So I got my nails done here a full set in which I made $70 for plus a $5 tip for what I thought was good work at the time. Later on the same night one of my nails popped clean off... no crack no nothing and was followed over by two more nails just pooping off. I was over it and it’s sad how easy it was for me to get them off. I was upset because of how much I paid for it to just happen so easily. I’m not sure the name of the man who did my nails all I know is he was young and spoke pretty good English. Anyways it’s the nails looked nice I really did like them I just would not reccomend or go here because of the quality.

Love the people here, theyre all good but my favorite is Antoine. I have been to so many different nail places and Im more comfortable with all of the workers here and if youre not satisfied with the work they will fix it right away. Normally though I am always satisfied with the work. Tiffany and Sang are the owners and theyre wonderful. My gel nails always last me at least a month or longer, and I like to get French tip with the clear on the bottom so I can usually keep them a little bit longer than normal.

Not sure how they call themselves professionals, looks like a preschooler did my nails! Would not recommend! They dont sanitize, and when they cut me they just kept right on going like nothing happ5

I got my nails done here and showed the technician two photos of what I wanted. When she was doing the line design on my nail it looked very uneven she asked if I liked it and I said yes. I should’ve been honest but I felt bad because she was taking so long and I wanted to get out of there. When I got to the counter it was 52$ for a gel manicure. I was shocked by the price. I called back to ask if I could have them redone and the manager said I should’ve told the nail tech I didn’t like them and that it’s “common sense”. I will not be coming back here not worth the quality or price.

Diva nail spa is small but the staff were really nice. It was my first time getting my nails done here. Everyone is quick to help as soon as you enter the door.

I have been coming to Diva Nails for a while now. The owners Sangh and Tiffany are great. I love Tiffanys work. They stay up to date on trends and are quick to make creative suggestions. Lisa also works wonderfully with gel main and pedis! I highly recommend this salon. Great service, fantastic people!

Customer Service in the whole place is poor. Zero energy.

1st made an appointment took me 10 minutes late. Told me when I made the appt dont bring anyone. 2nd the prices where different $41 for a Pedi just scrub and mask; paint 🎨 job on toes was shot. 3rd full set was $46 okay for $46 dollars I want perfection in layering and shaping of my nails. Dont charge high in prices and you have flea market decor and quality.

I first came to this salon with my sister and niece over a year ago and we enjoyed the pedicures and the service we received. I liked it so much so that I recommended my uncle to take my grandma there just today. You see, they just arrived from New Mexico to visit and she didnt get her toes done before they came because the shops were short staffed and unable to multi-task, apparently. I dont visit nail shops often anymore and this was the closest one in proximity to us that I recalled having a good experience in. Im glad they still have some decent tech because Grandma loved her toes! From the color to the time spent she came in the door singing satisfied. Thanks for not making me look bad for referring you Diva Nails. Keep up the good work ;)

Mark is my nail technician and he is wonderful. He listens to my concerns and he speaks English. The place was clean and has friendly staff. I love this salon

I went to have my nails done here with a friend. They were gel acrylics. They were gorgeous and I loved them! But a week later they started falling off all on their own. I’m glad I didn’t have to pay to get them removed because they all came off so easily but I’m disappointed in the service. Gel acrylic nails are meant to last and they definitely didn’t.

Nails came of in less than a week!

If you live in Northwest, Diva Nails is a great place to get a mani pedi. Salon is clean, manicurists are great, and everyone is friendly. Lisa does amazing mani/pedi with great massage.

Only one girl in there knows how to do good clean nail job. However, upon my second visit, she was busy & so someone else did my nails. Asked for long coffin nails & got short ALMOST stiletto nails. Horrible paint job. That was it for me. Paid for my nails but will never return to this salon.

Ive been here twice. My first visit I got an awesome spa pedicure. They even finished with a mini hot stove leg massage. So I came back a second time for a gel mani. I visited on a thursday and had 5 chipped nails by Sunday.

Experienced the worst customer service ever. The manager and everyone their is rude as hell. They were talking about my cousins mom they couldn’t be professional at all. Told my cousin that her mom should be ashamed of my cousin. Who says that to a customer I was a manager for 3 years and I feel disgusted to my stomach

Only made it a 2 Star because the technician was super friendly. Went in for a fill, asked for matte they coated it matte but it was still super shiny and did not look matte at all, I sat under the lamp about 30 minutes to dry and as soon as I got in my car they had smudged. I had to go home a repaint them myself which is pointless since I am paying for a full service. I used my own top coat at home and guess what it was dry within 5 mins no smudges! I understand that its a nail place but every person has there own ideas and likes, I heard a Lady ask for Ombre nail color and one of techs said oh no we dont that plus it does not look good. I dont recall her asking for her opinion on how it looked, she just wanted it and all they had to say was no we dont do it. You can bet I will never ever be going back. Which is Sad since its literally down the street from my house.

Ive been getting my nails and eyebrows done at Diva Nails for over a year now. I have never had a bad experience! Jazmine and Tiffany are amazing at what they do and my acrylics last for four weeks before I need a fill. You also cant beat their prices.Thank you Diva Nails!!

Tiffany is the best technician. All of them are good but she is my favorite. She nursed my nails back to health and made them beautiful.

My pedi was fine, our techs were ok. What appalled me was a middle aged man (tech) and his foul treatment of a special needs client that messed her nails up twice. He was so rude and loud that he should be ashamed of himself!! Shame on you sir!!!

This place was ok. My nail shape was good. But I had an app with the manager Tiffany and my customer experience went down because of her. I also had streaks in my nails after they dried. I dont understand how thats possible if I had the best nail technician in the nail salon. But I say try some where else ladies!

I was a loyal patron to haute nail but after my nail tech left I wasnt happy there anymore. Im not sure if Im spelling his name correctly ... Quong did my fill and u loved it. Perfect shape, didnt cut me and made sure I was happy throughout my appointment. This is my new place.

First and last time coming here! The nail tech did sloppy work on my nails and rushed so he could fit in two other clients. A simple manicure turned into a two-hour nightmare. I DO NOT recommend this place.
