One star is being generous. Went right down the street to another jeweler & they did what this place would not do. Excuses that were ridiculous.

Nicest people ~ Reasonable prices, for SIMPLE repairs. (I dont want to trash them because they are really nice people) Unfortunately, the last ring I brought to them to have sized down was bad. When it was sized, the mount of the ring got compromised. I had to take the ring to another shop to have the mount of the ring fixed.So, they are very reasonable but I only recommend for simple jewelry adjustments.

Not open during stated business hours often, unreliable.
