I love this rec center. Superior grade, lovely machines, positive sans judgment climate with an accommodating and well disposed staff. The most awesome element that separates this rec center from all others is the Black Card Spa region with hydro rub beds, knead seats, Total Body Enhancement vibra shape machine with red light treatment and tanning corners. I enthusiastically prescribe this rec center to any individual who needs to get fit as a fiddle and feel better generally speaking.

3-21-21 ☆ ☆Small place, no air, very dark and gloomy, did not like it at all. Whoever designed it probably has had experience in designing casinos but not gyms.I was trying to find out how much was a one day pass. Was told it’s free but just one time deal (they desperately want to sign you up). I did not like it so much that was hesitant to use it even for free, asked an employee if I might go and check, was told she was alone thus she might not give me a tour and I was not aloud to go inside by myself. Weird rules and weird place.

The manager today said that masks aren’t required for cardio def not safe. Should stay awayWith the Delta variant spreading this is not a safe place. I come here everyday and they just do not enforce masks. It says on the door mask required but people wear it at their chin and just not wearing it. If you tell the staff they’ll tell you they’ll do a “walk through” and walk right past everyone and not say a word. There were people running without one in front of the desk still nothing. I would stay away until they enforce their own policy.

I forgot how big and spacious this gym is lol. No more key tags, everything is through the app (I like that), all the equipment works and the staff cleans regularly. Not crowded at all and the personal trainer is definitely worth working with (and it’s free with the Black card membership).

Big, clean, and has everything you would need. Great deal, especially if you have the black card. Which gives you more than most other gyms which charge more. Tanning and massage chairs. Would recommend.

I love going to Planet Fitness! I have had my membership for a few years but wasnt great about going until January 2021. I must say my favorite thing is that I do not feel judged by my weight and feel confident when I go that I will have a pleasant workout to start my day. I do want to note I was 296 pound lady so any bigger ladies who are trying to get fit but dont want to feel ashamed this is the gym for you!

They have everything you could want in a gym. My favorite is the massage chair. They also have a hydro massage bed, tanning, along with everything else youd expect.

Planet fitness keeps their gyms extra clean they have a location close to work and its almost never so crowded you cant get in.

There are no cameras and tons of homeless no secuirty literally got my car broken into less than 10 minutes of being in for workout...staff just shrugged their shoulders. Looking for new location or membership with LVAC.

Team Member Raymond was the BEST, very professional, fixed my problem that I had with my daughters membership and then in turn signed me up making the process very comfortable for me to say Yes and proceed. He was very nice, patient and needs to be acknowledged for his professionalism. Thanks again, I’m excited to make Planet Fitness my new home.

Dont believe the BS reviews about how clean it is!! NO ONE at this location, including employees, wipe down machines! I DO NOT feel safe coming to this location AT ALL with COVID going on! I recently visited a PF location in Rochester MN and OMG what a difference!! The employees actually do their jobs!! Also this location is sooo small, and is missing a lot of newer machines that other locations have.

I would give it a 5 star rating but...this month was my first payment since quarantine, but yet, theyre not open 24hrs, they have temporary hours which closes at 9pm. I like going to the gym after 11pm. If youre going to open back up...open up 24hrs like youre advertised for. If theyre taking percussion, DONT OPEN UP AT ALL UNTIL YOURE BACK TO 24HRS. Im paying for only temp hours. It wont work for me.

The place wasnt crowded. I went in to relax in the relaxation zone. I was told that if i wasnt going to work out then i had to leave.I wish I had been told about the workout requirement when i joined. I purchased a Black Card Membership specifically so I could use the perks. I have health issues that prevent me from working out. There are signs all over the place declaring the place to be a no-judgement zone. I guess that only applies to customers that have the ability to work out.

This place is great best Mexican restaurant ever

The staff are great and keep the patrons in line. But they need to make sure there are more towels around for willing down the equipment

Not bad but they don’t have the hammer strength machines for rows, incline chest press, abdominals, and regular chest press. They only have he life fitness machines :/

If i could give this place a zero, I would! I originally went in to sign up for the $10 a month deal but the girl talked me in to the $20 a month with unlimited tanning and water massage (which is a great deal). However, she didnt tell me that in order to cancel you have to pay a fee! When I called to speak to a manager, I was denied that option and told to refer to the website. Well, I was infuriated at this point and I wrote into them through the website 3 times!!! This was 2 years ago and I STILL have not heard back from anyone and I STILL have not had my issue resolved!

Maybe someday this lifetime theyll open the showers back up. Due to COVID is todays common excuse for limiting amenities.

When I first arrived it wasnt super crowded but when I finished with stretching, so many people had crowded into the stretching area that it was not possible to hang my mat back up while maintaining 6 feet of social distance. I was one of two people apart from employees who was wearing a mask and k for a few looks (I wouldnt quite call them dirty looks but they werent nice). It wont stop me from going back but Ill go earlier next time to try to avoid most of the crowd. They have halved the time you get in the massage facilities also. :/ there were lots of sanitation stations.

Friendly employees. The facility is a little less impressive than other P.F. Ive been in, but still good.

I loved coming to this place the only thing about it is that I dont feel comfortable any more at night time since theyll brokeinto 5 people cars already they need to have camares in the parkingalot and also more light in the parkingalot and security is never around they need to have more security around for the guess that come late to the gym.

