I have never had such a wonderful exerpeice as I did with these guys. Chistian (I believe his name is) has been cleaning carpets for 5 years and he knows what he is doing. When I moved in last October these carpets were not even this clean. You can tell who ever cleaned them before the move in did not do a very good job and within a week they looked awful. I would spot treat and do everything i could to keep them up but it was just to much. Today they have sold me on having thme come out every 4-6 months to have my carpets done. They look fantastic and smells great. I could not have asked for a better experience. They really do go the extra mile to make sure you are happy

We had a pretty bad oil spill on our driveway and the HOA had been sending us notices to have it taken care of; that’s when my fiancée came across this company and we decided to give them a try. We are so glad we did! Johny did such an amazing job and took the time to make sure all the oil was gone! His attention to detail was just so appreciated. It’s definitely a company we’d recommend to anyone needing an oil clean up.

Yes I called this service for the 3 rooms for $49 ...the representative wouldnt even start the three rooms without giving me his opinion on what I needed ....he asked me did I have a dog yes I had a dog... almost a year-and-a-half ago,I told him ...but he didnt ask me whether or not I got the room deep clean after the dog left ...he asked me when was the last time I got the carpet cleaned... I told him six months ago then he began to write over my receipt that I need a deep clean over $400 ....I said No! While he continue to talk eithhid boss and write all over my receipt... then they quoted over $200 and then a quote over $117 what the heck!.... first of all I already had a deep clean and its only two people in the house and only room used is one bedroom the other two bedrooms I didnt use but he went from $49 to over $400....and writing his views in his opinion all over my receipt ....I just wanted my receipt with my $49total ....I thought he worked for the real estate company...Just give the customer what they want ...dont write all over my receipt without my permission ...watch out for special its a scam to try to get in your home and charge you this enormous amount of money... ..

J.J. from rapid carpet care was absolutely awesome. He helped us with the cost of the house because of a charge of 800 square feet of carpet. He sanitized and cleaned the carpets. After hearing of our tragic loss. He heard of our massive amount of money weve already spent. And turned the almost $400 cost down to $250 That was extremely nice of him. I highly recommend this company. They did such an awesome job and they are what I would call. Carpet cleaners who care.
