I found this nail salon on a random Google search (‘nail salons near me’). They just so happened to be one of the most highly reviewed nail salons in my area and are also the closest salon to my place of residence (7 minutes away). I’ve gone to salons with great reviews in the past, however, and had gotten used to being anything but impressed by them. Thankfully this wasn’t one of those experiences!My 5-year-old daughter had been begging me to get her nails done, and since she’s impatient (refer back to her aforementioned age 😉), I decided to call and make sure they would have the time to fit us in- especially since it was (is) Saturday! The lady I spoke with made us an appointment just 17 minutes from the time I called.I decided to go a little ‘fancier’ and got stiletto nails with a custom color/design (no idea what to call it, but I’m including a picture or two) and gel polish. My acrylic fill was THE SAME PRICE as a regular ‘round-square’ acrylic fill without any designs (one solid color- like painted nails). The guy who did my fill was absolutely great at shaping them (along with layering the more complicated gel colors and blending them for the design), and I’ve honestly never had another salon do as good of a job on stiletto nails as he did (his name is Bao, but I’m unsure of the spelling- sorry if I got that wrong!!). I’ll definitely be back! He was pretty quick (stilettos usually take forever), but also paid attention to detail and corrected his own ‘mistake’ by filing 4 of my already completed nails down and redoing the top coat so they’d be ‘smooth’- something I wouldn’t have even personally mentioned to be completely honest, because they looked (look) awesome! Along with being good at his job, he was also friendly, and we chatted about anime for a bit 😊.E Nails is an impeccably clean salon with amazing, friendly staff and very reasonable prices. They did my daughter’s nails (acrylic dip to prevent her from chewing her nails) for $20 cheaper, on average, than any other salon. The nail technician who did her nails also took MAYBE one-third of the time other salons have spent doing the exact same thing! She also took the time to engage my daughter in conversaron, ranging from asking questions about her day to her calmly telling my daughter that she shouldn’t chew her nails to her and the other nearby technicians jokingly asking if she’d brought money to pay (and if she’d “help at the shop” since she didn’t have a way to pay hahaha- they were CLEARLY joking, and it was adorable and heartwarming). My daughter was done WELL before my nails were finished, and a friendly guy technician (who had joined in earlier when joking with my daughter about her helping at the shop to pay for her nails) brought her a bag of cookies and a juice box while she waited. As a mom, kid-friendly is ALWAYS a plus!In closing- E Nails is awesome. You should go there if you want a manicure/pedicure/acrylic nails/gel nails/etc- if they offer the service, get it done there!

If I could give this nail place 0 stars I would. Absolutely trash workers. Not professional. When someone calls and you ask when they have an opening you expect them to be truthful. They keep on telling people to come in when they are completely understaffed and over booked and make you wait. When you call them out on it they get an attitude. DO NOT GO HERE AND GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

Really love this place. Always do a great job. Enails has great product that lasts weeks! My only complaint, is that sometimes I make an appointment but still end up waiting close to 30min. If it wasnt worth it, I wouldnt wait. But they are worth it!

All the staff are friendly and have great senses of humor too! Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a nail salon ever plus they do great quality work! We came late with 4 people for a range of services - gel, dip, full set, and pedicures and they took us in knowing they would stay past closing. They stayed 2 hours past closing for us. I’m beyond ecstatic to have found this place - coincidentally we walked into a place just before coming here and left because they other place had rude staff. Customer service goes such a long way.

Such a great salon! Nikki is awesome. Everyone there is so nice. They have a wonderful selection of colors. My gel pedicure lasted for over 2 months! This is also the 1st place that Ive had gel that actually lasted more than 2 weeks. Definitely would recommend this salon.

They are okay if you want average nails and simple designs but if you want something more modern and that needs more technique this isnt the place. They were nice and had good customer service though.

As soon as I walked in for my fill and pedicure I was greeted and asked to pick a color a pedicure area was fixed right away as I was picking a color the girl told me where to set I was sat down and had my feet in water. I was asked if I wanted water or hot tea. Tony came over not to long after I put my feet in the water. Tony did a great job on both my feet and hands. After my nails I got a flower on two nails Hannah did the flowers Hannah did a great job.

We just barely moved to Las Vegas and I looked for places to get my nails done, and I found this place E nails and read all the positive reviews. So I went in as a walk in and they took me, wasn’t really that long wait and I got my turn shortly within just 15 minutes wait. Kim was the one who did my full set and pedicure and she did an awesome job! She listened well on how I want my nails done and she did a fantastic job on both my toes and full set. Hannah was the first one who greeted me and they are all very welcoming and even offered me a bottled water as I wait. Hai gave me a bottle water till my husband came to pick me up. I highly recommend E Nails not only that they do a fantastic job they also have the great 5 Star customer service. Very friendly people and so good of greeting their regulars and new customers by names. I highly recommend E nails and will definitely come back and stay loyal 😍♥️♥️♥️

Ive been going to Anne for almost 10 years & I love her & will follow her anywhere & everywhere; hence, I am so happy when she finally opened her own nail salon. I admire her for waiting for so long to open her salon because I knew she took all the dos and donts from all the other salons she has worked and implemented them to her own salon. The salon is clean, cozy, relaxing and have great customer service (they even provide snacks & drinks)! The best part the whole team engage in conversation with their guests to make you feel welcome and like family!