I sent them a certified letter in April canceling my membership and of course it was ignored. Now theyre charging my bank account again. Ive been unemployed because of the covid-19 and just scraping by on unemployment. My advice is do not agree to allow Planet Fitness or any other company to automatically receive payments from your bank account. As I have learned its a tremendous hassle to get them to stop. Its a shame that Planet Fitness choses to conduct business like this.

Unable to use the restroom! Locker room totally shut no lockers no shower no facilities

I wish I would have gotten the gentlemans name that helped me and my husband register yesterday, he had long hair, or braids but anyways he was very nice and professional. We liked how he took us to have a seat and took his time to explain everything and after we were done both gentlemen in the front (African american) turned and told us to have a good day with a smile on their face. I was nervous when walking in, but we just felt very welcomed and the place looks very clean. Thank you guys!

Lorenzo was a very helpful person/manager today. Even though I was upset and cancelling my service he made it a painless. He also helped my fiance when the original location we signed up with was giving us a hard time.

Love the chain. Not so much this location. Staff was nonplus and a bit dull. There are no hydromassage lounge chairs at this location...

Is a new gym so is pretty clean, it was Not overcrowded.They have a 30 minutes express workout area, so that if you dont have a lot if time that day to spend at the gym, you can get all done in just 30 minutes!!!!!I went once for info and the staff was very friendly, they look like they enjoy their job, they gave me a tour of the gym, they answered all my questions and they also gave me a free massage in a massage chair. They did everything right. I am thinking of joining :D

It is clean and the staff are very friendly. I had originally joined Planet fitness located at Tropicana and Boulder Highway and that was the only location I had used. I sold my house and moved to the other side of town. This location is missing several of the machines that I used at Boulder Highway and Tropicana so it was a little disappointing.

This is the first time Ive ever signed up to a gym, and I dont regret it. The staff is very helpful and easy to talk to, and it being open 24hrs makes it so whatever your work schedule is, you can get your daily exercise.I highly recommend, at the very least, testing the water with a day pass and to take some time to talk with the staff. The staff member that introduced me to planet fitness, Ana, was very kind and took the time to explain how everything works and never pressured me to take the most expensive membership like other gyms I had seen. The manager, Lorenzo, has also been very kind and both always take the time to show personal interest rather than just the dismissive drive thru personality where people are just passing faces and money on legs.All in all, if you are on the fence about joining because of gym stereotypes, its cheap, clean, friendly and definitely worth trying out.

So much to do there just wish they had a few machines the E Sahara one has but none the less the staff here is amazing and welcoming. Keep up the great work

Purely in my own opinion its just not my kind of gym. Great for beginers or people looking to stay healthy as a side project, but not the right place for anyone serious about working out or anyone on pro status.

The staff ladies in the early AM are friendly & helpful. The only reason I give it a 4 star is because this particular planet fitness doesnt have the TRX, speed ropes or medicine balls.

Im very comfortable here. The gym isnt overcrowded like some other locations. Absolutely no judgement or competition here. The staff is friendly. Great place.

I cancelled my membership here in December and yet they are STILL (FIVE MONTHS LATER) charging me, despite having assured me on two different occasions that my account was cancelled properly. When I call they say You have to come in and pay a cancellation fee, which I DID... in DECEMBER. This is ridiculous and I will never go to a PF again.

So i pay 22 bucks a month and this pf seems to never have any of the amenities I pay for in working order. Come in location franchisers time to get on the ball and fix your hydrobeds.

This gym has really gone downhill. I had been a member for over a year with the extra charge for their premium black pass membership. I just quit today because I went to use the massage chair which takes coins and they insisted I only be allowed one coin for five minutes which makes no sense because their other massage units (hydromassage chair and bed) located in the same back area can be used for ten minutes so why not the chairs? The massage chairs aren’t even the most used as evidenced by all of hydromassage units were taken but not the regular massage chair. There were two regular massage chairs and they were both empty and had not been signed in for use in hours prior on the sign in sheet and the staff still denied me a second coin that I asked for politely. They literally wanted me to go for five minutes then come all the way back out for another coin then go back in. Stupid. I told them I pay extra money on my membership to use them and there’s literally nobody in there right now so even if someone came in after me to use it there was still another empty chair they could use. Or worst case scenario they could have just let me go and if two people came I after 5:00 minutes they could tell me and I would give my chair up. Nope, the staff dug in and gave me all this blah blah blah about “corporate policy.” Wow. Corporate policy over giving a long term premium member one lousy extra coin? Well I hope their corporate policy thinks it was worth losing a longtime member and my premium membership monthly money and this bad review over one 5:00 minute coin.The staff here are really rude, I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve stood waiting to check in at the desk while they ignored me to chit chat with each other. In fact that’s seems to be all they do is sit back behind he desk and socialize as the windows and floors are always filthy.So I quit my 15 month membership today and will enroll tomorrow in the far superior 24 Hour Fitness just down the street. Don’t waste your time at this Planet Fitness.

Used to be one of the nicer planet fitness in Vegas, seems to be getting worst with time. Went on 5/25/16 at 8pm and the mens bathroom was filthy. There was one woman pretending to be cleaning the already clean machines. With about 4 employees behind the counter just hanging out chatting. There was paper all over the floor, poop on toilet seats. Looked like the trash cans hadnt been taken out all day. Toilet stall door didnt stay locked, water fountains are rusted. Get it together planet fitness I know you can do better. This place has a lot of potential, just needs to be kept clean which I thought thats what the employees were for.

I LOVE it but no there is no pool which sucks. They make up for it with automatic chair massage and hydro bed equipment all works there are showers in the locker room.
