I left my necklace to get fixed. First he said it would be ready in a few days. He did not send my necklace to be fixed until 3 days later. I had to keep calling to find out if it was done. He rarely answered. When I finally did get to pick up my necklace, I thought it was okay. It turns out it was not. My necklace broke in the same spot 3 days later. I went to go ask for my refund and he called me a liar and made up 100 excuses. He said he would get it fixed but by this time I was done with this place. I asked for my money back and he did not give it. This guy seems very nice but is a CROOK. Do not go to him. He will absolutely rip you off when given the chance!

I dropped my watch and I want back to Tissot to get a quote and they said $220 to fix my watch. I came to Bayside Watches and they charged me $50 for the same work

This place sold me a dead battery for $37.93-probably the same battery I had in my ESQ Swiss Watch. Then tried to charge me $135.00 to “service” my watch. I took it to The Movado Company Store-they replaced my dead battery-that bayside watch in The Meadows Mall robbed me of. I feel sorry for these robbers at bayside watch, and there family. The Father teaches his son-who works there this scam. They tried to actually act like they were calling the police on me lol. Robbers don’t call the Police lol. I guess they got mad at me for feeling bad for there family? Don’t give them the chance to rob you. I called my Bank, and they said they will take care of it, and really get The Authorities involved:-) Much Love, The Victim of these robbers at bayside watch-watch out for them-they will rob you too-if you give them money.

Just had a pocket watch battery replace and they scratch the finish on back poor workmanship. BEWARE they have non qualified jewelers work on watches.