Love Hannah!! She always greets my cousin and I by name and genuinely remembers what we talk about. She’s one of the few I know who understand how to do almond shape. They never make you feel rushed no matter how many customers. The whole staff is so kind and friendly. Been going for a few months from switching and my cousin and I both are very satisfied.

Had my nails done by Hannah and they looked beautiful however my nails started to lift less than a week later. I called and spoke to her regarding the lifting and she acted as if she didn’t remember. I felt like money was more important to her versus customer satisfaction. Definitely wouldn’t recommend!!!

This was a great nail shop. As soon as I walked in for a pedicure I was warmly greeted and seated right away. It was clean and everyone was friendly. My technician Hai from Minneapolis offered me water and ice cream! We talked about the Minneapolis Vikings, his team and the Chicago Bears, my team!!! He was gentle and did a fantastic pedicure! I recommend and will return.

Hannah is not only funny, beautiful and witty but shes also a very good nail tech. She did a great job on my gals nail that she brought me in for their organic spa pedicure! Hands down one of the best pedicure s with hot stones and mask.

In all honesty my first experience at enails was not that good I asked for coffin shaped nails and the lady gave me almond shape i was in a complete rush so I did not even bother to complain but since Ive read too many good things about Hannah i decided to booked an appointment for Hannah and I absolutely loved it she did an amazing job with my nails. Will definitely be coming back.(Update)So i went last Saturday like I said i wanted to try and let Hannah do my nails this time it was great i loved it although today which is Monday so two days after my nail broke without me even realizing it. I had my first experience at E Nails today. I passed up 15 nail shops on my way there based on Google reviews. All I can say is that I have a new Nail Shop. Their kindness, customer service and superior nail skills, make them my favorite shop to date. Plus, they are understaffed working 7 days a week. Please treat them kindly and tip well.

I was really excited to get my nails done here.. however i had 2 problems with my experience; 1) i asked for ombré coffin shaped nails, my right hand looked great but my left hand had very harsh white lines and i was very disappointed. 2) when i called ahead i was told my cost would be $50.. when i went to pay my technician told me $60. So i paid $65 in total for a set that I’m very unhappy with. I loved the customer service so I’m going to book a follow up appointment for a fill and give the shop another chance.

First time going to,this nail shop. First appearance was good. Place appeared to,be clean and tidy. I was assigned tech, Paul. He was not friendly at all. He put a product on my nails but did not quote me the price which turned out to be excessive. I spoke with Hannah, whom I thought was the owner. She seemed to care somewhat, but it seemed she was only concerned about the money. Customers should have the right to reject a service done, before hand, if they were quoted a price they arent comfortable with. I wasnt given that opportunity I was just charged a higher price after the fact,with no,explanation about the price before hand. I am not satisfied with their customer service. Gi Gi.

She asked me if I can come back at 3pm... how can a nail shop be open and they don’t have anybody that can do nails. Unbelievable, drive all the way out here with my 8 month old baby and nobody can do my nails.

After moving to the NW part of town, I found my go to for nails and eye brow waxing. Hannah and Hai go above and beyond for their customers. The shop is kept very clean and all of the staff are awesome!!

I follow Ann from place to place and each time seems to be an improvement .. Her last employer was good but this one seems way better when it comes to allowing me to schedule appointments easily .They seem to be doing some remodels and getting lots of NEW dip colors and things but the kindness and service is Awesome...If you saw my review prior for the last shop she went by Angela but Ann has been doing my nails for over five years now and Im blessed to be able to always locate her cause she keeps me updated ..When I was in there today I met one of the male employees who was working on the tv and Nikki who was essentially raised in the USA and has a great smile and really seems to know how to do cute stuff to nails..There was another person but I didnt catch her name but she seemed to be doing a good job too..This location is hard to see from the street but its off Rancho directly across from Big Dogs hidden back next to a Hawaiian bbq place that I cant wait to try next time .. its in the lumber liquidations Area..The shop has refreshments like green tea, sprite or water plus if you get hungry feel free to ask for a snack..Im excited to see the shop finish its remodel and to meet the other employees but Ann is always worth whatever drive I have so I give this place 5 stars ..However for a north west shop this one seems awesome .. they have some incentive programs in place but I didnt get details..Pricing for nails in Vegas is rarely cheap but to me this place is more affordable than her last employer and its calmer vibes..Overall Im happy as usual and expect to have many more photos to come
