Love, love, love this place!Let me start off by saying this is the first nail salon I walked into that everyone said hello and are genuinely friendly and care that you have a pleasant experience.They made sure I liked everything done from length of my nails to how I liked my pink and white to look to the color of pink shade on my toes. Nails and toes came out beautiful. Would highly recommend!!!!Plus, this place is so pretty and relaxing inside!!!!Visit Zen nails you will not be disappointed!Thank you girls for making my day and experience fantastic. Found my new nail heaven!!!! ❤️

Called this morning for an appointment. I was able to get in within 2 hours. Happy with the service and the price!

I called at 1:50pm on a Saturday to see if I could make an appointment for a full set gel nails/pedi. A service that should take about 3 hours. I have never been here before and thought I would give them a try. I was told to come in now. For the pedicure, she put nothing in the water for soaking. For the full set, I asked for a short coffin because I type a lot. She did not clean around my cuticles. I now have peeling skin and long nails. And I got acrylics. The nail table was not clean. I was home by 3:15 pm. Never again.

Vicky the owner is the sweetest person ever. Good staff her lounge is totally clean. She also does great on eyebrows!!! Go see vicky!

Tina was the nail tech and it was poor quality. You can show her a picture of how you want your nails done and it doesn’t come close. She ‘s rough with your nails. The nails were not smooth at all their was nicks. For the price you pay I expect quality. I definitely will not be back.

Today was my first time going to this nail salon and it was a great experience! Vicky took great care of me. She is very gentle, kind, and a great person to have a conversation with. I showed her a picture of a full set I wanted and she made my nails look exactly like the photo. I highly recommend. I will be returning :)

I have been getting a pedicure here for a few years. Never a problem with timing. Being on my feet and working out often my feet get rough. Get my feet feeling fresh and new. Massage chairs are my favorite too.

Vicki and all of the girls are awesome! The salon is clean and the girls are all talented and professional ! I drive across town to come here because it’s WORTH it!

My friend went to Vanessa, and not only was she 40 minutes late, but she rushed her out of the chair, because SHE had other places to be... She wasnt satisfied with her nails, they were smudged in places and uneven. Took 3 days to reply, not very professional. We wouldnt recommend her at all.

I have been going to Kelly for about 7 years now and she has NEVER disappointed me, I absolutely love her and her work

When i first called to check to see of they accept walkins, which they do, the person on the phone was so cordial. When i walked in, I didnt feel any kind of judging eyes on me -like how I usually do. Haley was very nice and we had a nice conversation. She appeared confident in her skills to provide the service requested. One of the ladies there had a Bob Marley shirt, which showed me how laid back this place was. I recommend this place if they ever want to have a relaxing, chill experience.

Ive been going here for gel mani/pedis every month for 2 years! I love these ladies. The salon is nice and the techs are excellent.

Not happy with my experience. Went in for Mani/Pedi, water was Barely warm. Had to ASK for calloused skin to be shaved off. Still had to take care of my other foot when I arrived home. Didnt realize it at the time but ended up with a different tone of reds on my toes vs. My hands. No. This was Not requested. Really?? Why?? I was polite. I came in for a simple service. I am respectful, clean & a GOOD tipper. There are too many places to choose from here in Vegas. Never again.

Very clean and nice place. You have to be very careful with nail places these days because of fungi proliferation. These place as far as I saw they clean their utensils really well, so thats a plus. I had a scare years ago with toenail fungus, I dont get my toes done anymore, I do them at home. I only go to this place to get my manicure and so far so good!

Decided to give it a try. Been very unhappy with the place I had been going to and after my last visit there....never again. Saw Zen....made an appointment and Kelly was my nail tech. I could not be happier!! She did such a great job and I will be back. Thank you Zen and Kelly!

Vicky is so amazing and totally professional. Salon is super clean and beautifully decorated. You must make an appointment to see her specifically because shes always busy, yep shes that good.

Hit or miss with nail techs and not worth the gamble!!! Some of the women who do acrylic actually have me wondering if they’re even certified. It’s legitimately like they’ve never worked with acrylic before and took 2 different techs 3.5 hours to get my nails looking relatively decent looking...and by decent I mean “ok these aren’t REALLY great probably the worst nails I’ve ever had done but I’m tired of sitting in this chair” is what I mean by acceptable. This salon is conveniently located between home and work. It’s beautiful inside, the ambiance is nice. It’s clean. I’ll go out of my way before I use them again 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Ask for Tina. She’s the best!!! I had an allergic reaction to the acrylic and Tina knew exactly what to do. My nails always look great and I constantly get compliments on them.

Appt was at 5:30pm. I arrived at 5pm and the girl who was suppose to be with me looked shocked. She’s working on another client. It’s now ten min past and she’s still with that same client. So annoyed. Not ever coming back.

No appointment, walked and waited 30 minutes but it was well worth the wait, they were very friendly and kind and I will gladly be going back.

I use to be a regular but they do not listen to what you want..they then up charge you for something you didnt even want! They di a good job for the most part but the communication sucks and most of them talk about you in another language and its very obvious..they need to work on their manners ..seriously though..

I went to this room just to paint my nails on my feet and hands, it was only to remove the enamel that was and put new, only.The girl did not disinfect my hands and I think neither did the tools, because she used them with me and replaced them with the other tools that are supposed to be clean ...The nails on my hands were acceptable but the ones on my feet were bad, a bad French made and they put some stickers that look bad, and I had told the girl that I wanted French with a handmade design, I was in a hurry and I couldnt waste any more time there so I left it at that ...Just for changing the enamel and leaving my nails wrong they charged me $ 70 that was very abusive I will never go back to that place again.
