It is very hard to reach a manager. I’ve called multiple times waiting for someone to reach out to me regarding a refund issue. I’ve gone both in person as I was told to do so and also spoke to someone over the phone but I can never seem to speak to the manager directly to get some clear answers. I cancelled my training in person Sept. 3rd and they told me it was cancelled and that I would receive my refund within couple days or so. I waited 2 weeks and no refund has been issued to my account. I called on a Tuesday and left my name & phone# and no one called me back. It is now Sept. 23rd and I have been charged the same amount. My bank account is now negative because of that charge that I never approved of or shouldn’t have been charged in the first place. I am furious at this point! I am owed almost $300 and all I wanted was some direct communication to begin with but no one was able to provide that. This gym lacks communication to customers.

Incredible area. This exercise center has huge loads of gear, outside segments, and ordinarily doesnt become excessively busy. The staff is all amicable and work effectively of keeping things spotless and clean. Individuals who work over here generally arent regional nitwits. You truly cant beat the low participation charges for what you get with EōS.

Candice was absolutely God sent! She was very reasonable and kind. She went above and beyond to help me! I dont know if shes a manager or not, but in my opinion she should be! Thank you Candice!

PSA to ALL EoS locations,I have been a member for years now & this franchise continues to disappoint. The gym features various machines and free weights for the members with sauna access & pool/hot tub & turf field (select locations). Those features sound amazing!!!... However, all EoS locations are filthy & disgusting, from the exercise machines to the extra amenities (sauna/pool/turf). These gyms should not be open 24hrs if there is never time for cleaning. The lack of care from all EoS locations is becoming an issue for myself & other members I come in contact with who dont speak up. The extra amenities are ALWAYS broken like McDonalds ice cream machine or takes months to ever fix. The Pools seem to never have proper cleaning with tiles dirtier than the bottom of shoes. The Turf fields are discoloring (brown/black) from never properly cleaning, its becoming disrespectful to paying members!My suggestion is EoS to first and foremost stop being cheap & pay cleaners to come in the gym, occasionally shut down for a couple hours for cleaning & fixing (it wont hurt your money for a couple of hours that EoS gyms have been snatching from members this long). This needs to take place soon or I intend to start a list of members who feel the same.*DIRECTED ENTIRELY TO THIS LOCATION*How is this the corporate/main building & is just as filthy as all the others especially the bathrooms. You all really need to do better!Thank you for your time.

I love the gym. But I do my cardio in the media room and the front desk girl wont start the movie until 6 am. There are a lot of people in early. Who made this rule at the Sahara location? Not wise. Disappointed ☹️!!

Parks. Not your typical 17 year old p/t employee. Not much to look at, kinda nerdy, I guess...handled probably one of the most difficult clients your facility has (me)FLAWLESSLY! I love Stephanies yoga classes and DeAnns Bodycombat class. Ive done yoga with loads of different teachers and Stephanies yoga is some of the best Ive had. Shes the main reason Im still at the gym because I have free membership at another gym now but havent found yoga that I like as much!

I go early (5am) which helps in managing the crowds that show up here. Even at this time in the summer there is a decent sized group. There is a wide variety of well kept equipment giving ample opportunity for different exercise needs.

Great place. Clean. Friendly people. Signing up this weekend!!! Cant wait.

I went in to this location to cancel my membership a few months ago. The front desk advised me that they would make sure it is canceled. I just realized that I was still charged for April and May. When I called to see why I was being charged I was informed that my membership was never canceled and no notes were in their system. They said they would get back to me by the end of the week. Still no communication. I called back today and was transferred to the 3rd party provider to cancel. Of course I will be charged for June as well.

