I went to them because I had cracked my laptops screen and Asurion Home+ insurance. In 2 days I got a response & got the approval to move ahead. Besides my laptop through the insurance Ive had 2 cell phones covered by UBreakIFix through my purchase of the Cell Helmet protectors. Will definitely be using them for my future electronics.The only weird thing about this transaction was when I was told they didnt have a phone to get in contact. I went in to the Craig store SO FRUSTRATED. My phone was cracked & I couldnt unlock it to transfer all my pictures over to my new phone. I first went to the AT&T store & they had no idea how to fix my problem. They were no help at all. I was so sad to lose all my pics. As a last resort before I gave up - I went in to uBreakiFix and Saimon had it unlocked in 5 minutes & transferring all my stuff to my new phone in 10 minutes. I literally could have kissed the guy. Thank you thank you thank you Saimon! You are the greatest & took a very big stress off me.

We took our PS4 pro in to be cleaned, because it was overheating. (After they discontinued the pro production.) They said they couldnt fix it, even though it wasnt broken. So we took it somewhere else. They said it was the mother board. We tried to give them the power cord we had, but realized it didnt match the console. U break i fix swapped ours out for a different, broken PS4 pro.

Even though I didnt have an appointment they were able to replace the battery in my phone the same day. It was a reasonable price and completed at the time they said it would be

Super friendly very nice associates with a upbeat attitude! They reset two iPads for me the same day and replaced my computer screen having it ready In a few short days then when it needed minor touch ups later- that was taken care of in a few hours as well.

They were quick with helping me and better yet he did it for free since the problem was super easy and took five seconds to do, had the phone for a while even bought a new phone and the thing just had dirt in the charger port. Go to them they got you.

I have a Iphone 8+ & they kept it overnight & told me they would call me the next day .. unfortunately i had to call them & the phone was never looked at because i was not even charged. Waste of time.

This location has one worker came in at 12:00 pm 1-17-19 didnt even greet me or tell me that hell be with me soon. waited 20 minutes and still didnt even acknowledge me until I said something. Terrible service. I left went next door to batteries and bulbs got a quote within 2 seconds to fix my phone.
