The customer service was completely terrible they charged me 35 dollars for my daughter uniform to be tailored when the measurements are incorrect i took the skirt back and asked them politely to fix the measurements on the skirt they then proceed to say “they have never made a mistake like this” and accused me that i brought and they measured a different girl. they continue to agure with me but i stood my ground and they took the skirt back. i cant believe what kind of establishment this is since i’ve been going here for 7 years to dry clean my suits

They never fail to satisfy my needs. I just took some pants that needed. MAJOR alterations to fit me better. They were able to do it in just 2 days and even steam pressed it for me. Pants are perfect and exactly how I wanted. Amazing customer service as well and very responsive. Great price as well for everything they needed to change on my pants. Great job!!

I took one dress here to get altered. It was a tad too big, so I just needed them to make it a little bit smaller in the waistline, and bring the straps up. It was $30.00, and when I got the dress back, it still was too big, and the waistline was unraveled when I checked it more closely when I got home. So now they waistline has a hole. Would never go back.

Their logo says that they have lower prices and better quality. Absolutely the opposite. I payed $32 for zipper change of two shirts and the shirts looked awful. Also they were not ready on time. I had a call that they will be ready two days later than the day I had to pick them up. I would not go back there. Poor service

Got a dress hemmed here, experience was good. $45 for the hem because it had a bit more fabric than normal, but got it back in 6 days and quality was great.

I am actually giving them 0⭐, they charge me $24 to cut the cuff of my long sleeve polo shirt and they ruin it. It was cut way too short and they dont want to accept thier fault.
