Payed $10 for just a quick wash to get the bugs off my car. When I got done, my car looked the same. Ill stick to Kwik Trip. Much cheaper and actually cleans my car.

The interior cleaning was fantastic. They did a great job with my car. It was a disaster i hadnt cleaned since winter and now its spotless. i highly recommend this service.

People are good.The wash equipment itself doesnt get the car fully clean... tunnel wash seems to miss the rear of the car.... touch-less wash dryer is ok, leaves car wet, but not too bad.However its a good value to purchase the unlimited pass. I highly recommend it.And the pass is good for the Stevens Point location also!

Id give it 5 stars if the velvet touch worked but its down half the time Im here. I paid the monthly price for the super wash. Its not worth it if I can only use the wash I paid for 50% of the time.

I was really disappointed with my wash, I paid extra, got the expensive one plus wheel wipe and they didnt even do it and it didnt try my vehicle. Then when I got outside to vacuum they took them out, must be replacing them but they should have had a sign up. Then I looked at my car afterwards and the runner was still dirty as well as the tailgate. Maybe their machine wasnt working properly, very disappointed...

Apparently soft touch is short had for going to rip your antenna off. I Lowered mine all the way and it was still beheaded. As the conveyor dropped me off at the tire and rim cleaner the light to pull forward wasnt turning on. I figured something else would happen. That something else was the conveyor trying to unite suburban behind me and my back window. I wouldnt be causing a stink if I didnt pull away and see that I still have salt spots all over my car, which is for some reason still soaked. I walked in their office and just said that my antenna broke and the first thing the outstanding customer service there said was you can try to take us to court but youll looseP.s. I meant to hit 5 stars oops!

I like this place, they have a carwash for all bugets. The staff are friendly & helpful. Its the only place in town i take my automobile

I went to renew my unlimited car wash for 6 months. First problem I had to ask for the 10% off. Then I was charged for the 6 months + tax then took 10 % off. That would of been fine but then charged tax a second time. When I questioned it the person who was waiting on me claimed I was wrong. I left went in my vehicle and figured it out. I went back in and person was clearly frustrated with me and acted like I was trying to not pay the tax. I left and returned later to discuss it and get a refund from someone else. Same person still claimed I was wrong. Owner or Manager came out of office. Found I was correct and then did not refund the money but would add 1 week to my 6 months. My $10 refund should of been 10 days as I average $1 A day when buying 6 months. Then I asked about added time for when car wash was not open both options were shut down. She told me they were never down more then a couple days that I could of used the self wash. I had tried 5 days in a row and both lanes closed. On day 5 she was the one that came out and explained they were looking for someone to install a mother board. She told me that they do not refund or add time for the pandemic or mechanical failure. She then just walked into office. After going home and rethinking how I had to return 3 times to get the right price. Not offered an apology for any of it. Treated poorly. And also finding out the same person added 1 month to someone elses 6 month renewed pass after they questioned the wash being down. I returned and asked for a full refund. I liked this car wash and always had great washes. Sadly at this point I would rather pay more for a lesser quality wash elsewhere. I dont care for the way I was treated or for there lack of good common sense ethical business practices. I was clearly lied to about adding time to renewed passes for mechanical failures. My 6 month pass was a more expensive pass then the one that got time added to it. So I am not sure why I was treated differently then any other customer.

Staff are helpful with picking your car wash option, my car came out super clean! Very satisfied, they also have free vacuums. However they are seeming to lose suction.

I run over to the car wash 5:50 and the vacuum is already closed down. Wouldnt being open till 6 means that I should be able to get service till 6? I was paying by the month and having it renew each month. So I stopped and said you might as well cancel my renewal each month. Several times I have come the car wash is closed. I said to the guy working there you might as well close my auto renewal and he said okay thanks! Ill take my business elsewhere

The place is always having mechanical issues. Not reliable. Open, closed, open, closed! When it is open and working 50% of the time the services that come in each monthly package don’t work! Especially the lava bath and tire shine at the end . The drying brushes at the end don’t even reach the sides of your vehicle and the drop down one spins in the air and half the time doesn’t even drop down . You can add the ala carte options to the second most expensive package for less than the top tier wash.

Always a good car wash

Finally got back to doing the inside of the car. That and a car wash is a little expensive.

Love that they have free vacuums you can use to clean out your vehicle. The tubes are nice and long, plus provide strong suction for getting out that sand deep in the carpets.

December 6,2019 had some damage done to one of our cars going through their car wash.Turned in repair est. per their instructions on December 9th. Today is January 14th, 2020 and have not heard anything yet. This is b/s. Wee, its now Jan. 24th and still havent heard from them. Not even an acknowledgment the claim was received..

I think I would have been better off going to QuikTrip least it washes better.

The monthly car wash club is a superb value for your money!The place does a good job of getting you in and out with a good result. The value for the money is spot on if you join the monthly car wash club. Definitely worth the money in the winter months to keep all the nasty crud off the car!

This is my first visit there, in my last.The car wash for the most part was good until I pulled out of the building and realized that the whole back end of my SUV was still dirty!!!So I made my complaint and they decided to wash it again which was good but they gave me a cheaper wash this time rather than all the wax that I originally had on the First Wash.This is all too bad because I probably would have bought there one month deal for $30 with unlimited washes.

One can get monthly passes here for a great deal. Does a good job. Especially in the winter.

I been paying a monthly fee for a month and a half and when I go to get a wash I have to wait 45 minutes to an hour because only one wash is working about ready to cancel!!!!!!

Just spent $15 for the best touch less car wash at Water Works on my new vehicle. Vehicle came out as dirty as it went in. Bugs on grille, dust on sides(I swiped my finger through it to check), windshields dirty. Extremely disappointed. Dont mind spending the money but I would expect to see results.

I also just spent $15 on their best carwash. Car was just as dirty and dusty as before. I will not be using them again and should have went in to request my money back. For the price, I expected it to at least be clean.

More expensive than other nearby options. The credit card swipe didnt work, so I never actually used the place. I did see others in front of me successfully wash their cars, so it apparently does work with cash.

After taking my car through their wash in the past with no issue, I ran my car through this morning. Upon getting to work there I noticed was a scratch on the drivers side from the mirror to the gas lid. I went back to the car wash to show an employee who put me in contact with Sheldon, the owner. Sheldon was very quick in getting back to me, coming to my work to inspect the damage. That said; he completely denied that his machines could have done the scratch. I disagree. My opinion against his. Its too bad now days that The Customer Is Always Right has turned into Prove to me that we messed up. I wont be visiting that car wash again.

The time through the wash doesnt seem to be consistent. On busy days, youre rushed through but on slower days it seems you get a much better wash.

This guy is a fraud. I agreed to a deal with Sheldon and I paid a tech to remove my equipment the way Sheldon had asked us to. We paid this tech 900 dollars to uninstall the equipment and now we can not get Sheldon to return my calls nor contact us back to at least pay me back for what I paid the tech.

I stopped to get my car washed on September 4, 2013 and was told that the coupon from my husbands gift certificate was no longer valid I did not know that the new owner would not honor this gift certificate and was saving them for special occasions It was my last certificate and they would not honor it since July was over never knew that new owners cancelled their honoring the certificates Too bad I am left with a certificate that I saved for special occasions and now I have nothing #17061 was my numberI will hold it as a remembrance as of right now my review is as I have it stated
