Came in because my iPhone wasn’t charging and I expected I would need to replace the charging port. Instead after a quick diagnosis and thoroughly cleaning the dirty charging port, everything was back up and running again. No charge for the easy fix, and friendly service.

Prices are fair to good. Staff is very nice. Turn around time is ok. They cant fix everything and some times it takes them a while to determine that. I also took my daughters phone in which they didnt completely fix so that wasnt great. Plus they wouldnt let her use my card even though she has the same last name and she had my id that shows that we reside at the same address which became an inconvenience for me.

My experience here was quick and easy. Alex knew exactly what the problem was as soon as I described the incident with my phone. I dropped it pretty hard and it just needed a new battery. The price was great as well. I would definitely recommend coming here if phone needs fixing. Lastly, what’s better than fr eat prices and great customer service!!

I was recommended this place by a friend so came here. I went to bed with my Note 5 working perfectly fine, and I woke up with it 100% unresponsive except for a blue light flashing about once every 4 seconds. So I took it here and Tomer who is the owner said it is likely the LCD. As the LCD had no cracks and the screen had no cracks, and it hadnt been dropped anytime recently I did not think it was the LCD but he said sometimes they just go out. I asked if this was something they could confirm before I agreed to any purchases and he said something to the extent of yes, we have a screen that we use just for testing so that way we dont go buy an LCD screen without first confirming that is the issue. So I said go ahead and give me a call after the diagnostic.About an hour later Tomer called me and said yes, its the LCD screen I asked if he was able to verify that and he said yes. So I told him to go ahead and do the repair. Fast forward a few hours (supposed to be done same day) and I call them and ask what the update is and the tech tells me the new LCD isnt working, and it may be something else. I said I thought you guys confirmed this was the LCD? to which he replied with we cant confirm it before we try it. I then said What about the testing screen you guys use before buying the new LCD screen? To which he replied what testing screen? We dont have anything like that.Anyways, fast forward a couple days and they said they tried a 2nd LCD screen, and a new battery and that didnt work so they think its the motherboard that somehow went bad. So obviously Im quite frustrated the Tomer lied to me about how they have a testing screen and that he could confirm it before I agreed to it, but whatever, a few days later I have my friend pick up the phone since she lives closer and when I get it there was NO LCD SCREEN.I call them and the tech says that when they took the screen off it broke. These things are worth several hundred dollars, and mine was in excellent condition. So obviously it wasnt my LCD screen which was broken since it was working perfectly fine the night before, and they tried two other LCD screens, neither of which worked... So it what something else which broke in my phone, but not the LCD screen. So even if it was the motherboard that had an issue, which again they dont know for sure, theyre just guessing that as the most likely thing, I could have still sold the phone for parts, which 95% of that value is going to come from the LCD screen. Now I obviously cannot confirm that the screen wasnt broken, but I would think people who replace LCD screens for a living would probably be able to remove an LCD screen without breaking it... obviously they were able to remove the other two LCD screens without breaking them. So it seems very suspicious to me that an OEM part worth a few hundred bucks just magically wasnt returned to me. If youre looking at an LCD with no cracks, and a screen with no cracks, and is worth a few hundred bucks, I would think youd be pretty careful to remove it. Even if it cracked, it would seem to me you would still give the person back the cracked LCD... I mean they gave me back the motherboard that they told me wasnt working, but why not the LCD?In the end, it has been 100% confirmed that these guys lied to me. The owner Tomer told me they have a burner screen for testing to confirm its the LCD, and then over the phone told me they confirmed that it was the LCD... based upon THIS information, I agreed to the repair, and then the tech told me thats not true, they do not have any way to confirm broken LCD screens (when you cant see cracks obviously) and they do not have any type of a testing screen. Now they give me back a phone with no LCD and tell me its the motherboard so im basically completely screwed because now even if I buy a new motherboard, which from an initial search on Amazon are actually cheaper than the LCD, I now have no LCD! This is completely unacceptable.