I was wondering why my oly lifts felt so bad here but then realized the spin on some of the bars are awful. Unfortunate as they have a lovely room with 6 platforms but worn bearings on the barbells

Of the three EoS facilities I frequent, this one is my least favorite. And coincidentally, the one that I originally joined. It is overcrowded, not kept up well, poorly ventilated, and very concerning, has no adherence to COVID 19 mandated policies. The staff here does not enforce proper mask-wearing nor social distancing. I never see EoS employees asking non-mask wearing patrons to please place them over their mouth and nose. I never see any disinfecting of machines or weights. There is never anyone cleaning up the messes that members leave behind. For example, the water bottle depicted in my picture (thats my backpack) was sitting in that exact place for three days before I finally took a picture of it. If a water bottle can sit for days on end, how can anyone expect more critical cleaning, disinfecting, and adherence to COVID 19 policy?I understand that EoS may be concerned about losing members with stricter enforcement, but if they dont enforce the regulations, gyms (including theirs) will all be closed down, and then they will lose even more members.

Smaller than other EOS in the area. No jacuzzi :( and very crowded even at midnight. The staff here is amazing though!

I’ve been to every single location in Las Vegas and Henderson and this one is my favorite!The staff is super nice and if I have issues with my membership, the managers always find a solution we can both agree upon.I’m not sure why people say it’s small because they got rid of their basketball court area to make more room for squat racks and a lot more leg equipment. PLUS they have an outside area with a lot of space for activities.This place has it all. No complaints for this location. Keep up the good work

This location has horrible customer service. After two days I had to cancel to leave town on a emergency. Still getting charged. Tried canceling multiple times was lied to multiple times about mangers unable to log in to close the account. The lies continue a month later when I’m still getting charged. Use any gym in Vegas. And this location is disgusting clean up your gym!

99% of equipment you should need, ranging from several benches+racks, plenty of light and heavy dumbbells, cables, resistance machines, a smith machine, Olympic platforms indoor and outdoor, GHD, treadmills, stairmasters, stationary bikes, battling ropes, and even a small swimming pool with lanes and floatational resistance accessories.Masks enforced. Lots of access to paper towels+cleaner+trash receptales. Sauna currently defunct due to covid measures.

Signed up in March 2020 a week before shutdown. I signed up myself and my wife with the childcare service. Once shutdown hit they did great and informed us that all accounts have been frozen. Once July came around, they opened back up the gym but not the childcare service. So I went in to reactivate mine but asked that my wife’s account stay frozen due to the lack of childcare. They told me that wouldn’t be a problem. However we are now in March of 2021 and my wife was going through the bank statements and realized that they have been charging us for both memberships this entire time.When I called in to figure out what happened, naturally they have no idea how this happened. Regardless of this huge mistake on their end the response I got was that there’s nothing they can do about it. They refused to refund those charges for my wife’s account which should have been frozen. She said “I’m not risking losing my job over this”. So you’re telling me that as a supervisor you CAN refund this but that if you did you would get fired for refunding false charges and making things right??? What a horrible policy. Horrible customer service

I have been going to the EōS Fitness Gym for about few month and always love the experience. The classes are great, and the pool is lovely and above ground - a rarity in Las Vegas. Above all, it is such a friendly place: the staff, the instructors and the clients. It feels like going to a gym at a friends house. If you like a cozy, friendly place that has everything you need but is not pretentious, this is the gym for you.

Was a member of EOS for awhile and things were great, after falling on difficult times due to COVID-19 I missed a payment and was charged a late fee. The club was able to refund it, great! This happened again recently and since it was nonrefundable this time I decided to end my membership. After appearing in person to cancel my account because this is some ridiculous requirement I discover 3 weeks later I’m still being charged. Haven’t been to this gym in weeks and they still have their hand in my pocket! Beware their staff does not fully explain fine print to you and then tells you they cannot help you! Terrible communication!!

Called eos to canceled my membership last month and did my last payment. They said it was canceled but was not canceled and charged me again the following month. I called to fix it and they said the best they could do was cancel it again and that I would have to call back in 5 days to CHECK if it was canceled. Took the last 20$ in my account for the week. Fix your system eos because this is ridiculous.EDIT: 7/10/21 They charged me again after just discussing with them how they are gonna cancel my membership last month.

Dirty Location.Resolution for EoS Fitness is to clean their gym. This isnt rocket science. This is simple. Dirty Location needs to be cleaned up. Change cleaning staff, or raise rates to provide members with a clean environment. I have been visiting Durango, and they do a better job at cleaning their facility.Chia Seeds spilled on Pool Deck have been there 3 Weeks.

