The employee who helped us was incredible! Very patient and professional while also being sweet and friendly. Id give more stars if I could!

I was really excited about this store since I’ve seen their web page and I wanted to check out the rings for my boyfriend. But from start to finish maybe a hi and that was that. We didn’t feel acknowledged we stood there like idiots for a good ten minutes and still nothing.

I came into the store today to look for earrings as a Christmas gift. The customer service was horrible, I was not approached by an associate I had to ask an associate was she busy because she had walked by me a few times. Once I explained what I was looking for it did not seem like she had the willingness to assist. Not once did she ask my price range or offer and/or explain payment options. I honestly love Zales as a company but I will not return to this location in Summerlin.

Great selection and high quality jewelry is what I always encounter at Zales. Friendly, knowledgeable associates are very helpful.Whenever I am looking for a gift or just something for myself I choose Zales first.

I would like to express my disappointment . I left my engagement ring on 1st of June . There was a small stone missing. We went to pick up the ring in late June . Once I put it on my finger I saw the same stone was missing. It wasnt fixed. I thought it was some kind of a joke. It was left to be fixed because of a missing stone. The only thing they did it was to clean it. This is ridiculous! We have to wait another 5 to 6 weeks . I really hope this time it will be fixed 🙏 They didnt even give us a gift card or so for the inconvenience. Very bad experience. I would not recommend Zales for this reason!

I am absolutely blown away by Zales....their 60 day return policy is not joke. I returned an $11,000 ring and Tiare at the Downtown Summerlin store took down all the info and I was out of there in 30 minutes tops, FULL REFUND.

Haven’t been to the store yet, but they never answer when I call. So far, horrible customer service; they don’t even answer and place me on hold. Just rings until it disconnects. Either wrong number (which should be updated) or they need to learn how to multi-task as well as learn the functions of a telephone.

Great service! Came to pick my girlfriend wedding ring and they have an amazing great service.

We got to Zales literally 20 mins before they closed tonight and the jeweler was amazing. I knew exactly what I wanted so it took only 5 mins at most but she was so helpful and patient. Definitely recommend this location!!!
