Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Micheal B was awesome, we didnt make reservations for a vehicle and Mike was able to put my wife and I in a brand new ride. Thanks Mike B, keep up the good work and making Budget car rental my go to car rental when were in Vegas.
The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful and made no effort to be. However, the price was good so I didnt put a score of 1 or 0. Also, the location closed at 4:30pm and did not allow me to return the car after that time. There was no key drop or any way to return the car after 4:30pm. Alternative drop off areas were not allowed either. Very unhelpful and impractical!
We booked a car in advance for a good price. Because the scanner did not accept our international licences they did no give us the car. The stuff dont lift any finger to help us.By the way. With Hertz was not a problem at all. Friendly and competent. Not like this folks here.
I have rented with Budget numerous times with excellent customer service and great experiences. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for this rental location, nor its employees. This was by far the worst rental car experience I have ever had. The car was dirty on pick-up after waiting an hour after my reservation time. The car almost left us stranded and the upon drop-off the staff could care less. Do not rent at this location.

I paid additional to pick up my car 2 hours early because we had plans. On the day I was scheduled to pick up my car, I received an email telling me my car was ready. I arrived at the rental car location only to be met with a very long line of very angry customers. The office did not have enough cars for everyone who made reservations. At one point, we were told that some cars were being brought from another location. A handful of cars were brought and those at the front of the line got them. The rest of us had to stand there and wait until a car was returned. THREE hours I had to stand on a sidewalk in 99 degree heat. After the initial notification that some cars were being brought over, there was no other communication with us. When the gentleman came out to tell us what was going on (the one and only time) we were told we could not leave the line or we would lose our spot. I spent a full half a day of my vacation standing on that pavement. They wouldnt even let any of us use the restroom. We had to take turns holding each others place in line and walk down the street to try to find a restaurant that would let us in. This was the most disgraceful lack of any consideration of the customers.
If I could give a negative 1 star, I would! Costumer service is extremely rude! I have never seen or have encountered a rude costumer service. Today is August 28,2021. They’re taking an hour for each costumer they’re service. So I asked if they’re something wrong with their system. The African American customer service guy aggressively responded that we can take our business somewhere else. He then prompted the other guy to not serve us while continue to yell at us. Extremely rude! We gladly left and took our business somewhere else! Dont come to this place!!!
I rented the blue convertible mustang. It was very clean before I rented it and I would highly recommend this car rental service over anyone else. I searched for a long time trying to find the best deal and this won by far. Great service, low rates, and they dont charge ridiculous fees. I drove it to LA and back and the trip went smoothly. I am always going to be coming here 1st from now on!

Customer service sucks! Staff was very blah. Had ridiculous rules on the gas. Documented on paperwork that the car was full and it was barely over half a tank. I tried to call and tell them when I left but I picked up car when they were closed and so no one available to tell. Of course, nothing I could do to prove it and so I had to fill the tank before return. Also told me that I had to fill the tank at a station within 5 miles of the store. The car itself was brand new, clean, and had great AC.
Hidden Fees Galore!! Such a predatory operation. Taking advantage of folks in need. I watched every customer question inflated charges. This place is awful.Our Budget representative was respectful and courteous. This is the only reason I’m giving them two stars. I’d prefer to give them ZERO stars. But I do also believe that he was in on the shenanigans(price gauging) too.Never ever rent from this location!! It’s a rip off!! We waited in line for 1 hour and a half. The vehicle that we received was filthy before and after they “washed” it.
Very rude customer service. They promised a customer for a convertible and was answering his questions so rudely.There is just one person and just remember that it takes at least an hour for somebody to assist you for getting a vehicle as well to return it back.

I rented Nissan Pathfinder for 6 days. First I was scared to drive such a big car (7 people to fit) but as soon as I started driving there was no doubts about my choice. I did a solo trip and drove about 900miles. And I used 1.5 tank of gas for entire trip. I did booking through Costco Travel and overall paired about $300 in total for everything including gas. Car has everything for your convenient. However if you have more than 5 people traveling in this car and have a lot of baggage, the trunk is too small to fit more than 3-4 cases.Service at the office was fast however Monday morning was pretty busy and it was a line. But everyone was patient and helpful and as fast as they could. Drop off was quick and very friendly.I will def use same spot to rent or to recommend for renting.
