I came in and had a appointment at 5:15PM. One of the ladies was about to assist me right away until she was then stopped by her coworker (Cindy) who was completely unprofessional telling her not to do it because another person who didn’t have a appointment had just came in a few minutes before me. The entire time I was completely ignored by everyone besides the lady who tried to assist me and was forced to do the other persons nails. Disappointed.

Had an appointment at 10 am. Walked in and the guy who was suppose to do my nails at 10 started a walk in customer as I arrived. I waited an hour and a half to watch someone else get their nails done at my appointment time. After I waited for an hour and a half I asked the lady how long it would be since I witnessed another tech take a walk in when I had been sitting there. She just stared at me and said when hes done with her he will do mine. I said well ive been here an hour and that girl is being serviced before me. All the lady did was walk away and said sorry. short staffed as she walked away.I get appointment times vary but when you take other customers before someone whos been sitting there for over an hour its disrespectful and i would of had a better reaction if it was my business. The lady was rude and had zero customer service skills so I left since I felt really uncomfortable.

They were my first stop when I got into town for my work training, I didnt get the mans name. He was great! Very detailed and took his time on the prep which was awesome, I did a simple gel manicure with a glitter red on my natural nails. Coming up on 2 weeks and still no chips - Even after having to fish my car window out of the door frame ♥️💕

Over charged for a foot and leg massage 30 that was less then 10 mins. Also, had my niece and sister get a pedicures with me. When 2 men came in they stoped their pedicures to tend to them. Which is rude. Only go here alot even get some friends and familys to go in as their new nail shop. Im pregnant and need to go in to get my feet done every 2 weeks. Very disappointed will not be back.

Michelle and Rae do such a terrific job! I cannot imagine having anyone else do my nails! Ive been a happy customer for 5 years and have no plans to go anywhere else!

Horrible job on my nails. I went here based off the reviews. There was a huge wait so to me that was reassuring on how good the service was going to be. I spent 135 dollars on 4 of us. 55 on mine alone. I have never spent that much ever. No prices were posted so you dont get around about until after. That wasnt the issue I expected so much more when spending 55 dollars on my nails. The people were very friendly but the job on my nails a nightmare. Ive gotten better on a 20 dollar job. I will not be returning. As you can see in the pictures posted those sides are my real nails. The nails placed on top are too small! Im so disappointed.

This place got me in on time without an appointment and the lady who did my pedicure truly took time to ensure that it was perfect ! It was quiet in the early morning and extremely relaxing ! Will be back whenever I am in town

They charged $28 for an overlay of arcylic on my real nails that are very short. No polish, no spear polish nothing. Last time I went I got a balance and polish for $25. I think they make their own prices up when the boss isn’t there. Not sure but I’m never going back. And they charged me that price and left a hang nail on the side which is why I was getting a overlay in the first place. Highly disappointed. They should not have a 4 star at all. They should have a 2 star because they get the job done but at very high price and for a very horrible job. They don’t have set prices listed anywhere so they will charge you whatever comes to mind and then she told me oh my boss raised the prices. I make $20+ an hour so money’s not the issue. It’s the principle of good work and service. There plenty of other nails salons around or down the street to go to this just won’t be one I ever go to again.

Whenever I brought in a photo of the nails I wanted to do, the staff advised me on the colors and the outcome even is better than the nails on the pic. The nails technician took her time doing my nails just right. She made sure my nails did not continue to lift. She did a fantastic job and my nails are always so cute! The prices were reasonable. We will definitely go back to be pampered!

Horrible service and experience. I called ahead to make sure they had availability because I was 5 min away. I was assured they were ready for me to stop by. When I got there I was seated and left seated for 30 minutes. There were only 3 nail techs and all had someone. I thought they were finishing up one and I would be next. When I saw someone else get seated and I asked how much longer they told me another 30 minutes. That’s very unprofessional especially if I called ahead and was even nice about waiting the first 30 min. All they said sorry the owner answered and he’s not here. That’s ridiculous, I’m calling ahead, and being seated as if I’m going to be next then they take another client, that they said has an appt. I’m calling ahead, I’m making an appt to come in. The owner needs to get better at customer service and not lying to their clients. Will never come here again and do not recommend to anyone. Save yourself the stress.

Today was my first time going into this salon. When I walked in I was immediately greeted and asked what I wanted done. I got a full set acrylic with gel polish. I waited for a few minutes cause I didn’t make an appointment and just walked in. The girl who did my nails (I didn’t catch her name) she was fabulous! she was so kind and we chatted for a little bit. She asked me about my nails and what I wanted done and did exactly that. We talked about our kids and how I bite my natural nails lol. I’ll will definitely be going back to them!

First time here. Had a pedicure and it was very nice!

I went one day because its close my house Olga did my nails and did an amazing job. I was satisfied with her. Two weeks later I went back and another friendly lady did my nails we talked a bit and she told me she was two months out of beauty school which I was impressed knowing I would be starting soon she too did an amazing job i was a little upset she put glitter on my nails and I hate glitter but I did not complain I let her finish my nails not perfectly shaped something I could fix myself at home I still walked out satisfied and will go back. I mean nobody is perfect but the service is awesome

Prices online are cheaper then the salon because they havent updated their website since January and they wouldnt give me the online price. Upgraded to gel and within 3 days it started chipping. During pedicure, she took too much off the bottom of my feet, they were sore for about a week. Girl was about 15 minutes late getting there, I sat in a chair waiting... They also changed what you get with a deluxe pedicure - online says hot stone and extra massage with deluxe, they added super deluxe which is more, and that one has the hot stone and extra massage. Again, super deluxe wasnt on the website, just in the store. I wont go back.

