Terrible customer service. We had an appointment scheduled for 2-4pm. They texted asking to come early. My husband replied “yes”. They never showed up, but then sent a text stating “unforeseen circumstances”.When my husband reached the office on the phone she stated they called us and there was no answer so they did not come. When my husband tried to explain that he was working (thus not free to answer his phone) but his wife was at home waiting the office gal started arguing with him. Needless to say we will find another carpet cleaner.

Great service!! The owner was super flexible and did such a great job cleaning our carpets and giving us estimates for the next time we wanted grout/carpets cleaned. Our carpets look brand new again! :) I would highly recommend this company

Very professional service, spotless clean! Helpful and cooperative staff. The staff was out of service and the climbed the stairs carrying their equipment when the had all reasons to reschedule.
