This will be my first and last going to this nail salon. I’m not happy with my gel manicure. I choose red color for my manicure but the lady told me to change the color coz my nails were short ( she changed it coz she’ll have a hard time painting my nail red) then I agree in a light pink color instead. But after she have done my nails it doesn’t look like a job of a professional nail tech. It’s not worth the money going in this salon. The only nice thing is the staff were nice.

Got Dip powder. They cracked after a week. It’s because the girl insisted on making me use the UV light again and again. Powder doesn’t need UV - only gel does - and it makes the material hard and brittle. Will never return. I’m in NY now and had to get 9/10 nails redone at my old place that uses SNS and NO UV AT ALL. You’ll see the color difference in the one nail I kept.

Rockstar Nails was great. My sister, Gigi, and I all got gel pedicures. Each technician did an amazing job on each of our feet. They were all super professional and very nice. Next time I am in Vegas I will only come to Rockstar.

I got a polish change on my toes and a full set on my nails with no design. I paid $100 for that for some reason and a few days later the polish on my feet began to chip very bad. Nails U Luv near the hospital is where I typically go and you could get all of that and your eyebrows waxed for $90 and it lasts weeks. The staff was nice but never again. 👎

Absolutely love this place. The owners and technicians are really sweet and do amazing work. You have the option of different pedicures that include massages which is my favorite!

Moon did such a beautiful job on my brow wax, pedicure and new set of acrylics. Shes a master manicurist, STERILIZES her equipment right in front of you and is personable & caring about your experience! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new salon for nails and skin care.

I came in for a pedi and an acrylic nail take off and gel manicure. I left with a pedicure, 3 ripped nails, and 2 bloody ones. Bay Phan literally ripped my acrylics off. If that was what I wanted I would’ve done it myself. The manager Jenny was notified and did absolutely nothing but offer me antibiotic ointment, bandaids, and a pat on the back. If I could give them less than one star, I would.

I come here every 2 weeks and Carol does my nails. I make an appointment but if you just walk in you never have to wait long at all to get your nails done.

Awesome place to have nails & pedicure done. Staff is very friendly & take their time. They even greet you saying your name. Very clean & sanitized business. Highly recommend you wont be disappointed ever.

Really friendly staff but the pedicure was not worth the $28. A cheap plastic pad was used to scrub my feet of dead skin. I think to use the grater you had to pay extra.

I got exactly what I asked for. Mimi #2 took care of me. She even repaired a broken nail a week later for no additional fee. She is now my regular manicurist. The owner is nice as well. Not rude and snobby like some other shops I’ve visited.

Got a Pedicure done my MEME today and she did amazing. I got a quick eyebrow waxing too. They are great.My mom said she received a so so job on her feet.I thought the employees were all nice.

Went in with an idea, but not sure how to get the look done. Lindsey recommended hard gel with overlays and now I am completely converted from acrylics. Such a great job!

Impeccable service. Jenny and her family run a tight ship and she does beautiful long lasting nail work. Is it busy in here, yes. Do you have to wait, sometimes. But that is how a popular business is. Is everyone always happy, no but thats the nature of a service industry. Cant please everyone. Over all Im super happy with my gel nail designs and pedicures.

I’ve been going here for three years now. The best technicians are Mimi (the one by Kelly) and Kelly. I wish I could take those to with me when I move. I’m just disappointed that the prices for a fill went up! Regardless, I’d come here still then go somewhere else for a horrible job. I hope they stay in business. More nail salons need to take note from these guys!!

I went in asking for a design that my regular nail place couldn’t do... they took all the time they needed and did a great job matching what I wanted! The only reason why it’s not 5 starts is because normally my manicure lasts 3 weeks and this one barely made it 2.

It was not very good, I went in to get a pedicure for my stepmoms birthday and the lady was rushing the massage and kept getting the tweezers and hurting my toes. Two days after my visit I got a hangnail after she had Filed my toenails so short and it was very painful. At no time she asked me if it was painful after numerous times of me pulling my foot away. I don’t believe Rockstar Nails is a good nail salon I sure hope you don’t spend your money on something this bad.

$55 for hard gel polish is outrageous

Went in for a pedicure, Lindsey was my nail tech. She sat me down and I was out of the chair and paying in 15 minutes. She did base coat, one coat of color, and top coat. I asked if I’m done and she said yes. I told her she only did one coat of color, no massage or lotion. She told me she has a client waiting. I feel very unvalued and taken advantage of. It’s all about the money and not the customer service. I will not go back.

Truong is the best. His attention to detail is amazing and my nails always last for at least three weeks. The prices are good so you dont have to feel guilty for indulging on yourself

It was OK. There were 4 of us-2 couples and we were there for 4 pedicures. We stopped by but they were busy so we scheduled an appointment for later in the afternoon. The men received their pedicures first which I thought was strange since women have polish on their toes and need time to dry. I was the last one to have the pedicure started. The girl acted as if I had some strange disease because my feet were dry had calluses. She commented several times about it and didnt want to use the cheese grater. I explained that it would be fine. She proceeded very mildly. Since everyone else was done and waiting, she hurried up so I could also be finished. My friend noticed and commented that she hadnt scrubbed or massaged my legs/calves. I was just going to let it go. So she reluctantly started that part over. It was the strangest, longest (3 1/2 hrs) pedicure Ive ever had (my does were total raisins). Cant say it was the worst, but we probably wont return.

Horrible experience. My fill was think and horribly shaped. My nails looked like Lees press on nails! Another employee tried to fix them and he did ok..only that he did a gel fill and rockstar nails but left the glitter polish lumpy and not smooth. Terrible nails...will not go there again.

I would suggest calling and making an appointment only because they are always busy because they are amazing. Lindsay is one of the best and my nails always last a month almost 2 and they are cheaper than a lot of the other nails salon in the area . highly pleased

Absolutely horrible. The service was terrible. I mad an appointment and waited 45 minutes because they took walk ins first. I complained and they said first come first serve. And they were so rude!

Made an appointment for noon to get a pedicure. Waited till 1245 and decided to walk out. When I arrived they were busy so i didnt mind the wait. Watched other patrons finish their pedicures and the salon tech would disappear to the back and never come back. All chairs were full when I arrived but after 45 min when only 3 people were in chairs and Im the only person waiting in the lobby I decided this place obviously has no customer service and doesnt need any money. Told the receptionist I was leaving since my appointment was 45 min ago her statement.. ok sorry. There are tons of nail places in this area that would gladly accept my money, this place lost out.

Cold water during pedicure and had to complain three times... Was rushed out and told I shouldnt get a Paraffin wax treatment on my feet because it makes no difference. Even talked out of gel. I wouldnt recommend this place because its below ordinary service as well as poor customer service

I used to go here often, now not so much. I can only get gel manicures once or twice before I have to grow my natural nails back out because of the damage they do with the dremel.
