We had the best experience with Dianne. I told her the look I was going for and she put together a stunning dress, veil, and jewelry to go with it. She also matched dresses for our daughters and a tux for my husband. She dressed all four of us in less than an hour including the time it took for alterations. She has a huge selection of dresses (both wedding and evening dresses) and tuxedos. Everything from sexy and fun to formal and elegant. We were able to get in for an immediate appointment and the return process couldnt have been easier. we simply left our garments at the bell desk of our hotel and Renta-dress and tux picked it up for us with no extra fees. Dianne made me feel so special and added even more love to our special day.

Diana (Princess Diana) is fabulous. The nicest person u will meet for a stressful occasion. I had to get my suit, the dress for the bride and be at the wedding in 45 minutes. She is wonder woman. Just relax and let her do her magic for you. The beautiful woman in the picture behind the desk is her mom.

Highly recommend! This was exactly what we needed for our last-minute Vegas wedding. We flew in on Saturday afternoon originally just needing a tux, but then also a dress. We were in and out in 1 hour with exactly what we had envisioned--alterations, shoes, and all! I was worried they might not have my style in a dress, but upon entering I realized that I couldve been any size or style and they wouldve been able to help me. We got so many compliments on our outfits! I would definitely recommend! It was also really nice to not have to worry about the dress until the day before my wedding. I went in with my best man and 2 sons the day before our wedding and they were so nice to us and had us measured and out of there in less than 2 hours. I was suppose to return everything the next day but I was too hung over so I called them and they told me not to worry about it and return them the next day:). Great service and great people. Showed up for our wedding and had 30 min scheduled. Realized we left my dress shirts in the Airbnb 40 min round trip. Luckily this place was a block away. They closed at 4 I showed up at 4:05. She let me in and got be dressed with a perfect shirt with everything needed. In and out in 5 min. Can’t stress enough how perfect and smooth it was. She definitely saved the day

Very kind staff they are professionals and know what they are doing beautiful selections. We got transportation from our hotel with no problems selected my gown and husbands tux along with our sons all alterations were done same day and everything was delivered as promised to our hotel bell desk drop off was easy As well. Last minute needed tux. Called spoke to Diane on a Thursday. She said read my reviews and have faith I’ll get u together. So last minute she scheduled me to come in Saturday (the day of wedding) early because she was already booked up. When I got there Cynthia got me sized up and fitted and out the door in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend this place. Had everything I needed from shoes,tie,vest,pants and jacket. Very pleased with my service here. They were able to take us in as a walk-in to look for a dress and a tux. Although my fiance was unable to pick out a dress she liked, i was fitted for a fantastic tux in and out including alterations in about 30 minutes. We found the perfect wedding dress within one hour. Everybody was very friendly.

The wedding dress was dirty. The tux was sized too large without a second fitting after alterations. When I texted the owner that the tux was too large, the text was ignored. We were escorted out of the fitting in 40 minutes when out fitting was for an hour. Our alterations could not be made because of being rushed with a walk-in. We were not the only only ones in the store as the owner allowed someone in without our permission - especially with the COVID restrictions. Even with the the tux jacket too big, a button still fell off. Our wedding pictures are disappointing because of the suit size.

My husband needed to rent a tux for our Vegas wedding. He called the week before and made appointment. They said it would take 30 min to get the whole thing done. They did not disappoint. We came in, measured, decided on color, and went to get our marriage license while she finished alterations. By the time we got back it was ready! We ran out of time to return it and called in a panic. They found a way to accommodate us so we wouldnt miss our flight. Cant say enough great things about this store. Tux was very well priced and the service was outstanding. Thank you for making our day!

I was so happy to put on a wedding dress. I was seriously disappointed. Im wearing size 36 and they showed me 5 dresses. none of them was beautiful. awful clothes. My friend also wanted to borrow a wedding suit. they only had 3. was very unhappy. then we had to go to another store and found a beautiful dress there. We do not get back the 100 dollar deposit that you have to pay when you agree on a date. this store is not recommended!

Went here looking to rent a tux for my new husband and was surprised how quick and easy Dianne made everything. With a measurement, finding the right size in the back, and trying everything on.. we were in the store for maybe 30 minutes! That includes a quick sleeve alteration! Very nice shop with great prices!

The ladies at Renta-Tux and Gown are so sweet and helpful. They made us feel special on a special day. My bride walked in to their shop and told them that she had no idea what she was doing. We got married in the first gown they slipped on her - it was perfect. They altered the gown and tux in no time and brought us to the chapel. A forever memory for us. Totally recommend this place. Popped in with 2 days to go to our wedding, not quite sure what I was looking for, and found the perfect dress with the help of the lovely and friendly staff. Some adjustments were needed which were done immediately and the dress was ready for collection the next day. Great service, just what you want in preparation for your wedding.

