I found Noble Carpet Cleaners through Yelp and used them in our 45 story high-rise to clean our residential hallways. Ryan was quick to respond, provided a very fair price, and finished the job very quickly. The carpets have a significant amount of traffic and Ryan was able to remove difficult stains to make the carpeting look new. We will be using them again in the future.

They give a reasonable price, come & knock it out & do a GREAT job with care for furniture (even put little foam protectors under metal furniture) & are super friendly. We used a different company last year that quoted $80 and then showed up and gave us the bait & switch saying if we need spots removed itll be another $200-$300. We said no extras so they did the worst job & somehow after a couple weeks our carpets were even worse! Im so relieved we found Noble Carpet Cleaners & will absolutely know who to call next time. First time we were just moving in they did both our tile and carpet, second time we had them just do our carpets. With two dogs our carpets needed to be cleaned. The cleaning tech was on time. He text me when he was on his way. I have 3 small (stubborn) Dachshunds that really do havoc on my carpet. The tech was fast, efficient and got 99% of the pet stains out. He paid special attention to the corners where the boy tends to go. He deodorized and pre-treated. He ran the suction over a couple of times so the carpets weren’t sopping (as previous companies have done). Not sure if they are the cheapest but it was worth every penny.

I was very happy to have contacted Noble Carpet Cleaners. I set up the carpet cleaning appointment online which was very simple to do. Gene arrived right on schedule the morning of the appointment. We walked through the home to make sure what I had requested online was what was showing on his work order. The whole job took a little over two hours and he contacted me about 30 min before he finished up so that I could return to back to the house to look things over. I was very pleased that he was able to remove some dark stains from the family room carpet which I thought might be hard to get out. Overall a very positive experience with Noble Carpet Cleaners. Gene arrived on time. He was by himself this time. Our job entailed cleaning tile and grout lines (our house is 3/4 tiles), living room area rug, 8x12, and master bedroom carpet. He quietly proceeded through the house. Being alone took a little longer. The area rug now has a vibrancy in its colors and the tile grout is beige again. Noble Carpet Cleaners did a wonderful job on my area rug and the price was more than fair compared to some other quotes I received from other companies. We have a few animals that made some messes and I was able to get the carpet in quickly before the stains and odors set in too much. I appreciated that I could drop the rug off instead of going through the hassle of corralling our animals while someone cleaned the rug in our home. Had my living room, dining room and hallway done by Gene this morning and I am beyond pleased with all aspects of this business! Had Noble come out to steam clean our sectional sofa that one of our Boston Terriers decided to pee on. Appreciated the attention to detail, such as putting drop cloths on the tile, the corner savers around the pillars in our hallway as well as the entrance to the bedrooms. I recently had my living room and master bedroom carpets cleaned by Noble Carpet Cleaners. Jacob arrived on time. Before entering my home he put on shoe covers and then inspected the areas I wanted cleaned. I expressed my concern about a coffee stain, Jacob explained that the stain may have reached the padding. Jacob asked me to make sure that I run a fan to dry the area as soon as possible to avoid the stain from coming back up after cleaning. Then he got to work. One thing I noticed after he was done that was different from other cleaners is that he didnt leave the carpet very wet when he was done. It took about 24 hours to dry. Its been about a 3 days now and the coffee stain has not reappeared. I will use them to clean my carpets in the future.

After calling around to several other companies, Noble had the fairest price by far so I gave it a shot and dropped it off. They contacted me after a few days and let me know it was ready.Upon arrival and brief conversation about the aforementioned area rug, I was informed that it would have been ready sooner had they been satisfied with the quality of the cleaning, but alas, they were not satisfied. They repeated the process multiple times, front and back until they could not get it any cleaner.Feeling defeated, they had me come and check it out. They did a great job! The rug was in terrible shape when I brought it in. When I picked it up it was 100 times better, which was awesome because i really didnt want to purchase a whole new rug and with their help, I didnt have to.
