The gentleman was very nice, but...I brought my laptop in 3 times to get some minor lifting on the left side repaired. It immediately broke again after every time and I would even let it sit for days to make sure I didnt ruin anything. He apologized and fixed it for free each time after but it never did get fixed and now its even more damaged than before, and now I need it to work from home. Even though Ive been quite nice and patient, he wont return my calls. My recommendation is take your business elsewhere.

Took my laptop last week to see if they could fix my broken screen and had a good experience. The service was great and the cost of the repair was much better than what I was quoted for somewhere else. My laptop is now like new. Thank you so much!

I called Sean when my computer started acting up. He discovered that the hard drive was damaged and needed to be replaced. The computer was seven years old and I didnt want to spend a lot of money on it. He fixed everything quickly and reasonably. I recommend PC city..

Absolutely the worst place to take your device. They had my laptop for 2 months and did nothing to it. They wouldnt return my calls, wouldnt send an invoice, nothing!!!! Horrible service!!! Such a waste of time. And when I finally went to get my laptop it was in pieces. The guy who runs the place was to busy playing on his phone to take the time to work with me. Do NOT waste your time with this Horrible place! The WORST experience ever!!!

Took him a few days to fix my laptop but its ok the quality of work was great and is a busy company for one guy great service will refer him to friends and family better then alot of places Ive used thank you

This started out as a five star review over a year ago. I took my lap top in on July 20th 2021 and just got it back Oct. 4th with NOTHING repaired. (hard drive and keyboard replacement) Excuse after excuse then calls would not be returned....I had to get my fiancé involved to finally get my unrepaired laptop back...........Sean you should never forget the customers that keep you in business; when big business contracts expire.

I contacted to get a simple repair done and there was a very nice gentleman that quoted me a price and then that price for a part doubled all of a sudden. I have a strange feeling about it so I backed out and went elsewhere. Maybe they are a good company but I just had a bad experience.
