Last time they came was poor service. Hope this time they do a right job like the very first time

I have used Todd at Stanleys Carpet Cleaning for many years, and have also suggested him to many friends. Todd is a get down to business kinda of guy. He states the price, shows up on time, confirms appointments, and he gets the job done amazingly well. Hes an honest legit responsive small business owner. Most importantly he doesnt try to scam or upsell you shampoo or expensive unnecessary carpet protectors because the special advertised doesnt include soap. He does the same prices each time and its the same price the scam companies advertise with their aggressive slimy sales tactics once they are in your home. I have had another company prior to meeting Todd refuse to leave my home and put their boss on the phone to try to strong arm me into the crazy $250 price tag they actually wanted, when they advertised a $75 special that they didnt even intend to honor once they got their foot in the door. Most other companies I used prior look like fools once you know a guy like Todd.