Hello! This is GiGi! This is long overdue but Alex and Brenton are AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! They did not stop or give up when it came to my phone! First it was my screen was cracked, got that fixed. Then it started glitching. They tried, another screen, batter change, software hardware update, and changing the frame. They worked on my phone for weeks and they probably think Im irritating, but they did not give up! My phone is still working!!!!!!! I love them! Go to them, you wont regret it!

I had a rough month and my phone screen breaks where i couldnt even unlock it. That was my breaking point. No car, no ride, I walk all the way to Fones Gone Wild hopefully to fix it because unfortunately my life is in my phone. I get there right before it closes and the place is busy but Alex did not turn me away. I will be forever grateful, he fixed it in 10 minutes. probably wouldve been faster but he was still taking care of 4 other guests with ease. Dude is amazing and sweet. If I have any more problems Ill be a returning customer for sure because of Alex.

I was at this store today I ask for a price for my computer issue(I was coming back to get it fix) and I also a cable charger for my phone galaxy8 they give me this cheap piece of cable that did not work the way It supposed to, I never had this problem on any other stores,the cable did not work it was taking 6hr to charge at full, and when I was charging and using it at the same time it was taking my battery out(I think the ones at the dollar store are better) so I came back to the store an hour after and the guy at the counter refused me to get my money back I pay 10 dollars for a piece of trash so I end up living the trash with them I told them to keep it and I left so I end up on this store at Tropicana and eastern an I Got this awesome cable long, better material, and it work very nice the name of the place is wireless toys the girls at the counter are very nice good price I pay 12 dollars for my cable charger Im very satisfied. So people be careful what u buy on this store because they are wild for sure and no money returning..

I spent 70.00 on a new screen for my iPhone. With the tempered cover and a case, the next day, less than 24 hours later my phone barely dropped and broke the screen. Good customer service would have replaced it being that it happened the next day. Unfortunately they wanted to charge me again.

I just had a simple question I said how are you trying to power it up in the employee said dont tell me how to do my job so I said you know what after waiting two hours just give me back my phone Ill go somewhere else I took the phone somewhere else and you know what they did they stole the parts out my phone very dishonest honest very rude do Not take your phone here I cannot believe they kept the screws stole parts out of it scandalous so Im stuck with the phone that I cant get it get fixed somewhere because he stole the parts. Out of it have to pay for the parts he took explain to me why they kept my parts and on the phone if you do not keep them they get the camera and earpiece speaker totally uncalled for very unsatisfied customer very poor management and I will be letting other people know how poor the service and that you do you did kept my parts so just because I was lazy and want to put the parts back uncalled for terminate him he doesnt work in customer service thats full of BS because I got a phone here with missing camera and speaker parts and the screws how do you explain that if you keep the parts youre f up freaking thieves man. Really fantastic shop! I was in Vegas for a business trip and managed to destroy my phones screen to an unusable point. I went to the nearby AT&T store and they said there was nothing they could do (they were horrible), but a quick search led me to this shop. My unusable cracked screen was fixed in an hour and I was out the door and back to the strip with my clients phone numbers and very important information. Not bad if you dont mind waiting around for employees to finish smoke breaks and fiddle with the radio stations before completing the repairs you pay them for. Had to come back numerous times to get different excuses why repairs take linger than expected. Cool kids but no professionalism. Ultimately unable to make all the necessary repairs.

I had some problems with my Samsung that my carrier just couldnt seem to fix without some major inconveniences, so I brought it in to these guys and they resolved all of my issues right away.I noticed a couple comments about outdated phones. Well, I appreciate that these guys are HONEST about this- I think we all know that manufacturers/carriers have planned obsolescence they make SURE we need to buy new phones every 2 years at most- they just refuse to fess up to it! So lets not blame the people who at least TRY to fix our stuff!
