If I had not been in a pinch to get a car, I would have taken the reviews for this company more seriously. The cars are old, already dirty, and can be at times malfunction while on the road. First off, the car didnt lock, and they didnt mention this until almost 35 minutes later. What if we had locked ourselves out of the car? Why didnt the car lock in the first place and our stuff could have gotten stolen? I understood we didnt fill the gas and if they wanted to take part of the deposit towards that I would have understood but they have lied saying they are keeping the full $250 because there was smoking in the car. No one in the car ever smoked. They promised to send me an email with photos so I could compare with the photos and videos I had taken before the car was given back and never received it. I am currently starting my Masters so I dont have time to keep calling them to be lied to. It was my first vacation in 3 years of getting my Bachelors degree and they left a really negative impressive. A terrible business and I have already submitted a request to the BBB and will let anyone I know traveling to Vegas to never go to their business. Person who was messaging me was very unprofessional even asked me if I was single. The fact that these people can steal peoples money during COVID when people have been working hard, lost work, have been stuck inside and finally get a vacation is really despicable. Please go somewhere else if you want a good experience.

Claims I smoked in car STULE deposit for ashes $200 wanted $50 more. Sue me. Rattletrap car couldnt reverse had severe body damage. I could have bought the car at auction for rental fee. DANGER

They quoted me for a $25 dollar a day + insurance car and when I arrive at their office they said those types of cars are usually not available, the guy I spoke on the phone was sure I could get a $25+insurance a day deal, instead they are offering me a $85 dollar a day price! made me take half my day so I could come here for nothing. People who are not honest from the beginning are usually not to trust, with that said, I went to google to look up their reviews and I was right, the word scammer gets mentioned several times, Im glad I didnt rent from them.

Talked to them on the phone a week earlier before booking a car rental and they told me $25 a day. The day comes so I call and make sure that they still have cars at the price and they told me to come in. So I go into the store and they have NO cars available. The next car that was available was for $50 a day and I would have to wait for that car. Terrible...

PLEASE DO NOT Rent a car from this place is out to find any reason to keep security deposit and over charge with lots of hidden fees they are nice at first until you pay them then they will keep your deposit and not give it back . I got a van from them and was told over the phone price for rental is $75 daily and $200 for deposit but when I paid total came to be $400. The van was extremely dirty food crumbs and juice stains in seats and this is during Covid 19 pandemic. I drive van 5 miles to my apartment didn’t drive it anywhere else the next day I drove the van back to them and asked about extending for another day because didn’t really get to drive the rental. They told be it would be another $344 for another 1 day. So I told them $700 to drive for $1 day is to much and I wanted to just return van and get my deposit back, but the manager would not give money back because van was dirty but van was already dirty when I got it.

DO NOT RENT from here!!!! They tried to scam my husband by over charging! We rented the car on Saturday evening before they closed. We came back from Cali on Monday at 5pm to return the car. We were suppose to be back by Monday morning but we got back at 5pm. They charged an extra day which was fine but then they added a late fee in addition to charging for the extra day. They tried to keep the full deposit of $300. First of all, it doesnt cost no where near $300 for 2 days for renting a dirty Kia. Plus we filled up the gas tank. These people are crazy and we will never return. If you rent from these people just know that they will take your full deposit and try to get more money out of you.

I live on the West side but when I was driving east on Sunset my car broke down. I had it towed to my shop but with Covid they don’t allow you to ride in the tow truck. Found Global Autos nearby and rented a car for the week while my car was being repaired. They picked me up and took care of me right away. So thankful.

Went there when I got into an accident at no fault of my own and Karina helped me get into a car immediately. She went beyond my expectations when I was at work and couldn’t get to them to extend. She’s an awesome person and will work with you as long as you communicate. I will go here for any future rental needs.

But I decided to try out this spot because it was cheaper and closer to my house. I should have known it would be trouble when the cashier on the phone answered me very disrespectfully. But I went in anyways and received the worst customer support in my life, the worst experience of my life, and now I am writing about the worst place Ive ever been in my life. Never will return. Lesson learned: Stay where you know youre going to get good results at.

Disappointed. Got there didnt have but 3 vehicles left. She said we only have a van. I said K. Second day something was wrong with there van.. Toke it back. And got charge for returning there broke van. She said o its more to have a alentra. I ask will what Are all the cars the same rate.. First day she said no. When I returned she said yes.. Confused. In the contract it say we will have to pay for tow etc. .. So if there van had broke down on me I would of had to pay for tow. But I toke it back before a break down day. Global Auto should not be in business! Not only is their entire business a total scam, they damn near killed us!!My husband and I rented a vehicle from them for 1 week. We were grossly overcharged, and when we mentioned their craigslist ad online that offered a newer vehicle for 1 week at a rate of 50%less, they told us that vehicle is out right now. Classic bait & switch.We take the overpriced vehicle because we had to at that point. The next day my husbands sister was in a car accident in California so we started to drive down there. Were on I-15, just past Primm, going approx 78mph, and the guy at global auto hits the kill switch. The vehicle instantly loses power and the steering wheel locks up...on the interstate going uphill. Im amazed my husband was able to maneuver us safely to the right shoulder. Heres the BEST part. 5 minutes later a text message comes to my husbands phone that says, turn around and come back to vegas before this really turns into something. My husband explained about his little sis,that we had to go. The guy tells us that hell turn the car back on once we send him a confirmation number proving that weve wired him $200. He said we could send it from baker and that if he saw us drive past baker before he got confirmation, hed shut the car off again and this time hed leave it. We read over the contract again and nowhere in there does it state that you cannot drive your rental car out of town.Honestly thats only the first 2 days of our week long rental. Every day there was an issue. I hope people read this, DONT DEAL WITH GLOBAL AUTO!!!! These are very bad people to be running a business. Theyre breaking laws left and right.

