A friend and I went here 8 months ago and it was great. However, when we came back a few days ago, it was not.My friend (with white nails and inspo pictured) wanted a certain design that we didnt think was that hard. However, the guy doing the design really rushed it and made it look really bad on both nails.I wanted black nails with a flame on the middle finger, and only 2 coats of black were done on some of my nails, making them see through under light which was really disappointing. Im not sure you can see it in the picture.I also really wish the red had another coat because you can see the black underneath and the design also looks rushed.Me and my friend both paid $76 plus tip, so almost $100 for nails that dont even look that good.Customer service was alright, but for what we paid it was not good at all.

Tammy vo was my mothers nail technician and when my mother asked her to change the shape because they were uneven and crooked she scoffed at her like she didn’t know what she was talking about. When she asked again Tammy stormed out of the salon yelling and pushing people and things out of the way. The manager did not offer to redo them or take them off instead he said he would be charging a take off fee on top of the redone nails. All she wanted was to look good for surgery tomorrow and instead we were treated like second class citizens. Super disappointed

I arrived as a walk-in. This was my first visit and to be quite frank, probably my last. The shop is super clean and the ambiance is nice. However, from the very start I could tell the elderly pygmy fella (management I presume) was going to be a problem. I don’t know if its his grating voice or bumptious sales approach. But he’s a bit… pushy?Natalie took me and she was very sweet. I showed her the picture of what I wanted, and she had to check with the pygmy fella for pricing. 75 just for a full set and 45 dollars for the design 🙃. I could understand the price if I was getting Swarovski crystals, but I wanted nothing of the sort.Due to the outrageous pricing, I made changes to what I wanted. Natalie kept saying you’ll see why our prices are high. “We’re the best and we don’t rush.” Natalie said.That’s great and all, but for the price I can get champagne and finger food in Beverly Hills.Anyway, Natalie finished the design on my left hand and someone came over to finish my right. Natalie walked over to the other side of the table (where I sat) to put the topcoat on. Well… she accidentally dropped the bottle while in transition; nail polish and glass went everywhere. Including on my sweats.I asked if I could have a discount for the mess and Natalie said she would speak with the pygmy guy. She returns and this jerk face discounted me 5 dollars…. Because “he knows the polish will wash out in one cycle.” Whatever hobbit 🙄. I paid my tab and tipped 20 to Natalie. She doesn’t set the prices and dropping the bottle was an accident.Despite Natalies best efforts to scrub with alcohol…the stain on my designer sweats did not come out. The customer service was trash and I will not be returning.

Hated my nails. The guy didnt do the shape i wanted he was so rough .The acrylic is lumpy i had to shape it when i got home🙄 they look nothing like the picture i wanted omg.So over priced for gel full set. I paid $111 for these i added the rhinestone when i got home. Never going back.

We went in for 2 full sets and one soak off. They sat us down and we showed them what we wanted. First thing that went wrong was that the man didn’t do a soak off he just started clipping the nails off. And he clipped off some of the skin, the finger started to bleed a lot. The design we asked for apparently was 75 plus 15 for each finger. I had never heard of a place that charges per finger. I asked for an ombré french tip very light white and pink in coffin shape. She gave me a slim square Shape and looked worse than child press ons. They were really rude the guy was throwing the clipped nails at us. Very unprofessional. We like the people who work in the morning but never coming back again.

I forgot the name of the guy who did my nails, but they came out amazing! they are so pretty for such an affordable price. i love how they came how. he was gentle and patient with me. 10/10 definitely going back.

First time here, found them on Google maps, comparing to other nail salons I choose them. Called at 215 pm and they got me right in at 3 with Ann, I think her name was Ann, Im bad with names. She was so nice, professional and fabulous. First time getting acrylic nails and I absolutely love them, I will be going back. Service was awesome. They made me feel comfortable. The receptionist was super nice and the place was clean and it wasnt over crowded. Ill be going back in 2 weeks.

Ask for Kenny. He does a great job. But honestly all the nail technicians are great. I will never go anywhere else. And I refer all my friends and fsmily to only come here. They are the BEST!

It was my first time going to this salon I got a full acrylic gel set with painted designs I paid over $100+ for my nails and 60+ on my toes… I never had problems with my toes chipping or color change. I got white tips and they have completely changed color and chipped. All my nails have been snapping off one by one each day like butter. Half of the time I don’t even feel it come off. Probably the worst nail place I’ve ever been to.

I would have given this a zero but it will not allow it. I was there today and my nail technician was more interested in his phone and the game on TV. I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. And the women dress trashy.

