Super convenient rental place - when I visited, literally every car rental place was sold out for my preferred car and budget. They were available, extremely flexible and transparent, and provided a smooth transaction when checking the car out and returning. My plane landed early and they still had my car ready nearly an hour sooner with no extra charge.The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the car wasn’t entirely clean, or vacuumed well rather. Missed those hard to reach areas but still gets the job done when you need a last minute rental or just simply want to save big compared to the franchise rental companies! Also, the only pro/con is that when booking through the website they charge right away opposed to just “reserving”, then charging on site. So just be ready to pay when you are doing it online. I guess it’s a cool thing for when you pick up, there’s no other hassle, you’re pretty much set to go!I would definitely rent from them again in the future.

Awesome company! I love the fact that they don’t require having a major credit card in order to get a rental. We used our Wells Fargo debit card. We took an Uber from the airport to the office. The rental process was in and out in about 20 minutes! We were given a Kia because the Malibu we wanted was in a “fender bender”. They did give us the difference back when they sent back our deposit. If you’re looking to rent a car in Las Vegas for reasonable prices, choose them!

I called the service and they were fast and polite. Sent Jose out to pick me up. We had a great conversation on the drive, and when we arrived I realized I had forgotten my wallet. Without flinching Jose drove me back to my hotel then back to his office. I apologized but he was happy to oblige. I felt taken care of and I was truest satisfied with the experience. Car ran great and was in excellent condition. They responded timely to my messages and refunded me the deposit the next day. 10/10 would rent again.

Very easy process on renting a vehicle and the staff was friendly. We rented a midsize SUV and it was very nice and a comfortable ride. The vehicle (equinox) was clean and cheap on gas. Would definitely rent from them again and would recommend others to do the same.

Check in and check out was easy and fast. Customer service was great and they even offered to take us to the airport. The Apple car play was a plus. My only complaint was, it had a slight cigarette odor in the car, I was concerned only because I would have hate for them to mistaken the smoker for me. Also the remote key didn’t work, the car could use some slight mechanic work and lastly the car appearance inside could have been better. But given that the rental was last min and they allowed debit card rentals, I couldn’t have been more satisfied! Thanks for the superior service.

Rented an SUV from Rentheim for the July 4th weekend, due to unforeseen circumstances I had to take a compact instead. And although it wasn’t the car I rented, my rental was adjusted and refunded back to my card. However I was very pleased with David’s professionalism and customer service. Because of David I’ll be a returning customer hopefully soon!!

The rental process was quick and simple. No long lines to wait in. Car was clean and ready to go. Staff was friendly and pleasant to work with. They really came through for me when other rental companies wouldn’t. I would definitely recommend them for a hassle free experience.

Rented from them there were a few minor issues reaching out to customer service my issues were researched and resolved without hesitation. Cash rentals are hard but this company took my payment verified my info and I received confirmation right away. I would use again and recommend this company.

This was the easiest rental I’ve used. I was able to use my debit card, with a deposit, that I got back about a week after I returned the car.They weren’t even present when I got the car due to arriving late and they still had a car waiting for me. I even locked the keys in the car and they were able to open the doors for me within seconds!I will use them every time I come into town from now on!

I highly recommend this rental car company. I have rented for almost 4 months and have not had one complaint. They are very accommodating and go above and beyond to keep the customer happy. The one time I have had a concern with the car the owner immediately took care of it without any problem. The cars are all newer up to date models and the rates are great! Renthiem is not like other cash car rentals that I have dealt with where they are way overpriced and have old broken down cars!

Needed a rental coming in town from Houston. I’m 24 not quite 25 however this company was great! Everything was a easy process. I reserved the car online and came in, I waited less than 5 minutes. Great company! I will use them again when I’m in Vegas

Had a prepayed rental with them, the vehicle we rented was in a fender bender they said they would contact other customers to see if they would switch out for smaller vehicle. Didnt get a person to do so and now out of a vehicle in an emergency situation. Gave numbers for other rental companies. Had to ask for my money refund. They refunded thre money then charged us again. Claiming that its not on them.They contacted my wife and said it was confusion and they would comp a vehicle. It happened and great timing, had to go to a funeral this past weekend. Had a equinox and while the gas mileage wasnt great the car itself was good. While we were picking up the car, the rep made a joke about chevy vehicles,. Was receptive and helpful. Apologized for the bad timing, fully explained how the car situation came about. After a few weeks my bank told me that it wasnt on Rentheim but their system that pushed the charge through after it was refunded the first time. Would actually go through them again, plus they are cheaper than most rentals.

Rentheim did exactly what they said they would. It was not the conventional way of car rental. Was all done online and then you go pickup car. Easy debit card car rental place. It was pretty easy renting the car. The car was clean and efficient for my stay in Las Vegas. My sister and I both rented vehicles and we were satisfied. We received our deposits back the next day. I suggest using cash app for a faster next day refund. My only complaint was figuring out a ride to the airport after we returned the vehicles in which my sissy and i didnt take into consideration. Also clean out the cars before dropping them off because there are no trash cans around.

We got turned down from Enterprise because they were asking for so much paper work and what not which is simply absurd just to rent a car. But over at Rentheim they make it easy for you. Didn’t think it would play out so well. Rentheim made it possible for me to pay with cash which was real important at the time. I didn’t have my debit card so I was worried I wouldn’t be able to rent anywhere until I came across rentheim. The Rate was cheaper than major rental agencies like dollar car or enterprise.