Horrible customer services,I was there Tuesday at 12:45 waiting for more of one hour nobody say nothing to me like have a seat I did y my self and when finally I get the services this old lady was hurry because the other employee a young lady told her she was so busy and that she should take the next client after me,and they was so rude and making faces like they didnt want be busy, both ladys was looking each other like saying you do the job, no you dolol I really disappointed about the job also, she did bad work in my feet no profesional behaviour, almost 2 hours listening one of the employees(young chubby girl)talking with her client using the word f.****k all the time, woo really people?To the owner please check the Camaras on Tuesday August 6 at 12:25 until 2 :30 I hope you improve your services.

They add $5 extra for everything including nail shape, such as coffin or almond. None of my nails were the same shape. Everything ended up uneven. Bubbles in my nail polish and I even had to put on top coat from home because theirs dulled out the next day. They were about to charge me full price until I complained and pointed out all the mistakes they made. Then they dropped it down by $5 which was still $30 for coffin basic red polish. Over-priced for the quality of work. You can find better nail salons.

I go there all the time always with different nail styles n designs they always do a great job. I love the service n I love the way my nails look at the end.

I am a bit disappointed on my last visit in this place. I usually go here for regular manicure and pedicure and satisfy with the result but not the last one. I get a gel manicure and nails need to be fixed since it was a bit crack. The nail technician did it in a wrong way and turn out a bad result. This place is not really a bad place it just I don’t like my last experience with them but definitely coming back. The staffs are friendly and prices are fair.

Wonderful at first. Great experience nice guy did a gel mani and pedi. The next day I wake up and two of my toes are missing paint. Go back to the shop, he does those toes and fees a couple other toes he noticed werent right. For those that dont know gel coat is not supposed to slide off. It is coated to maintain. I now back home. Three days later and the Polish on my hands is coming off. Nice people bad technicians.

Unless you want itchy feet and unsanitized pedicures, I’d avoid this place. Horrible conditions that are bound to give you an infection. Gross beyond words and the staff seems ignorant to basic standards.

I absolutely love coming to Nails today. Coby takes AMAZING care of my nails. He and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to make sure you love the work they do ( I have never been cut or felt they are too rough) . I usually go Monday or Tuesday mornings when its slower and more quiet. I love that I can go there and relax, read my magazine in peace and quiet or have a great conversation with coby or Tommy. I 100% recommend this place :)

Best place i know or have been to in town but only a few of the staff do i trust, others NEVER AGAIN. they do get busy ESPECIALLY on friday and saturday but they are all friendly and most are nice to talk to, good conversation.

Do not go here I spent extra money on gel so they last longer then acrylic and they didnt even last 10 days. My day 5 they were lifting, today day 9 they look horrible like 3 weeks old. I am not hard on my nails at all and when I called to have them fix it for free they laughed in my face. and said no. I spent an extra 25$ so they lasted longer from what I was told not just by them I was told gel is better. If I was gonna have this problem I wouldve saved my money and bought acrylic. I had originally posted a good review cause staff was friendly but after having them and how they dealt with it I refer no one here. Also they is stuff getting between the fake nail and original nail due to poor glue or something. Screaming for nail fungus cause of all the gaps !! Do not go here !!!!!

It was already 7 they took me in T was the girls name i told her I only have 30 dollars not even extra to tip. She still without me asking she hooked it up so good She gave me white tip with what she called bling powder (glitter acrylic ((cuz one of my nail beds had gotten the green from water getting in air pockets.))Then she even gave me gel for free and cuticle oil after that. This is second time Ive been here in my life (did I mention they had to remove old set for me too /take off. I walked out at 7:40 amazing nails. Happy with great people at end of her day and she did so much extra knowing from beginning that I only could pay 30 I even clarified and paid up front. They are the best. I think I found my new salon. Thank you T at nails today) Not to be mistaken for male T at T nails on maryland. Cuz I all bad over at that one. Im referring to female Asian chick way sweet shes been doing it for a long time although she looks fresh out of school shes well experienced. Best female manicurist Ive had ever.

So I walked in after my morning meeting and I didnt have to wait at all which is probably the only reason Im giving this place a 2. I just wanted a Halloween themed stiletto full set that was ok for work. The guy was giving me ideas on what I could do and the woman doing my nails asked what I wanted. It was simple. I wanted an pumpkin, a ghost, bat, spider, and tombstone on each of my fingers with an alternating background color of purple and black. Nothing fancy either, just the outline colored in with white. The guy told me it was no problem, but the woman looked confused. I explained it over and over on what I wanted. She asked for me to show her a picture. I couldnt find one like I wanted. So in defeat I said she could to a purple background with a black ombre of bats. Then on my ring finger I could get a little black spider with a white background. She told me no purple. Purple isnt Halloween. Ok fine Ill do orange. She did the full set which was uneven and crooked. Annoyed I figured she would fix it. Nope. She slapped on orange polish. Now Im livid sitting in the chair. Since she had a picture, I figured she could do the design no problem. Why would you offer other wise to show a picture right? Looking down she was just making dots and lines instead of bats. I told her that they are bats and she looked at me confused. Not trying to be rude I zoomed the picture. She said wait til she added the glitter. Giving her the benefit of the doubt I waited. They still looked like dots and lines. Oh and the spider looks the same way. She smiled and said 45 dollars please! Pissed I gave her the money and called later. I told the manager that I was never coming back and that she shouldnt off any design if they cant do it. I do my own nails all the time and I could do this design easy! But since my acrylic is crooked Im going to have to get them completely fixed tomorrow.
