I took my older HP Elitebook laptop to Computer Show because the battery wasnt being recognized and Katia was very diligent in diagnosing the true issue with it, even after other repair shops either misdiagnosed it or refused to fix it at all. She fixed my laptop and charged a very reasonable price for the repair. I trust her so much now that I took my old MacBook Pro laptop in for an SSD upgrade. I highly recommend Katia and Computer Show for computer repairs and upgrades.

Computer Show is a great place with a lot of refurbished computers for every pocket. They provide a wide range of services, including laptop and desktop repairs and are supporting the Outlook Foundation that provides computers to underserved kids. Our donation center is located in their store. They provide excellent customer service and take care of their clients.

She is a master mechanic of computers and electronics; a samurai armed with a 2.3mm screwdriver.Knowledgeable of all the different components and will actively work to charge less if the repair is smaller than anticipated. Where do I begin with these wonderful people!Not only the prices for these laptops are very competitive - all of them have Professional Windows 10 Operating System. I would highly recommend that you look at their website and make your own decision you will not be disappointed!I have brought two laptops here in the last 3 weeks.They all have a warranty up to six months except for the battery. Katia, the owner, helped me find out what was wrong with my Microsoft Surfaces. I went in to buy a refurbished laptop, but realized that I did not need one. She really cares about her customers experience.I did go back a couple of weeks later to buy the refurbished laptop. Her prices on what I bought were lower than Amazon or anywhere else I looked on the web. This has been the best experience ive had buying a computer. when you call the number a person answers, and is very helpful l answering questions. when my computer arrived it was well packed and ready to use. i recommend anybody thinking about buying a computer to buy one from Computer Show.

This lady is awesome! She gave me alot of options on repair used/open box/ new whatever your budget is! Every step of the repair she contacts! I sent her two laptops to repair. One that I though would need a new screen but she troubleshoot my laptop and it end up just being a cable which saved me alot of money, Very nice lady, that will save you alot of money then other places. Katia is a gentle, yet serious person, who was completely committed to repairing my computer back to how it was. It was a challenge, because I really know how to break computers! Seeing how well she did with one computer, I had her repair a *different* laptop I had broken 5 years ago to get the data off of it. It was hard, but she did it!! If you need a simple upgrade on your OS, or you spilled Orange Bang into your keyboard, bring it to Katia and have peaceof mind!