Just got my nails done with Jimmy, he is AMAZING! My nails have no weird lumps and he was so nice and delicate with my nails. I definitely recommend this place, this is my new to go nail salon.

VERY overpriced. Could you believe that this one full set of nails was $120? I was charged an additional $35 for what is to me a just a little bit over a standard length. Which I had no idea would be the charge!!! So be sure to ask. I didn’t even get a pedicure. Only a gel polish change and that was unfortunately $34. With being new to the state this is a total adjustment. But I have faith that I will find a good, affordable and honest salon. Overall nice people, atleast the girl at the front desk was. Man who did my nails was okay, but he was very impatient and complaining that he hates doing long nails. It was almost embarrassing and uncomfortable as a PAYING customer that an employee felt this way and voiced it continuously.

I got my nails done a few days ago and I was debating posting this review. But for the money I paid I did not get the quality to match. I got long acrylics done and they look really bad. My pointer finger nail is crooked and is angled downward. All of my nails look awkwardly shaped and the acrylic application is uneven. The tips of my nails are really thick. The nail tech asked if I liked them and I felt bad so I said yes. $81 wasted for bad nails. I definitely won’t be going back.

I booked a date for my pregnant aunt, my grandma, myself and my little sister for pedicures a few months before the pandemic, I just forgot to do a review until now. They were able to accommodate us all even though we scheduled the day before we required service without issues. I chose this salon because it was near us and had great reviews and pricing but most importantly, they had a small pedicure massage chair for children which was perfect for my little sisters first pedicure experience. The man that serviced her toes was very gentle, talkative, professional and over all just great with children. She loved it! The whole staff was amazing and it felt like family/small family business environment but very professional. I will always book service here for all of us when we visit from out of town again. All our toes looked great for my Tias baby shower that weekend. Thank you!

3 of my nails broke off within a week of getting them done. They did not glue the tip on correctly and broke off literally not doing anything or exerting pressure on them. My left thumb nail broke off after 3 days and I had to use super glue. Which has lasted longer than the actual glue they use!

I love Tammy patience and dedication. I only deal with her. I leave happy every time and refer everyone to her. My favorite is always my gel manicure & pedicure.

💖💜I went in here without an appointment got my 1st pedicure and calluse treatment. It was amazing my feet are so smooth and the nails are so beautiful, got a lovely leg and feet massage. Everything about my 1st experience was more than great. Will definitely go back. Was super nervous even told them it was my first time, they were all very friendly and attentive. Cheap for the quality of work. LOVE LOVE LOVE.💖💅

I paid 97 dollars for very low quality work. She wouldnt tell me what anything was going to cost. Refused conversation and hit me with the total at the end. I re did my nails myself last night and honestly I regret ever going here its just not worth it

I been here twice. The first time...I got a pedi and powder set. Within the week of it being done...two nail tips broke and it looked like I needed a filling. I gave it a benefit of the doubt and went back after two weeks...thinking the nail tech may have rushed. This time I asked for a powder set and was given a gel set. I didnt trip but it hasnt been a week and my nails looks like I need a filling again and a nail cracked. Why am I paying over a hundred dollars of service for nails that are freshly done to look like I need a filling after 3 days? I know if I go back and complain...nothing will be done and excuses will be made.

Only went once and for the price I paid (which was expensive) I just KNEW I’d be getting the best turn out for my nails. That wasn’t the case. I will say at least I heard the guy there correct the girl who did my nails. He tried to fix it before I walked out after paying, but the only way to fix it was honestly do it all over again! I’m going to try them out one more time, and this time a pedicure for me and my daughter. Hopefully that goes well.

My nails were not worth the price. They were poorly done. I had acrylic peeling off all of the skin around my nail, a lot of acrylic built up on my cuticles, and a lot of acrylic underneath my nail. I went back inside to have it removed . I didn’t want to wash rice or cook until I filed and cut all the extra acrylic off because I didnt want it inside my food. There’s bubbles and lint in my nails, which are clear so it’s unsightly. I paid $56 for a full set of acrylic French tips, average length and no shape. I am not sure where the extra cost came from because their website says it should have cost around $35 .Two stars are awarded to polite staff and clean establishment.The photos posted are of the bubbles and edges, I’ve cleaned up my cuticles already but there’s still some bad edges I haven’t been able to remove yet

I would give it negative stars if we could. Im very disappointed and upset at the time it took for a simple gel mani and pedi. The attitude from the technician was terrible. She kept hurting me and did a terrible job with the pedi and when it came to the mani she couldnt do it and started freaking out and they had to move me to someone else to finish the cat eye. I regret leaving a tip and even paying bc the nail polish is already coming off and its been 2 days. Dont go there is not worth it