Dont waste your vacation time renting from Budget at 3041 S Las Vegas Blvd.! Like many other reviewers, we experienced over a 2 hour wait trying to get a car. They have PLENTY of cars between their small lot and the lot they use across the street. The issue is the lack of organization/efficiency between the 2 men who were working behind the counter. They were literally running around like chickens with their heads cut off, getting in each others way, and accomplishing very little. We watched repeatedly as they attempted to switch customers paperwork on them, upsell them on things they really didnt need, and tried to swap cars on customers by stating their assigned car wasnt available (ours was just across the street). They were able to get a whopping 4 cars off their lot in the 2 hours we were there. It was not the fault of the young men working in the lot trying to clean the cars as fast as they were coming in when there were other cars ready to go across the street.When we dropped the car off 2 days later, there was a long line again waiting to be served and we thought we were going to be stuck for hours again. To our amazement, the woman working behind the counter who was processing the paperwork that day was extremely efficient. She easily got through double the volume of customers in half the time.Heed the warning others have given and dont waste your time in Vegas standing in a car rental line. I wish I had paid attention to the Google reviews before we booked the car for our vacation.
This place has the worst customer service.Not only is the main person rude, but they wanted a large deposit.I lived in Vegas and the manager charged me extra cause I had a Las Vegas License.Then we had to wait on rental, they were being cleaned.My mother cannot stand, she is blind,and can’t hear.I felt bad for her.she was going to pay for the rental which is not allowed.because she was not driving. Really.the only reason I went with them is because the airport was really expensive and they where the ones that suggested this place.There is no room In The lot, I was told they were moving it is right next door.I will not go back to them at all. I would rather go with Hertz or enterpriseThere staff needs to be fired, and all new people to replace, they have courtesy issues, and to charge an extra three hundred, really sucked. 09-11-2021 I don’t know the guys name because he didn’t say it but he was so rude and dry . I wanted to book a car over the phone and he told me to go online and the transferred me to central. After calling again he kept me on hold . This was at 4:55 pm Las Vegas time . I tried to call back but he gave the phone to Criss and he claimed he don’t know his coworker !!
The store is tiny and not aesthetically pleasing. One in-store agent at this location is not ideal. We entered the store on Wednesday June 24 at 8:23am and left at 9:12am. I felt sorry for the agent as he was doing EVERYTHING!! It was a great location (within walking distance) from our hotel.
Michael was friendly and professional, car was available and I prepaid online. Had to wait 10-15 minutes for them to finish getting the car ready. Otherwise would give 5 stars.
Service was fast, friendly, and reasonable. Location is garbage though. No real parking lot, terrible roads, and felt a little sketchy. With location so close to the strip, I would use them again despite the downsides. Corporate - hook these guys up with a better parking lot and better office space. They work hard here!
Picking up the car there was over a 1 hour wait (and this after I got my paperwork). Kept being told they were very busy, but cleaning my car right now. After waiting outside for 45 minutes, I noticed my issued car (by the license plate on my agreement) was parked right across from where I was standing/waiting in front of the building and not in the cleaning area. I walked over to the car and it was sitting there uncleaned with trash inside. I went back into the building and told them. They told me they were shorthanded today???? Return was just as bad. Waited over an hour to return a car? Just a terrible experience
Omg a life saver! So professional, friendly and helpful when everything went haywire. Even upgraded our vehicle. Wonderful staff so very thankful for their service and help.
Marquis has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Negative attitude, no name badge, extremely rude. Brandon and Sharon made the experience towards the end more enjoyable with his awesome personality very fun to talk to and that’s why I made it two stars.
Tried getting car thru Priceline originally for 145$ plus I paid 40 thru the insurance Priceline offered. They told me I couldnt use the 40$ insurance when I got there, they added on all these extra fees and by the time I was done I was paying 300$. I got a taxi to this place from the airport because I thought it would be cheaper than the rental car places at the airport, I was wrong. Do not go to this place. If you go through priceline, expedia, or any 3rd party company call the company directly after to find out all the extra fees there are adding on to find the real price of the car.
Only rental car place on the strip and the owners know it. We were charged twice the advertised internet price. The attitude and comment was take it or leave it, you can go somewhere else. Only 2 people working, waited over an hour renting and returning for a damaged Corolla @ $155 (not including the fuel for 24 hours). Rent at the airport, this branch is awful.