I was a member for the last three years. They let independent trainers train clients there all the time. I thought this made EOS different.(and better) than other gyms who charge outside trainers rent.Sadly, that policy must have changed today. I bring them new members who dont need to be sold, and I guess they would rather lose memberships. I would think with less people going to the gym during a pandemic they would want as many members as possible. They could be making money charging rent and instead they lose money by losing memberships. Brilliant!What was even more confusing is how one of the staff members (who wasnt in shape at all) actually told my client she could lose weight working out at home. Are you trying to not have any members? Are you trying to kill your business? Good Lord!Please cancel my membership if you have not already done so.

Nice staff..always friendly and helpful.. equipment is well maintained..my only complaint is they dont call people out for not cleaning equipment after they use it.. frustrating under normal conditions much less during covid..

Clean,spacious and great customer service and most importantly lots of parking.Better than the one on Durango always so crowded there.I was just at this gym and I sew this trainer hes really good his name is Wallace Im sure if I need to be trained Ill definitely look for him .

EOS is always good value for the money and I can find all my workout needs...staff is always helpful and friendly. Only thing I dont like (and I noticed this couple of times) is that staff is not reminding the guests to wipe their machines/benches after their use, although they see this.

This place is clean, and the service is done very well. I like the membership pass options they give. Cheaper than most places and you get more than what you pay for .

Great location. This gym has tons of equipment, outdoor sections, and usually doesn’t get too crowded. The staff is all friendly and do a good job of keeping things clean and tidy. The people who work out here for the most part aren’t territorial meatheads. You really can’t beat the low membership fees for what you get with EōS.

Had 1 free session with a trainer who could not have been less interested i helping me rehab from a broken leg. Never went back. They still bill me over a year later. Even tho the code on my debit card has changed. Call reps hardly speak English, and never get back to you when they promise to.

This gym is great. I had a great experience with Johnny and Corbin in Membership dept. Tiana the manager and Chloe up front are very helpful and very pleasant, Im always happy to see them. The classes I love especially the Zumba on Sunday mornings and Sat the dance party class with Alex C.But most of all I have the best trainer Daniel H. He listens and he is never boring. Im loosing weight already and we just started. The workouts that he has me doing are the best ever. He is professional and well dressed. I highly recommend him.

Simply put, best place to get fit. If youre thinking about going to keen, do it! One of the most intense work outs youll do but worth every second.

Getting a guest pass is absolutely ridiculously difficult here. The process is nightly invasive and they make you take a photo just to get in. Not pleased.

I just moved here from Vegas not too long ago, looking to get fit in the right gym, this was my least favorite so far, very crowded & very little social distancing. Not the best machines.

People are walking in with their masks on but placing them on their chin after passing the entry point. There is a mask mandate and the gym isnt enforcing it. Very upset.

Anyway, I think yall were just trying to out-do me in politeness🤔☠️yeah, good luck with that

I decided to take a leisure drive across town to train at an EOS location that I havent been to, and I gotta tell you, I enjoyed this gym a lot! Lots of equipment, clean locker rooms and friendly members. Im also a big fan of single level gyms where you dont have to walk up a flight of stairs to a second floor to use equipment (call me lazy). This location also has an outdoor workout area, which is a huge bonus on a really nice day. The only personal downside is that this location is across town from where I live and work. However, I will return from time to time. Oh, by the way their friendly staff members greeted me when I entered and exited the premises.

So Casandra feels entitled to disrupt your workout to make sure the mask covers the nose. I could have easily adjusted right after the rep but because she had a power trip she had to stop me right then and there. Instead of being courteous her alternate option was for me to just cancel my membership. The staff literally walks around on mask patrol. Definitely kill your workout vibe. Fortunately for me there are other EOS gyms with a whole lot better customer service, better all around vibe, and still enforcing the mask mandates

I meet with my trainer today Im very excited to work with her I know I will meet my Goal !! with her I am 64 going on 35 already feeling good. LoL 🤣

Amazing EOS is amazing. They are very good with the whole social distance stuff, there is sanitizing equipment everywhere, everyone is so friendly prices areamazing compared to other gyms. No contracts, no bs no hassles. 5 star.

