It was my first time going to this nail salon and their customer service was adequate. I was satisfied with the nails that I got even though it did take them a while to get my ring finger design nicely done. I did enjoy having the nail tech Nicky though, she was nice to me.

I went to KT Nails and I totally loved my experience. It was my first time here and I enjoyed every bit of it. I loved how my nail tech engaged with me and showed that she really cared. Not only that but all the other nail techs came and acknowledged me. They made me feel very special and covered me with compliments. My service began fast and she took her time to make sure that every detail was perfect on my nails. Very gentle and passionate about her work. The nail salon is EXTREMELY clean and well kept. I felt comfortable as soon as walking in. This will be my forever go to when it comes to getting beautified

Great Service over all. Felt very welcomed and my nail tech did such an amazing job on my nails. The owner was very sweet and helpful. Even tho this place is like 25 min away from me. I’m willing to take the drive.

It is always so much fun going to KT nails Kami was my tech and my friends had Danny they did a wonderful job. It’s the first place my feels have actually lasted. They listen to what you want and you leave looking and feeling great. They are all so nice and friendly I would definitely recommend going here.

I love this place and the owners are very nice and friendly, as well as the staff. Its very relaxing and I feel as if Ive known these folks my whole life. Kami, I hope I spelled it right, is wonderful and amazing and very nice to look at. My feet have never looked or felt so good. Tom is not as cute, however, he is an easy person to talk too, very down to earth and I could tell hed be a great friend. I hate leaving.

I’ve been coming here for a few months now and I will never go anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel right at home . It’s also very clean and spacious. I showed them a toy story themed manicure with a gel overlay. She looked at the picture and it came out way better than the picture. I’m in love with this place .

Super clean, well decorated and well managed! I always go in for a gel manicure(sometimes a pedicure, too ) and they treat me so well! With that being said, Tom and Kami are the sweetest people! They have plenty of complimentary coffee, water, and tea to offer, as well! Plus, theyre open until 11 p.m.! This is a great place thats definitely worth the hype!

Went here for a pedicure a couple weekends ago but I wanted to share my experience. (2 weeks later my pedicure still looks good btw)The salon is clean and the workers are very friendly. There’s lots of pedicure chairs so it’s not too busy. Water and coffee is also offered. Will come back again!

I am new to the area and had bad experiences at several salons in Henderson I went by their ratings and their were fabulous Tammie took care of me very professional took her time and made sure I approved. She went above and beyond. The drive for me is over thirty minutes but they are totally worth it. Customer for life👍🏽

I’ve been coming since January 2019 and I’m still going here. They have the best service and best nail technicians. I’m always happy with my nails. Amy, Kami, and Thomas did a great job with my nails.

Kami was amazing. Very friendly and really values her costumers. I didn’t want fake nails and just wanted my natural nails with an overlay and she did amazing. I definitely recommend her shop .

No longer “MD Nails”. I am extremely disappointed with KT Nail Spa (took over location/S. Durango). When asking where the nail techs were, i.e. Tom and Katie, their response was, “they’re on vacation”. Tom and Katie were no longer at that location (now at 8800 W. Charleston #21). Secondly, they wouldn’t honor my stamp card to get a discount after 10 nail treatments. (After all that money going to the same location) Poor customer service! That’s okay b/c I found Tom and Katie and this is how NEW business loses business. If they only honored my card they could’ve kept an old/new customer. Hope KT Nail Spa learns a lesson here, don’t run customers away.

I had such a bad experience my gel manicure was horrible i have patches and bumps on my nails which I didn’t notice until I got under better lighting. I for sure am not coming back here again.