And when she came back to my place and had told me what had happen. I had asked her wheres your money? She told me that they had kept it! I right away told my whole family and had kindly asked if they can give her her money back and the guy was being rude and had threatened me! Shes a single mom of 2 just looking to go to Fresno to pick up her son. And she came from Ohio to las vegas and now shes broke and cant go pick up her son... Smh what an unethical and inhumane company! They should have just give her a full refund of her money. Now here we are reporting them to the police and the BBB! And Im contacting my lawyer from Los Angeles! Well see him in court soon.

They gave us the most junky dodge ever. 85 was all beat up on the outside and inside. The seat belt was wrapped around the whole passenger seat. They had no other cars available they claimed and then he pulled up same exact car with no damage for the customar next to us. Im fuming with irritation. I will never rent from these people again. They overcharged me and refused to return my deposit, tried to charge me extra. The manager refused to talk to me. I will never rent from them again nor refer them to anyone. The first car didnt work and the check engine light kept coming on. They charged me to exchange the car. Then they gave us the run around when we returned the car. Both cars we received were on E, but they put the wrong information on the contract and refused to change it, then attempted to charge us for gas for returning it the same way we received the car. Horrible customer service and they tried to give us a Chevy Aveo stating it was a full size car. If you rent from them expect to be overcharged and dont expect to receive your deposit back.

I was looking for a rental for 4 days they wanted a crazy amount so I asked for 2 days they said $238 + deposit. I said nvm no thank you, the guy with the black eye said Ill discount you $150 $ 200 deposit. I needed a car it was 6 pm so I agreed. I come to return the car the next day at around 4 pm which wasnt needed to be returned til the next day. They told me the pick up to the rental was free which he decided to tell me he was charging me for & he also told me he would cover insurance for the first day I just needed to give him mine. Which was a lie. The red Kia I had was dirty it was late 6 pm dark I didnt notice when I got it it had dryed up looking ice cream on the back cup holder seat & sticks of gum & looked like it hadnt been vaccumed in weeks. I told him I was returning because he gave me a car thats not in the right driving condition smoke was coming out the front end. He said thats okay its just new brakes and rotors on the car. Me Im not going to keep a car that has that problem because Im not getting blamed for that mess. So I just ask for my deposit after he checked that the car was in the same condition as before I rented it. He told me Your not getting your deposit back. So he calls the other guy & tells me the same thing so we get to arguing & I record him on my phone & tell them there being recorded. The guy threatens to give a black eye to my husband. I have it all recoded in my phone. As this is going on theres another customer next to me wanting his money back because he rented it went to work & heard the suv making clicking noises. They were telling him the same thing that that 4 hundred and something isnt going to him because he rented it & that hes not getting his deposit either. I have all this recorded. I know there are more people going thru this & Im going to contact the BBB & my lawyer & the NEWS! This company is a complete scam & the owner is driving a white Porche, while he is giving out cars that need to be fixed & telling people they cant get there deposit back. This is a complete scam & this company scamed the wrong person. Good thing I have everything recorded. :)

AND IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED $$$$ I SUGGEST YOU DONT USE THEM EITHER!!!! they didnt disclose full details of the rental...i was told by GUS that for a 3 day rental to take to coarsegold, california was going to be $155 plus tax, $300 deposit and $70 for unlimited miles... hubby gets there to rent the car and they charge us $450 to rent the car $300 deposit and $70 for unlimited miles...was told we had to use our own full coverage car insurance which was fine....had to provide 2 utility bills and pay stub as proof of address and proof of our full coverage insurance...we leave for our trip and then we get a call from this company when we are going through bakersfield and their asking us where we are headed because we are not going to southern california which we NEVER said we were going to southern california!! we explained where EXACTLY we are going and they let it go...we make it back after the weekend and we detail the car so its spotless before we return it and we go to the dealership to get our deposit back and they tell us that they are charging us for extra miles because apparently the package we purchased for $70 WASNT unlimited it was for 700 miles! then they also notify us that our insurance company doesnt transfer to rental cars( which they would have known before we left because they contacted our insurance company for insurance verification) but they didnt bother to tell us that they were going to charge us for insurance until we went to return the car!! needless to say this company is a joke! they charged us $185 for insurance and the extra miles and then tried to make it seem like they were giving us a deal by knocking down the mileage rate from $0.46 per mile to $0.30 per mile!!! THIS COMPANY IS RIDICULOUS!!!!! A WASTE OF $$$$$!!!!! i will be contacting the BBB and filing a complaint about this company!