We rented (well in advance) a 15 passenger van. When my husband went to pick it up he was told they didnt have one available. When we explained that we had x number of people going on this trip they basically said tough luck. When asked what options we had... they said they would rent us 2 vehicles which still didnt add up to the number of people we had (and the ones that were lucky enough to be able to go had to squeeze in the small SUV without 3rd row) we ended up having to leave 5 members of our party who missed out on seeing the Grand Canyon. If you have a large party and must have a van like we did, really consider going elsewhere!
They gave me a car without a license plate and it smelled inside. I didn’t have time to complain so I took the car. I did notice other cars in Las Vegas without plates. Perhaps this is somehow acceptable in Clark County. ***you must fill up the car within five miles of the car return venue and show receipt or they will charge you around 50.00! Beware!***
Rented a vehicle for 5 days at a reasonable price. The car was clean and worked perfect for our needs to get us back and forth to the ice rinks and get in some sight seeing. The pick up process was frustrating, but returning went smooth. The manager went out of his way to make sure we were happy and had a good experience.
The experience enjoyable because it was so easy. The vehicle was clean, customer service was professional and pick up and drop off was convenient. The shuttle to the airport was nice too.
The counter gentleman was very accommodating and willing to help. The complaint that I have is when he and I opened the vehicle to inspect it it absolutely wreaked of marijuana. Had to drive all the way to Kingman Arizona with the windows down and still did not get rid of the smell.
Had an issue with Check Engine light - spent several hours with another Budget branch and road assistance - nobody was willing to help. Gave a call to service support - same - zero help. When I came back to returning location nobody even paid attention to my questions about the light and bad support.
Waited 3 hrs, past my reserved time, in 98 degrees outside for a vehicle. This vehicle was reserved and paid in full ahead of time. No chairs, no water. Dangerous. No employee came out and said what was going on, or that they were sorry for the delay. Never will rent from budget again.
Just rent somewhere else.As many others stated worst experience I’ve ever had renting a car. Took us more than an hour after reservation to get with an employee and receive our car. The employee asked me if I wanted coverage and I declined the coverage even asked me what car insurance and I told him. Later after the car is returned checking my credit card to see if the hold was lifted I see a charge on my card. I look back at all my stuff and I was opt into Loss Damage Waiver when I declined everything. Customer service said they can only refund 30% because the contract is already closed but I never knew about the charge! So shady! Stay away and just pay extra to get it from somewhere else or the airport! The only thing nice about this place were the people cleaning the cars.
YOU MUST BE AWARE, no matter what price this website says up front, and you pay for, THAT WILL NOT BE THE FINAL PRICE. I prepaid for my car, $240. I checked in 24hrs prior as they asked and my price went to $419. Once at the airport and picking up the car price was then $483! The worst was when dropping the car off. FINAL PRICE!!! $836. I was shell shocked and I argued, I disputed. Took an extra month of calls but I did get $140 knocked off. NOT NEARLY enough. Do yourself a favor, pay extra up front and rent with another company.
Worst experience ever. If I can give 0 star, I will. I paid a lot for a car rental for basically less than a day. I prepaid everything, still I waited for an hour to pick up the car. Only 2 customers were ahead of me but still, it took forever for my turn. After I signed the paperwork, I still have to wait for an additional 20 mins because the car wasn’t ready yet. They have to clean/sanitize the car. Upon returning, we still have to wait even if i bought insurance from them and prepaid gas. We wasted an hour upon return. We will never go back to this place. Worst experience ever!!! Don’t go to this place!!!
I should have listened to all of the other terrible reviews. I booked a car 24hr in advance and when I showed up they said they were all out of cars and unable to provide any further assistance :-(

I have been on the phone trying to get it figured it out with them and have been passed around from person to person since 8am it is now 11 am and they hung up on me. I have explained politely to every person the situation. If I put a security deposit on my card and when the vehicle is returned in good condition on full tank and the refund was never returned!! Thieves!! Dont trust them!!
I feel like I got fast talked and took advantage of. I specifically told the agent that I did not want insurance, I would use my own and the paperwork he had me sign was misleading because he had my total at $317 and he said my card would be charged that amount but when I returned the car it was 401 and he said I added the insurance in which I know I did not and specifically told him NO. So he was like you initialed it right here (which I did) but I trusted the agent to give me the services I asked for and not add $84 worth of insurance in which I did not ask for and have me to inital it hurriedly.

