Chaz is amazing! I took my Mac book to him because I was having connecting issues and he fixed it in 20 minutes. I will definitely be going back!

Chaz was absolutely fantastic! I had a Mac that the hard drive crashed on. Working with another company they told me recovery from my Time Machine would be Painful and they could not guarantee they would even be able to access. Chaz had access almost immediately, was super patient with someone who is not super computer savvy and he was so incredibly helpful I can not recommend him enough. If there were more than 5 stars I would give them.

I brought my MacBook to Chaz after having it fixed somewhere else. He is very thorough and explained exactly what he found was wrong with my computer. Unfortunately, the proper fix costs a fortune (I might as well buy a new computer). However, he provided me with alternatives and workarounds to my problem to get me back up and running. Chaz was willing to sit down with me for hours and explain step by step what he was doing to my machine. I felt comfortable and confident that he did all that he could for me. I am more than satisfied with his service and will definitely keep him in mind the next time I am having computer problems.

I called MacCure for help with additional ram. Chaz not only sent a link on the best place to purchase extra ram for my mac, he also sent a link from youtube demonstrating how to install.. All MacCure got from the transaction was total loyalty for my next computer transaction.

Chaz to the rescue....Again! When I first bought my MacBook Pro a few years ago, Chaz helped get me started and moved all my data from the old desktop PC to the laptop and set it up so I could run the 2 Windows programs I need for work. Everything runs great until XL decided to stop working this past week. 1 tweet to MacCure and a couple hours later I am up and running better than before with Windows 7! Thanks Chaz!
