FIVE OUT OF FIVE STARS! I spilled printer ink on my carpet (pictures attached) and called around different carpet cleaning services in town and they all said they wouldnt be able to get it out, or that they wouldnt be able to get it out completely, or that I would have to pay hundreds of dollars to have my carpet removed. I ended up calling Jays Carpet Cleaning and they showed up quick and cleaned it. I have attached before and after pictures of the carpet stain to this review. Go with these guys, they know what they are doing. Saved me possibly hundreds of dollars and the carpet looks normal again.

OMG...Jay was so professional and extremely informative. He was prompt and very organized. He knew what he was doing. I would definitely use him and refer him to everyone.

Got super lucky with this google search, 110 degrees and my puppy decided to take out his frustration by pissing on my stairs. Called jay he responded immediately did great work the and schedules within the 12 hours of my call. No funny business, gave me a lot info and did a great job.

Although I wasn’t able to take a before picture of my carpet, I can attest that Jay’s Carpet cleaning was fantastic! He was quick (able to come the same day), very professional and our carpet looks great - all unsightly stains gone. He even noted that it was simply dusty and less dirty. I’d easily hire him again!

Jay is personable, friendly, and efficient - he also does stellar work cleaning mattresses on top of carpet cleaning! I called him up this morning and he was able to accommodate working on my mattresses on the same day. I highly recommend his services and will definitely contact him again should I require the services he provides!

Fantastic experience. I needed him to clean our old apartment where my 14 yr old cat hat become sick with a bladder infection. (He is completely healthy now, but that has nothing to do with the awesomely clean carpet.) In any case, the carpets look better than when we walked into the place initially. Excellent work, a joy to talk to, and the quote and final price were completely satisfactory.

WOW!! This company has completely blown my mind. I dont normally write reviews, but the service I received from Jays Carpet Cleaning was amazing. I needed prompt, same day, late afternoon service. And to top it off, I needed it on a Sunday. I got everything I needed. The best part was the price. I was preparing for some crazy after hour fees. Nope!! I love this company!!!!

I usually dont write reviews, but this business deserves the good review. My experience was excellent. I called Jay on the phone and he was able to give me a rough estimate based off the information that I provided. He way WAY lower than everyone else around town. He fit me in that day and his crew (Mario) showed up right on time. Mario was professional and very nice. He worked extremely hard the entire time he was here and was very detail oriented. Every inch of carpet was cleaned and he spent nearly 90 minutes on my two couches alone.It was refreshing to have a service not only do as expected but exceed my expectations. Ill definitely be using Jays Carpet Cleaning services again (and Ill request Mario).

I owe him this review and I just want to say he did an amazing job. I had another company come out and do it and the same issue happened again but when Jays cleaning came out it looked much better than the competitors. He worked with me on a good time for me over the weekend and when there was an opening he came out right away. I called Jays Carpet Cleaning after hosting an Ugly Sweater Party. Thanks to too many bottles and too much fun had by all a whole bottle of red wine was dropped on the tile floor at the entrance to the formal living room. Jay came out on short notice, he gave me an approx quote over the phone based upon sq footage. He showed up right on time and we walked the house he gave me a finalized quote which was in range of what we spoke about on the phone. When they had finished the job the carpets looked brand new. We had our carpets cleaned from this company the week before Thanksgiving. We spent a week and a half away for the Thanksgiving holiday at my brothers house. I ve been home for 3 days. Which means we have spent a total of 6 days on this carpet that you clean. 2 people. The carpet looks exactly like it looked before the person shampooed it. Did they even use any type of soap or anything at all? Not to mention the guy completely increased the price quoted by 35% when he got here. I specifically asked about certain spots, he had nothing to say. I am soo completely disappointed. In all honesty, I was hoping to hire them for my car next and then my Brothers car as a Christmas present since I had such a pleasant experience when I spoke to the person on the phone to book the date. Totally uncool. I have no clue how these guys have such a good rating. Ugh.

Jay was amazing! Called at 1pm to see if he had an opening and he did! I couldn’t be home until late but he still came over to clean the carpets the same day! Now, 2 months ago my husband and I tried to clean the carpets with our cleaner and needless to say it didn’t work well. My dog was sick and had messed all over the carpet. In less than an hour Jay had it looking brand new. I am very impressed!!! He is definitely worth it!!

I called Jays to clean the carpet in our very large house. Lots of rooms, lots of little places that stains build up, dirt, etc. They sent Jimmy and he did absolutely everything, top to bottom. He started first by pre-treating everywhere on every rug and then proceeded to use the machine that brushes, scrubs, you can just tell its really get the carpet clean, not just getting the surface wet. But he didnt just come in and run it over as fast as he could, he took the time to make several passes at every area, up to the walls, in the corners, around furniture. I am so happy. Will be calling them again for sure.

I got my carpets cleaned or not cleaned this afternoon i originally had an appointment with natural dry but they failed to tell me over the phone that there a touch up company so when the tech arrived he called there brother company jays deep cleaning company to come deep clean the carpet and i was told 190$ to 200$ when the tech/owner of jays arrived he said 260$ which i thought was outrageous seeing as to how i only have about 800 sf of carpet he then aggreed to do it for 200$ when i arrived home after over 12 hrs my carpets are still soaked snd my whole house smells like wet dirt the carpets look worse than before he arrived and the spots that are dry are cruchy from left over soap residue im so disappointed i now have to call another company to come out and get the smell out its unbearable i told the tech before he left i wasnt happy with the carpets and all he kept saying was the carpets need to be changed out. Im so mad at myself because i knew he was just trying to make a quick 200$ he was done in like 25 to 30 min and you could still see so much dirt i knew they wouldnt look new or even close but i didnt think they would look and epically smell worse dont use this company worse experience ever thanks alot jays you got me for 200$ i hope you dont scam anyone else God bless

I have a 4 year old boy, and he is 100% boy. He distroyed the carpet in his roon. Juice, milk, soda pop, you name he has spilled it, and then played it. I honestly thought we were gonna have to replace it. Jay came the next day and assured me it would all come up. He quoted me a VERY resonable price so i had him do my mothers room as well. In less than an hour the carpet in my son room looked brand new. BRAND NEW!! I would recomend him to all my friends and family..