Excellent fitness center- large, variety of workout equipment, theater, childcare center, plenty of trainers, pool, sauna, classes...The place is clean and staff is helpful.

The price is great they have every thing you need. Its really busy though. So thats why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

I attend to the gym for many years but when we were home because of the pandemic they stop charging me three months but after that from last year July to this year July they charge my account sometimes I had an overcharge and I didn’t know why that’s not fair you guys are charging people and they’re not even attending to the gym and now they say they cannot do nothing for me that’s not fair you guys should’ve put more attention how are you guys charging people because $39 a month is money some people will not even wear it working OK

This is a great place, the staff is always great. Chloe always greets me with a great smile asks how i am doing. She so nice and pleasant and greets me by name. An awesome young lady.

I established a membership and it was a pleasant experience. Chris and staff were welcoming, patient, knowledgeable, and very professional. Most importantly, the state social distancing and mask requirements are strictly enforced! Definitely a selling point for me. I look forward to my first workout tomorrow!

Great gym that provides everything you can possibly need. In addition, the way they stepped up during COVID-19 is something I truly appreciate. The effort does not go unnoticed at all.I want to give a special shout out to Luis who works at the front desk from time to time. This man always has a smile on his face and is asking how im doing. Hes always inclined to yell goodbye as I walk out the door even if my headphones are still blasting in my ears. Overall solid employee and someone that makes my experience a lot better when I visit this gym.

Its a little small and cramped but still has a good variety of equipment. If you are looking for more space try Durango and 215. This one is still very nice though.

EOS has no monitoring of any healthy and COVID-19 commendations. Customers are not reminded to wear their masks at alltime while in the gym or the allowed equipment for social distance.When you bring it up to their attention,tjeir response is, when we have the coverage, we walk around. Im sure the health department will not allow this.

Wide variety of equipment, and environments. The outdoors section is definitely something I havent seen before. Everybody minds their own business, but theyre usually friendly upon mutual interactions. Ive been offered a free one on one training, but Ive yet to accept it. However the case, I am pleased by (and tempted to dive further into) what EoS has to offer.

I go here all the time they have everything I need, and the staff is awesome and even gives you pointers on different exercises for different muscle groups

Must be really freaking broke to have to continue to charge people after theyve canceled a dozen times. Was laughed at by the person who answered the phone when I called AGAIN to try to cancel.

I saw the attached ad on Facebook today. I went to the website and attempted to sign up. Although the ad said absolutely positively no $0 to join, the website had a $49 charge to sign up. So I called. I spoke to Mario. I was told by Mario that if I wanted to sign up for the lowest membership that I would have to pay the $49, but it was usually $150 so its a great deal. I said your ad said otherwise. $49 is a much worse deal than $0! He would not budge on the issue. Not a chance I will do business with an organization that practices misleading bait and switch advertisement such as this.

I am shocked by how rude and short tempered Tiana the fitness manager is. I apologize if we were confused and had many questions about our new membership. But the way she was yelling at us and making up lies about things is insane. I would like to cancel our membership and reach out to corporate but the only thing keeping me back is Choy. He is the best personal trainer and is so kind and helpful. I have gotten so fit while working out with him. But after my experience with Tiana and her abhorrent attitude I don’t think we can continue our membership.

It’s a really small spot so I’d actually recommend the other one that’s more self but overall it’s really good and I enjoy. Thank you for the quick attention and for the quick solution and quick sign up, I really needed to be great and he nailed it right on the spot so I appreciate that and deafly he deserves some sort of acknowledgment inside because I know that not only as a manager he has a lot of bumping up to his latter but also a lot of responsibilities as well so shot out send some in management for Blake, making sure he’s alwaysReal with the people and the bridges like a sales guy that’s good. Also that Jim is kind of packed and went because it was this Monday and it was really full but at the same time I just appreciate everything and I think the attention and I think that Jay might think everything looked clean it looked fresh you were just a little bit small for my taste so we actually went for that one that was a little bit more down for a little bit more south which was the one in Sahara, I enter the pool and it was really really good so I really appreciate that. Really good or really good facility really good place and really good people as well, I definitely tested it out in the pool was in that field as everything else so since it’s a bigger facility or wasn’t as packed as the one that we signed up.