Not a very pleasant experience. This was my first time visiting this particular nail salon. I wanted a polish change for my feet. After taking the polish off I was told it was $15. And there didn’t have the polish I wanted. All of their regular polish was old and dried out. Pretty bad service. I feel like I was spoken to very rudely. In regards to them not having what I was paying for. The lady that did my nails did a good job. But did not say one word to me. But she had a lot to say to everyone else. Overall I spent $60 for a Manicure and a polish change for a bad experience. Imagine that. We as people in general have to do better with the way we treat one another. You can have a business one day and it can be gone the next.There are a million nail salons in Vegas try to make everyone want to tell their friends about the awesome experience they had at your nail salon. I really wanted to like this place especially given all of the amazing reviews, but my experience was not great. I was quickly seated for a manicure and pedicure which was great. However, the nail tech didn’t really ask me anything about the type of pedicure I wanted (I saw in the photos they had different options). She simply sat me down and just polished my toes which was not the experience I wanted. For my manicure, I wanted gel nails with a cool design that I showed the nail tech before I even sat down for my pedicure. I did this so she could tell me if she couldn’t do it and I would have asked for someone else.After my mediocre pedicure experience, I went to the manicure station where I gave up trying to explain the colors and design (even with the photo) I wanted for my manicure and settled for one color. During this experience, she made two fingers bleed. She was incredibly apologetic, but again, not the experience I was going for... I was really excited about this place and it just didn’t meet my expectations at all. I am hoping I just caught them on an off day.The nail tech was very kind though, but may be better suited for individuals wanting a more simple experience. I’ve attached photos of my manicure with what I actually wanted...

If i could give a zero stars i would, when I finally got sad to do my nails the lady directly beside me was talking to her nail tech asking how much that set was he responded with $80 and she proceeded to ask him “for a fill” because thats what she was getting. And the set i was going to ask for they said would be 280$ After I got my nails done the initial shape of them I realized was fine but my Apex is not placed properly and my nails are extremely thin. My friend who went the same time with me had an extremely rude nail tech and kept telling her to move and get out of the way she cut her nails down way too short and didn’t do it my friend had asked for it at all. Overall very unsatisfied and really expensive.

I was so happy to take my girls there because they did a good job, nails were on point. Actually I drive a bit to come to this salon because how the nail come out, but unfortunately I will not be returning because like I said ... I been taking my girls here a few time, but today.... the staff there were just plain rude. When I say girls, I mean a 12 years old and and 8 years old, Don did one of the manicures and he was just rude, kind of rough and talking in his language like complaining about my daughter. You can tell he was just not happy with her. So I’ll be finding a friendlier salon.

All smoking outside the entrance when you walk in. They didnt open their tools in front of you. The guy left glue all over my fingers and hands, did very little clean up around my nail and left polish. No lotion afterwards. No drinks to offer. Plus side, theres a lot of colors to choose from.

Do not recommend this place I paid over $60 for a pedicure, poorly done I told her what I wanted did not listen to me did not do a good clean up did not cut anything really . “ I’m the client if I pay for it and I ask can you do this please listen” so mad my pedicure looks lumpy looks like if it was done by a 6yr old 😡😤

Kenny put a new set of nails on me and then did nail art on each nail and it was AWFUL! They looked hideous and then tried to charge me $201! I drove right to another salon to have the nail art removed and have the polish changed which was another $25! Exactly SEVEN days later, my nails started falling off! I have FIVE off right now after only ONE WEEK! I will NEVER EVER go back there and I will NEVER recommend Love Diamonds to anyone!

This is actually the first place me and my mother want to always go to it may be far but it is worth the drive i love my short nails she made them go down and not stick in the air like other nail shops do so thanks and my momma loved her nails they actually looked like a coffin service was awesome and my eyebrows look wow beautiful love them recommend them💛

It was my 1st time at this location. I had seen all the work Lynn had done online & thought hey I’ll try her out. I made a appointment & told them I wanted long nails. When I told Lynn the length I wanted she had a problem with it. She even called over the girl at the front counter. I could tell she wasn’t happy then told me it would be $125. It was gel polish with rhinestones on one finger on each had. I asked how much for a fill & she said $90 something. I am never returning here. I got ombré on all nails at another location for $80. If I got ombré here I’m sure Lynn would have charged me $200.

