First time using E Crew - Carpet & Tile Cleaning, I used another comapny in the past to clean the stair carpet in our condo building, they could never get all of the stains out, I am happy to say E Crew - Carpet & Tile Cleaning got all of the stains out in their first visit. The carpet looks new. I should have taken before and after pics. They were also very nice and professional. I would recommend these E Crew - Carpet & Tile Cleaning to anyone. It was nice to find a cleaning that is eco-friendly, which was important to my mom when I called around. The whole crew was informative and did a great job. My moms tile looks like it was just put in again. If you need tile and carpet cleaning, I highly recommend.

I made an appointment a week in advance to have my carpets cleaned because I was moving out of state. I called to verify my appointment and suddenly the guy has no idea who I am and there was never an appointment for me! Dont waste your time! Call a company that cares about their customers!
