I was repairing a damaged camera lens and was having difficulty removing a a couple tiny screws. I went to three different places that were unable to help me, but when I walked in here they immediately helped me and were able to take the screws out within a couple minutes! They even helped me finish the repairs I was doing on the camera lens even though they were really busy. They were very friendly and I appreciate their willingness to help me even though they dont specialize in camera parts. 10/10 rating!

And boy was I pleasantly surprised. They treated me like I was truly important to them instead of just another wallet in the door, which I appreciated very much as it can be rare to see nowadays. They seemed very knowledgeable too, which is always a good thing, and were quick with their work.