First off, THANK YOU!We are locals who had a little less than a month to plan our wedding with a budget. When my husband and I arrived I knew right away we would find what we needed. The shop was very clean, organized, and had a very welcoming atmosphere as they greeted us.They started by asking if I had a particular style I was looking for which was a mermaid cut gown. The ladies were enthusiastic to help and pick out the dresses they thought might look good on me.They helped me get in and out of gowns without quickly and without it being awkward. One gown fit very well but had a very hard time getting out of. Two women had to help me pull it off and they were all so apologetic saying this was the second time it happened with this gown and that theyre going to alter it to make it easier to remove as soon as possible and that this usually wouldnt happen.They were very helpful in picking accessories and veils, helping me hold my hair up to see what certain accessories might look best and what not.The dress I ended up falling in love with was actually not a mermaid cut gown and had initially been what the ladies wanted me to try on first. So it seems like they knew me better than I did. :PThey pinned the areas of the gown that needed to be taken in for me and I was set.In the middle of trying on gowns I saw the tux they had my husband try on and it was perfect! He didnt have to try on anything more than once, all he needed was for the pants to be hemmed shorter.They had a deal for renting a tux and gown together, I believe it was $550.Which included a veil, one accessory, garter belt AND alterations to make it fit you. Tux included shoes as well. I believe this was a great deal especially for someone not so set on spending so much money on a gown that youll only wear once..and theyd usually cost you a couple more hundred dollars in alterations.Quality of everything was A1 as well, believe me!We got to pick up our tux and gown the day before our wedding. So thats helpful if you want to be able to take pictures in them first!(for those not following the tradition to not see the bride/groom :P)We returned them the following day after our wedding, if you dont then youll be charged $25 per day.Hope this review was helpful for anyone looking for a tux and gown asap! You wont be disappointed. :)

What an absolutely awesome place, we were in and out in an hour. The ladies gave us exceptional service as though we were their most important customers, and there were others in there at the time, & this included time to make a couple of quick adjustments so the dress fitted like it was custom made for me. I showed up to rent a tux, without an appointment. Despite being very busy with other folks who *did* have appointments, she had me fitted in a great looking white/grey tux and out the door in less than a half an hour. Run by fun British ladies with a wry sense of humor. Highly recommended.

My husband and I had a great experience with Dianne and her staff. We planned our wedding from Perth, Australia and corresponded via email to book an appointment. We arrived at 12pm two days before our wedding, I had a picture of the style of dress I was looking for and within 15 minutes I was standing in front of the mirror in my wedding dress!Highly recommended!

My maid of honor found this hidden Gem. I cant say enough good things about this place, it was easy to make an appointment, we got there, it looks like the cutest little grey house, we walked in and were immediately greeted with smiles and welcomes, it has a nice seating area, the dresses go from wall to wall in every shape, style and size you can imagine, we picked out the dresses, I picked the 3rd one it was perfect, it was ME, she put a vail and clip on earrings on me ( my ears arent pierced ) there was an assortment of beautiful Jewelery to choose from. I felt like a princess . They had have everything here, I was kicking myself because we didnt rent everything here. We ended up here last min because the dress I bought didnt fit properly, and the wedding IS less than a week and half away eeeek lol September 21, 2019. They are quick and professional they didnt didnt skip a beat with the short time frame. I digress, after we picked the dress, and since I didnt have shoes, we came back with the shoes I am wearing at my wedding, they had the seamstress come out immediately and do the fitting for alterations, took maybe 10 min. And now we pick up the dress the morning of the wedding. The best experience ever. My fiance and live in Canada and planned pretty much everything before we left to get married in Vegas. My fiance said that she was the most stressed out about getting the tuxes done but when we got there it was the least stressful of all the things that had to be done. This place was amazing!! Staff was patient and caring. My fiance and I decided to marry while in Vegas for his bday. The ladies made sure my dress was altered to perfection. The dress was stylish and gorgeous. The Ralph Lauren tux fit my fiance great. Other places made me feel rushed and gave the impression my last minute wedding was no big deal. Flight delayed literally in a scramble. Show up at Diane shop and she jumps on the phone, granted this is now Sunday morning, and within 20 minutes she has a hair and makeup expert en route to our hotel. A Michael Kors tux fitted and alterted and wedding dresses shoes picked out. This isnt just professional but years of class and relationships at her finger tips and her shop is top notch!!! We cannot thank her enough and if your coming to Vegas bring nothing, prep nothing let her work magic and focus on other things.

Renta Dress & Tux came through for my wife a week before our wedding day. Against my advice, she ordered a dress online. Dress arrived one week before our wedding and did not fit. I rented a tux a week ago for prom and then charged 75 for rental. I was fine with it. Then I was charged 25 for it maybe being dirty. Now Im being charged 200$. For what ? Absolutely bullshit.

Came to this place looking for a dress and though they had geat customer survics by all the reviews they had untill I walked in my self.The lady who works here was so rude to me and wasnt even trying to help me find a dress. Im not going to stand for somoe to be rude to me if there taking my money for their business. Dont go here and put up with them you will find better survics just literally up the street around the corner at Lucy Franco where they do rents at a low price and if they dont have what u want they will be more then happy to order it for you.

Every wedding in Las Vegas is a unique experience.Ours was really exceptional from the beginning to the end and the rent of clothes was one of important stages there.We arrived on September 14th in the morning to Renta Dress and Tux very confident and already seduced by the house reminding a dolls house. Diane very quickly took care of Josette my future wife. Fitting of 2 selected dresses, the one was really completed, emphasizing well its silhouette.From my part the first tried suit was OK also with a simple alteration of length of the pants. And incredible thing my feet also found the perfect shoes, what arrives at me almost never in this way.The time to give our address and phone number and to pay ... our clothes were in covers there, ready to be taken, and a taxi driver - he made us laugh throughout the way - was in the main entrance to return us to Caesars Palace.The next day the ceremony was simply wonderful.One thank you to Renta Dress and Tux to have contributed to it so perfectly.Gérard and Josette