Anna is so fast, detailed, thorough, and qualified to style nails in to any shape with precision. Make an appointment because she’s always booked and busy. There are over a hundred nail shops in Vegas. But it takes research and patience to find a shop like this one. I drive 25 minutes to get my nails done and it’s worth it because I want them to be perfect. I wore a set for 3.5 weeks once (don’t judge me) because I didn’t have time to get in to see Anna. I was going to the same place for a decade before coming here, but my nail tech moved so i had to find another spot. I came here based on the reviews, and let me say THEY DO NOT DISAPPOINT! First of all, they have the best customer service!! I always get a call if they’re running behind or if I can come earlier. I saw the reviews about Jason so that is who I initially went to and he is THE BEST. Each time he is super patient with my indecisiveness about colors and designs. Yes, they are on the more expensive side, but it’s worth the money. I had no lifting or chipping when time to get my fill; and when I broke a nail a couple days after my first appointment, Jason fixed it with ZERO HESITATION. This is my new nail home forsure.

When I got my feet done I felt like he rushed my feet I got the $41 dollar pedicure and I was done within 15 mins I didnt get the lotion rub that comes with it then goty full set he didnt tell me my nails needed to be longer for the design I wanted he didnt clean my nails or clean my cuticles before putting my nails on my nails are sharp around edges he didnt file I just dont like my experience

Trust me I never post reviews BUT I know how difficult and important it is to find a good nail salon. I’ve tried at least 4 others in Las Vegas in and around Summerlin. This place is by far the best and they do nails the way you’re supposed to. They take their time. They are clean. They don’t cut off too much cuticles. They paint right up to the cuticle. They do a fantastic job. Trust me! Ask for Anna or Jason! You’re welcome.

I loved the pedicure I received from this place from a lady named Cutie I believe. Best pedicure of my life. But they could never get my acrylics right. Every single time my nails would break fast or lift. They would fix them but I was having to go back 2 to 3 times in between fills because my nails have to be presentable for my job. They were pretty careless with my nails and the last straw is that they gave me a fungus. My hands are peeling so bad they look diseased. Ive been getting my nails done for almost 20 years. I have never had a fungus from a nail shop. I will never return. If you go here I suggest a pedicure only and only from Cutie.

My first experience at this place was not a good one. I wanted a simple thin French on almond nails and after having the acrylics on was told that would take more time to do in other words no! So that made me feel rushed, don’t understand what was the point of scheduling an appointment. Also my cuticles were not touched so I left looking like I had done my nails 3 weeks ago. I posted a separate picture of what they look like today mind you it’s Wednesday, I got them done last Saturday. I was very disappointed overall!

The place is gorgeous inside and the service was phenomenal. Everyone was extremely welcoming and checked in on me multiple times throughout my time there!

Over priced and they didn’t follow the state for procedures. I didn’t get my nails cleaned clipped massaged or anything before he started the procedure. My fingers are burning now because I cut couple of times hopefully their equipments are sanitized before they use them!!

There was a nail tech in today, he is bald with both arms tattooed, who was just a terrible manicurist. I asked specifically not to have my nails filed or drilled just cut and purposely chose nail polish powder dipping as usually they won’t have to use as harsh treatment on the nail. Not only did he begin to file my nails with the drill after my first request not to but a second time of asking politely I was even further ignored. Among other issues with the process of getting them done the finished result of the nail is chunky and uneven. Terrible service and all around bad experience.

I had my gel manicure done here & mine usually takes 2~3 weeks elsewhere but only a week later started to chip off from bottom went back expected them to do the right thing & fix it & guy told me to come back at 1pm cause everyone was working on nails so I came back & when I came back manager said NO saying it’s normal.... which is a BS mine lasts 2-3 weeks.Will never go back!!!! Ugh!!! wasted of money!!!!poor mangent!!!!🤬🤬

Got my nails done not even a week ago and was charged more than I usually am at other salons. I got a dip manicure and theyre all cracking and chipping already. My pedicure was not great and left with my toes smudged after the guy bumped my toe with his arm. They were closing and was told people were in a hurry to leave and felt rushed.

Got a great mens pedicure, diamond love nails offers different levels of service I got the VIP pedicure and it was fantastic. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Call ahead for an appointment the place is usually busy.

My daughter and I love this place! Its our girlie bonding time. The staff is very skilled. Theyre also efficient and do their best to accommodate and put their clients at ease.

