Awesome gym has everything I need and not over crowded.

Good place with nice people, the owner and the manager are very polite and friendly. Always have good interactions with the patrons that come here, all the members i have met are great people. Im coming to like the smaller gym setting for these reasons! The cost is reasonable and less than that of 24hour fitness, and we’re supporting a small business which is very important to me.

Really great gym! They provide you with a clean environment and the tools to keep it clean. I rather come here than LVAC.

This is like the anti-gym... UNBELIEVABLE people work here. Jason could not possibly be any more accommodating. This place is great for locals, the price is as inexpensive as Ive ever seen and they are always looking to help you no matter what your situation is. They have earned my business and quite a few friends and family from the providence area and in the northwest. Thanks Jason for making me WANT to go to the gym again!

Great little gym with incredible customer service. The owners will go way out of their way to meet your needs. Really can’t say enough about how impressed I was by them catering to my schedule (needed week or day passes multiple times through the years). Very low cost and has pretty much everything you’d need for a strength or cardio workout. I go early (5am) so not crowded. Doors are locked with key card access. Feels plenty safe. Highly recommend especially over any of the huge chain predatory gyms. 5/5.

The guy who runs this place is fantastic. We had a membership for my son that was somewhat short lived due to some health issues. We had a minor hiccup with a billing issue but the owner/manager handled it so quickly and efficiently. As a current store manager myself I am very impressed with the handling of the situation. Great place with good people.

Fitness 14 is a great gym that is just about a 5-min drive from my home. I decided to try out this gym with some friends and we all really loved the place. I was walked through the gym by Chris who was not pushy like the other gym managers, he was very polite and personable. 24x7 availability is a big plus. Overall, very happy with the gym and the staff so far. Definitely recommend!

Great neighborhood gym for locals. Simple an good enough. You can still get in a great workout. Sometimes equipment is not up kept but still has plenty of other equipment to workout with. Hands down it gets the job done if your looking for a decent workout!

Way better than Planet Fitness up the street thats for sure!

The perfect gym. Recently joined and love that its no contract and the staffare pretty awesome. They even give you a day pass to see if it fits your needs.

Small neighborhood gym with friendly staff. Ive been training here for 2 years with Jason and love the family atmosphere. Gym is never crowded, cleaned daily, and there are no contracts. I would recommend it to anybody in the Providence neighborhood.

Love this gym! Small-ish and has everything you need. All the employees are super nice and helpful- especially Jason and Leo. Its never crowded in the early morning and always clean.

Stopped by a couple times in December and no staff to talk to. I called several times and left a message no call backs. It’s a good location for people who don’t want to drive out to a bigger chain but it’s been impossible to Get ahold of anyone!!! Disappointed before even joining!

I went to Fitness 14 because my Dr. said I needed to be more active, I’m retired so can go in the middle of the day, never crowded which I like. I did some training sessions and got a good idea of what I should do with the equipment and I have kept it up—happy with myself.

Been going here about a year. No contract, very fair price, and 24 hour access.The facilities have everything you need, and the staff is more than willing to let you poke your head in.Some people complained about the size, but the owner listened and expanded the area...looks great and makes for efficient work outs.They have all different levels of fitness here...you can work out on your own or with one of the many friendly and result-driven personal trainers.I literally have nothing bad to say about this place, except that it is too small business...hence the reason I have to leave (moving to a different location). This model would rival planet fitness and many other big chains.They fixed all the complaints from the past: little space, contracts, ect. Definitely worth considering. Dont believe me though, go and see for yourself...it is free to tour, and if you sign up, there is not a contract, so you can leave whenever you want.

Small gym clean and organized. Jason is the owners and he is wanderful. If you thinking to lose few pounds in a months and stop working out. Dont bother. But if you wants to transform yourself physically and mentally. Several personal trainer, who help you the proper way.

Horrible Customer Service (From Manager). Cancelled membership 4 months ago. Told that NO REFUND would be given overcharged months, even after informing me that I showed as canceling membership back in October.

Decent small place to come in and get/reduce those gains, especially if your are at Creech or Nellis. It gets pretty crowded in there if there is group sessions going on (around 0900), so that is the only draw back. Also, the equipment is pretty beat up, especially the free weights and bars. As an added bonus, lots of people like to not re-rack their weights or leave them lying around, so you get extra gains when you pick up that 25lb dumbbell from the middle of the floor next to the treadmill.

I had a decent experience with Fitness 14 besides the poor quality plates and dumbbells, but the big issue came when i tried cancelling my no contract membership. The scum bag manager charged me the day after i messaged him to cancel and tried telling me that i was already charged and there was no way to refund the month of membership which i will not even be in the same state anymore for.. its a shame, no respect for their customers or for Active Duty Military with Orders.. AVOID FITNESS 14!!

Bad place, and trainer managers don’t care the business. Restrooms very dirty and weights completely damage. I’m don’t recommend this place