Extremely disappointed in this company. I signed up in February 2020. Then COVID took over and the gym closed. EoS did great by freezing all memberships during that time - however, they began charging again (with no notification) in June 2020. Shame on me for not keeping a better eye on my account charges.... But I was clueless to this. We are now in December, and I have not used the gym since March 2020. I called to cancel and see what they could do about the $234.00 they have charged since June - and the answer I received was sorry. Then they complete the cancel of the contract, and inform me they will charge me another monthly fee because my 30 days starts today... Meaning they will charge me on January 24, 2021 and my account will cancel on January 31, 2021. In the middle of a pandemic, when thousands of people are financially suffering - this company does nothing over the $234.00 they have of mine (again, NEVER using the facility due to COVID), AND charge me another MONTHs worth of fees for roughly 6 days. It is shameful. I completely understand policies and procedures - however, our City and Country is in the middle of unchartered waters and everyone is struggling to make ends meet and EoS offers NOTHING!!!!!! Disgusting and shameful. I am glad EoS is on top financially, but not everyone has that luxury. Shame on you EoS!!!

Very nice array of equipment. Modern and well maintained. Masks must be worn and there is plenty of sanitizing stuff. Most members are between 20 - 35.

Been a member since it opened. Great gym but it does get crowded at the usual times (7am-9am & 4pm-7pm). The staff is great and classes have good instructors. Parking is ample and the gym has good equipment. The value is hard to beat but try to avoid the crowded periods because this place gets zoo-ed out.

Machines and cardio equip always repaired. Clean, smells good. Not many people sitting around and wasting space by not exercising, but the few that do are annoying and usually loud.Heat rooms are closed for covid.People have to wear masks but you can wear whichever ones you want,it could be as nonfunctional as a fishnet mask.People are healty, not many gym noobies here. Not really the planet fitness crowd. Fuller since the 24hr fitnesses closed.

Thanks Lillian for the terrible gym experience this morning. I love EOS, however, I cant allow myself to tolerate this level of disrespect. Never have I felt so singled out and insulted. Note to management, teach your people how to properly communicate your ever-changing BS rules before you lose more long-term loyal customers.

Warning! Avoid EoS gyms.I recently signed up with them and there employees stole my identity.They told me all they needed was my bank account information. I accidentally dropped my credit card in front of there employee and they said they needed that information too.This was the only time Ive used my credit card. Theyre charging me left and right.

I started coming to this gym about 2 months ago at first had a great experience but with the daily protocol changes that were being aggressively enforced I decided to cancel. Lillian the front desk morning girl is the epitome of who should not be the first point of contact. She is rude and has an extremely abrasive personality. She would single myself and my friend out about the mask, making reservations, bringing guest when I have guest access. Then it escalated to the point where I was speaking with the manager Cassy, when was returning the Gym Manager Cassys call she was not available so I left my 2nd message for her and I asked who I am leaving the message with because my first message did not reach her, the person who I was dealing with told me he doesnt need to tell me his name. He then threatened me over the phone. This little punks name is Luis. Cassy the manager is the only DECENT dealing I had with this gym. I suggest this place maybe give Lillian some help in the morning and getting rid of any employee that threatens a member but Im sure nothing will be done. Luis your a joke.EDITOriginally gave one star but at changed it to 3 because Cassie ended up contacting me she has great customer service they retain my business thank you very much.

Eos has been great for me.

If I could give them 0 stars i would the gym is really smalle And also they dont have any food or anything that you can snack on . And when i cancel they continue to charge my Card for 4 months When I call them again to let them know that . They said they couldnt do anything about and they still didnt send me a cancellation email So Im still gonna be watching my card to make sure that they not trying to take more money

Amazing Gym, open during Pandemic just need to make an appointment. No showers, No lockers, and No Sauna though. The Cardio Theatr is great though for making time fly. They have the schedule every month at the location. Heres the one for July 2020

What you would expect for $20 a month. Good amount of machines and exercise equipment. Some machines in poor condition. Staff is usually very friendly and welcoming. I enjoy my workouts there
