Called twice no answer. Get there to ask for the heel caps to be replaced on my heels. Guy states the wrong be done til Monday. This service literally takes 10 mins to do so I asked if I could buy the caps to put them on myself. The guy then goes on to say we don’t sell them unless they r putting them on. 🙄😒 wasted my time & gas when all they had to do was pick up the phone ‼️

1st of all, place was HARD TO FIND!! Sign on door just says alteration boutique sign above says TIGO BRAND NAMES FOR LESS. Address number is NOT on door at all!?!? Theres a neon OPEN light, but door was locked & no one answered phone even though it says its open!?!? What a WASTE OF TIME!

Best repair shop in town ..good prices, great service and fun things to look at, while i had my clothes altered A++ Highly Recommended 👌
