Amazing service! They take their time and don’t rush you out like most places. I feel the amount of work they did was more than enough for what I paid, worth every penny!

I get my nails done a lot one of my biggest concern is cleanliness. I love this shop because they keep it so clean oh, and they have some of the best massage chairs

Being pregnant, my feet are always aching now so I came to pamper myself with a deluxe pedicure. This was so relaxing and much needed! The lady made my feet look and feel great! She took her time and that made the experience here that much better

Had my 1st visit to USA nails today with 3 of my daughters. What a great experience! My oldest and myself got new full sets both turned out beautiful! I got ombré acrylic and my daughter acrylic set with gel polish & design. My 5y & 11y got mani pedis and the staff who assisted them were so gentle and kind. Both of them are so happy and they did a beautiful job 😍 we will definitely be back! Prices were unbeatable for the work & customer service we received.

OMG! Ive lived in Vegas for over 5 years coming from San Diego. Have not found a decent nail salon or technician without spending $100s. I have FINALLY FOUND MY PLACE! USA NAILS is the best in the southwest valley hands down! My nails were destroyed by my last attempt at finding a salon but USA NAILS fixed then and I left with the biggest smile. Seriously the BEST fill ever! And eyebrows?? Theyre on point! Cant wait for my next visit! Getting a pedi next! To add to the amazingness.... Its right across the street from where I live... Ya ya... Shouldve tried them first!

I’ve been coming to see Holly for years and cannot possibly go anywhere else! Making an appointment is seamless and service is always excellent. They have also taken extra precautions due to COVID, so I feel safe every visit! Every person who has helped me if Holly wasn’t available has been great as well. Previously got a pink and white full set on Oct 2nd at this location. On 10/17 I went in for a fill, the woman who serviced me I think she’s the manger was very unprofessional she painted my nails with regular polish and a regular top coat when I asked for gel, she asked me to pay before she finished my nails, which I find interesting because other customers paid once their service was complete. She placed me under the dryer and never returned. By the time I returned home my nails were a complete mess, I had to go to another nail shop to have my nail polished. I Will not be returning to this nail shop.

I am not sure if my service I was given was mediocre because they were busy, but the acrylic set that I had done did not even last two weeks and I had to go pay $50 somewhere else to get it fixed. Can’t say I will be going back unfortunately.

Everyone here is fantastic at doing nails. I get mani pedis done regularly and they never disappoint. I love that they’re open until 10pm and same day service is always available. The massage chairs are fantastic and they take temps and sanitize after every customer. Highly recommend this place. Visit Holly or Tina.

Absolutely love this place. My go to nail salon for a few years. See Holly and Gucci for all your needs, they are the best at what they do. And during this pandemic, they are still open extended hours and observing safe practice. They only allow a handful of appointments at a time, all staff and customers in masks, shields for all work stations and spaced out 6 feet apart, and even temperature checks upon entry.

If you like this nail salon and you want to continue going there, do make sure they use sanitized/ sterilized nail equipment on you. You can determine this by watching them take out a sealed pouch which should have a brown line on it showing that it has been sanitized/ sterilized. I watch the nail tech wash the equipment she used on the previous customer and bring them back to use on me. That is a big NO NO! When I rejected the services they were pretty upset with me and kept insisting on using them even after I stated they weren’t sterilized. They did an OK job on my nails (just painted them) but they were extremely unfriendly and very unsanitary. I am not telling anyone not to go here but make sure they use clean equipment on you.

Great service and amazing staff

I visited this salon for a fill. The nail guy did not want to give me a fill he kept saying for the color I wanted it would be better to have a full set. It made no sense to me but after going back and forth with him I said ok. He said it would be $50 and I said ok. He did my nails ok, so I tipped him $5 and also got lashes for $8 so my total should’ve been $63. I was charged $71. When I said something he claimed he said my full set was $60. He said $50 very clearly so I was upset. I’ve paid but I will never return.

I felt like Edward Scissor hands cut my cuticles 😖 The nail tech, Dat Ngo, but my cuticles really bad. One finger in particular he cut a chunk and it was bleeding. He had to put pressure on it for a while. Then he had to put antiseptic on it, which of course hurt really bad. Nice salon, but terrible experience...
