best pedicure in the world. They are friendly and want you to leave happy. The salon itself is slightly worn but your nails will come out looking fabulous, which is the ultimate objective.

It was okay. Went for the first time today, just wanted to try it out. Very clean and small shop. The guy and girl that worked on my nail did a neat job. Not the best experience the workers were kind of rude.

I’ve been struggling to locate a phenomenal technician that’s knowledgeable, detail oriented, isn’t too rough on my nails and of course convenience is key. After reading countless reviews and visiting quite a few ‘bottom of the barrel’ spots, I stumbled across this amazing place right in the heart of Laurel. When making my appointment, the receptionist was very careful to collect all of my information to pass along to my tech Jane. Upon my arrival, I was greeted immediately and introduced to Jane. The salon is so very well kept; soft music playing, smells of aromatherapy in the air and just a warm feeling of relaxation.Jane made it a point to take her time with me and ensured that each step was administered properly. Her shaping is quite impressive and her personality is out of this world!! She truly is a sweetheart!!!I will most definitely be returning every 2-3 weeks for a standing appointment with my new love Jane!!!!!

I just happened to Stumble upon this shop and decided to try it out. This will be my new nail salon! I absolutely love my nails. The nail technician shaped them perfectly!i am so happy with the service.

Staff is friendly but some of the younger ones are still working on acrylic technique. Pedicures are usually well done, as is waxing. Signage isnt great but Main St does a good job of numbering the shops. Depending on the time of day, parking is doable, you may need to walk a bit but not more than a half block.

I’ve been going here for years. I believe since 2010. They’ve always done a great job and it’s convienent. Nice people. I think her name is Jane she is great. Thank you. I will return as always and would definitely recommend.

Prices are EXTREMELY high for a very low quality service. Great as a last resort nail salon if you have absolutely no other choice.. Your fullset and your fill in ate basically the same price. Shaping is mediocre and polish is streaky and you do get air bubbles. Prices are not the same as what’s listed on the wall. The customer is the least of the employees concern here, there’s a place in Laurel Town Center where you get a visually appealing comfortable experience and prices are a bit less. much more professional.

Hilton is my go to nail salon. It is clean, close to home and they do a fabulous job!!! Love love love them. They have the hot rocks pedicure which is amazing. I 100% recommend :)

I’m usually satisfied with this nail salon but the main Man that usually sits at the door has a nasty attitude and does not know how to shape nails.I am dissatisfied with my visit and I don’t see myself coming back, Honestly save your money because you’re better off going to a different nail salon.If you decide to go here ask for Jane she is probably the only one at this shop that knows what she’s doing and is good at her work.

Alex is my nail guy for life. I was a biter. I now have a looog set of my real long nails i get done however i want now ❤ glitter cat eyes gel the works! The best pedicures in town. I made the mistake of straying. Never again. I love this place! Its clean and neat

I have healthy strong nails, saying this to make it clear I did not get any acrylic. I just moved to the area and need to find a nail salon BUT this WILL NOT be the one. $98 for gel manicure and pedicure, no designs and my pedicure didnt even give me life! I have no issues with paying. My issue is the less than stellar customer service. To solidify the fact that I have no issue paying, I tipped each Technician well, 20% but I walked away feeling dissatisfied. In two weeks I will continue my quest to find a BOMB salon/Technician!

After reading the reviews I was so surprised by this place. The place was dingy. The bathroom was very unclean it looked and felt unsanitary! My visit was during a pinch for time on the way out of town and I wish I had done more research and seen what else was available within the surrounding area. I was so unimpressed with the final product. The next day when I was able to settle down and really notice the work that was done all I could see was a big bubble gloop of hardened gel. By the way, if your use to natural looking nails note they do not offer Powder Nails.

I have been coming to this shop for 4 years - that is until Friday. I noticed the co-owner, Kelly, was never really very friendly. Many times I tried to be cheerful and friendly, and engage her in conversation, with no luck. I overlooked her and continued to visit her husband, Woody. For the first time on Friday I was unhappy with a service. Kelly happened to be waxing my eyebrows. I tried to tell her several times, that I was unhappy with my service, and needed to speak with Woody. She continued to ignore me. I became frustrated at her dismissive attitude. She went into a temper tantrum, dropped the mirror on my stomach, threw the waxing stick, and walked out in the middle of my service; ranting and raving and screaming in her native language. I had never witnessed such bizarre and unprofessional behavior from a grow woman, let alone a business owner. Proceed with caution. I wont be back.

Honestly love this salon if you want a nice clean quick Mani or fill in this is the place very friendly staff I have never had to wait more than 15 mins to get my service started.

The people who do my nails are always very nice and keep the conversation going! My nails are constantly looking good and i get compliments all the time 🎀

I have my nail apprentice license and have been doing my own nails for 2 years now . However I do still like to get my toes done. The pedicure menu is so cute. You can flip thru and see what which one includes. I was first done by Kim. She really made sure to trim and ingrown nails ( the sides of the big toes ) she scrubbed my feet well. Then T did my gel polish painting at the end he did the hot rocks and massage. he massaged down the the tip of the toes. Very relaxing!!! I chose the deluxe for 38$. I wasnt expecting the total which was 20 additional dollars for the gel polish. But I did that happily plus tip 17 $ next time I dont think Id do the gel polish though for the cost. My experience while sitting and waiting was nice there was a family all getting beautified. The main guy of the shop was doing the one girls acrylics and she said shorter and he acted like he was going to cut the whole finger off. haha it was cute and I like their friendliness. Also the mom got eyelashes for 30 bucks and the woman did a great job and only took her 20 mins for a natural set 💕💕💕💕🤗🤗🤗

After my horrible experience at another nail salon, I was scared to try any more. Since I run, I was in NEED of a pedicure. I went to Yelp and came here. When I walked in, I noticed that the salon was very clean, and the two ladies and man were very friendly. My sister and I were told to sign in and were promptly escorted to the pedicure chair. Once in the car, we were offered sodas or water. NICE :-) Woody gave me a Coke (my favorite) and my sister water. The pedicure water was perfect, but the experience was intensified when he added these lavender crystals.At this moment, this young lady, Jackie, came over and started on my feet. She did a great job! Then, she started on my nails. I didnt get any tips or anything. I used my natural nails, so I cant speak on her skills with acrylic, tips, or fill-ins. Anyway, Jackie did take a longer time, but her work was thorough and damn- near perfect. Four days later, I am still getting compliments.I am so used to getting my nails done cheap, but the salons (or clientele) sucks. Here, the mani/ pedi was only $28 (which is $2 more than my normal place). Seriously, if you are in the area, this salon is wonderful. I think that I have found a solid place to go.

Customer service is awful, and my nails were all messed up they just kept putting more paint on them instead of doing it over again and making it right. Their resolution was to tell me not to come back there anymore. Because they didnt want people who look like me in their salon?? Whatever that meant
