My husband and I did a couples massage and the cost $360. My husband was okay with his massage but mine was not relaxing. I don’t think talking during a massage is relaxing. Told the front desk and gave a me a few bucks back but didn’t really seem to care. Very disappointed. I expected to come out relaxed and happy. I was irritated.

Stacey is beyond amazing. Great hair and makeup. Made me feel so glamorous! I will see her anytime I am in Vegas! I found a forever Vegas friend.

Don’t go here for nails. They didn’t give me the length I wanted and asked for and is extremely overpriced for the quality of the service. Not at all what I was expecting. Nails are completely uneven.

The spa and massage overall was good. My girlfriend and I got a couples massage. The transition from the womans lounge to the massage area was awkward for her as she had to walk through the gym. Knowing that we might have looked at other spa options.The massage room was small but the two therapists were very nice and made us both feel comfortable. The massage was good but didnt feel outstanding.The mens lounge was very nice. Its clothing optional. It had a sauna, steam room, showers and jacuzzi. The lounge also had a TV area.

Cool gym. More than enough treadmills and elliptical machines. Missing barbells, but they have dumbells. Enough to get a decent workout.

Terrible do not recommend the spa at all. Booked a couples massage for me and my husband in March. The guys side had all kinds of amenities, the girls side was a glorified high school locker room (only tubs in there were separate fees and only had a sauna, steam room was not working appropriately when i went) the showers are the same as in the hote rooms. The “products” available were minimal and cheap didn’t even have stuff from their own salon next door I ended up using stuff I had brought with me. In order to get to my massage I had to walk through the gym room!!!! Horribly uncomfortable to walk through a sweaty busy gym room in just a robe to get a massage then walking back through after the massage was over ruined the relaxing atmosphere. Would not recommend! With so many other spa options on the strip and off I can’t believe this place is operational!

I was hesitant to get my hair done because I hadnt read many reviews about the Salon. I had a wonderful experience Kerrie was so nice and did a wonderful job on my hair.

I was really exited to have a spa day. I had reservations for a manicure and pedicure w/ email confirmations and received phone confirmations the previous day. When I arrived 30 mins prior to my time as advised, I was told they didnt have one of my appointments I was scheduled for so it basically wasted half of my day. Even with email confirmation, you are not 100% guaranteed the service. I did get a candy bar saying they were sorry for the inconvenience as if they really cared.

The excellent therapists, estheticians, and cosmetologists at NYNY Spa and Salon consistently provide a wonderful and relaxing experience. Several hours of pampering at the spa is a must for me each stay. I highly recommend the NYNY Spa and Salon since it is one of the many reasons I have stayed at this great hotel for over 15 years.

Everything about the Euphoria package was amazing!! Loved the kind and friendly staff.

They say $55 blow outs, maybe the stylist should know how to blow hey. When you get a blow out there is no need to use a straightener. Not happy with my experience.

Wife has a pedicure, shes happy, so thats all that matters.