I requested pedicure and a full set. I showed a picture of what I wanted and a price was agreed. Eventually a rude young lady, who by the way arrived late, increased the price of the service all of a sudden! All I have to say is this place is overpriced and the service is not even that great. I’m back to my salon Signature Nails in Henderson where the price is fair and the service is outstanding. Don’t waste your money in this place. Is crowded, noisy and overpriced

I love this place!! I moved to Vegas in July and started going to love diamond nails and haven’t been anywhere else since. Everyone does a wonderful job I can walk-in and be assured whoever is available will do amazing. Jason happens to be my favorite, he did a beautiful ombre look with airbrush on my nails earlier. Price is also very good and the quality is very great. My sets can last over two weeks without any breaks. Highly recommend!!

I LOVE MY NAILS !!I went to Vegas for my 21st birthday and didn’t have time to get them done in Minnesota. My nails are absolutely gorgeous and I get so many compliments everyday! My nail tech did a super good job at paying attention to detail and she was super pleasant to talk to. I got two of my nails decked out with jewels and they are still intact after two weeks !! I love them. The shape, the style, everything is perfect. I will definitely make this my go to nail salon whenever I’m in sin city

Amazing salon, very busy so I suggest that you have an appointment. Jason is gentle and very detailed in his work. My nails are perfect and just the right length and shape. I will definitely recommend them for your nails and even your youngsters as they have kids pedicure chairs that are so cute. Top notch service and you cant find a better technician than Jason.

I came to visit from San Francisco, where salons have not reopened yet. I was able to get an appointment for a gel mani and pedi for the same day. The salon had me wear a mask and sign a release waiver. All nice touches to make clients feel safer. QT gave me the most excellent experience! She was incredibly meticulous and kind. The salon was social distanced and very clean. Their selection of polishes and nail art was impressive. Many people came in for gorgeous acrylic nails and art. Next time Im in town, Love Diamond will be my place to go for nails!!!

After searching for a new nail salon I decided to give Love Diamond nails a try based off of their positive online reviews. Natalie did my nails and she listened to what I wanted and did a great job. Finally someone who knows how to do nails! I highly recommend Natalie!

Anna is absolutely AMAZING. I’ve been a customer to the salon now for about 6 months and have had the best service from day 1. Anna is my main nail technician. She has been the only person able to do my SNS dip nails flawlessly. No bulk, stubby nails. She is gentle, Swift, and precise.Lynn is my go to backup thus far and is great. Her marble designs are so beautiful.Though the prices are higher than the average nail salon, it’s worth every penny. I will continue to be a client at “Love Diamond Nails”.

Such exceptional service! Well worth the 20 minute wait. Every person that works here has such a great attitude/personality and makes the experience that much better. My toes always turn out beautiful & it’s such a relaxing experience. On top of that, being 9 months pregnant, the hot towel wrap helps the swelling of my feet/ankles so much! Never disappointed. My new go to nail salon!

Very friendly and inviting environment. The entire staff was professional and had a great attitude. Tammy was amazing, she took her time, was very detailed with my pedicure and my nails. So happy with my visit and nails! I recommend this salon to anyone in the area :)

Kenny does pretty good nails but has a bad attitude. Sometimes hes very nice but other times he acts as if he doesnt want to do your nails. You shouldnt treat re-occurring customers this way. With that attitude, you can definitely lose many customers. Too many nail shops to go to in Las Vegas!!

This wss actually mine and my daughters 2nd visit to this salon and just like the first visit they didnt disappoint. Neither of us got the same person as the first time but still had a great experience. No nicks which meant no sore fingers. If youre not quite sure what you want they make suggestions and explain everything so you can feel comfortable making a decision. We were able to get an appointment together the same day so theyre vet accommodating. We will continue to visit Love Diamond Nails for our manis.

By far the best nail salon I have ever been to here in Vegas and Ive lived here for 10yrs now!! I will never go anywhere else ever!! They did an amazing job on my nails and my daughters! I got mine a full set Nightmare before Christmas. They have them posted! Trust me you will not regret going here!

Ive been coming here since the beginning of this year. All but 1 visit has been a good experience. Thank you to Don! on my recent visit and repairing my nails from the previous visit which was my 1 bad experience.

ANA IS THE BEST!! I am always amazed with how nice my nails look after Anna works on them!! I get hard gel nails & gel polish. They use organic products. Even after one month my nails still look perfect except that it grew longer & need a fill after one month. Otherwise, I am so happy because my nails don’t chip or lift even after one month!!! Most of all the salon is super clean!! LOVE ANNA & LOVE DIAMOND NAIL SALON!!!

I heard about this place and I thought I would try it. I love it Jason does a amazing job on my nails. Ive been going there 9 months now. Im very happy with the service, the shop is very clean. I wouldnt go anywhere else.Thank you Jason.