When I reserved the vehicle, the price was $224 or so. I do not understand why I was then charged $267 when I picked up the car. The staff person had no explanation. Why was I charged $30 more?

Rented it online for two days for $142. Brought it back and now my card has to additional charges on it for $58 and $107. Car was nice tho. Salesman tries to rush us to sign paperwork and looked irritated that I wanted all charges explained.
Awful experience at this location. It took 40 min to just be acknowledged, and that was just to ask me to step outside until they could help me. The person ahead of us had been there 2 hours with both employees helping him (they had no vehicle for him). When I was helped, the employees talked to each other, interrupted each other, answered the phone and helped others.. the ENTIRE time. On top of that, the employee was rude about carrying extra car coverage and presented in a VERY pushy way. I told him absolutely no extra coverage. I was charged almost $100 more than quoted. He told me it would go down when I brought a gas receipt back upon return. When I did, I found out that he STILL snuck extra coverage in that was built into my bill. I have this being contested which has taken additional time and energy. Everyone there that day was very unhappy. Save yourself a headache and time and go elsewhere!!
This place is completely horrible! From the staff to the so called “customer service” I took advantage of a promotion they had “30% off for First time renters” I had to pre pay which I did and never received the discount when I questioned the staff about it I was told to either “cancel the reservation or deal with it” I left my information for the manager “jay” and never heard back! It’s been 5 plus days and yet to still hear back. Stood on hold for over 2 hours with the “customer service” team who kept giving a run around, they said it was “applied” I have screenshots of it never being applied. I just ate this one but it’s safe to say well stick to renting through Enterprise in the future! Would give a 0 if possible. Take your money else where this place is garbage! They offered a $40 credit for a next rental I told them to keep it cause I will never rent from them again! 0/5
I was over charged for gas that I was told I didnt need to replace. I was charged $47 almost $48 for less than 6 gallons of gas. I filled the gas 2 days prior to returning the car and it cost me $29 to fill. So I dont know why I was charged so much for so little gas. So to answer the question of if Ill recommend you to a friend. Lol hell no not after you rip me off
TERRIBLE PLACE TO RENT FROM....The car rented had no plates on it (front or back). That was alarming, as it causes unnecessary attention from police. Also, for it to be a brand new car with only 1600 miles on it, it was awful on gas. To go from Las Vegas, NV to Los Angeles, CA (286 miles), I had to fill the gas tank twice one way. In my own car, I would only need one full tank of gas one way. Customer service returning the vehicle was terrible. The woman checking the car did not communicate what was happening; she just took the keys and paper and said wait inside. There was no reason as to why. I didnt find out she had to check the car until I went inside and was told I couldnt check out yet. When I tried to explain to the representative about the gas tank needing to be checked, he seemed uninterested.I am highly disappointed and will not be renting from here again.
I have traveled a lot and rented cars but this time was a disaster. We arrived at the rental place in Vegas to pick up our van and they could not find the keys to the van we rented so they gave us some other van that had just arrived and they said they did not have time to clean to take it or leave it. Basically they did not care. We get in the van and its disgusting plus the air conditioning knob and cup holder was broken. I asked if they could at least give us a discount since this was not our fault but they did not seem to care how we felt. I will definitely never rent at Budget again and will totally share this experience with my family and friends.
I agree with others who have left a review. This budget is scandalous. I have rented from several car rentals and have never had such a bad experience. They told us the computer automatically charges for gas and it would be refunded which was a lie. We denied any coverage and they still added it to the bill. Our prepayment had another $250 in charges after drop off. I would never recommend this location!
Worst customer service experience at this location on the strip. They gave our car away after saying they would hold it for two hours. Budget will no longer receive my business. Would highly suggest renting with another company.
Wish I would have looked at the past reviews before I rented from this place! I rented the car three Priceline for $286..when I got there..they said it was going to be $414..didn’t really have any other choice..I had taken a cab from the airport to rental place! I needed to have a car..I said fine! When I checked my bank account they had put a hold on my account for $700..I talked to Priceline and they said the car rental place they were told there was no final receipt yet! I returned the car yesterday! This place is a complete scam! DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION! Nothing you get will be the price you were quoted..not even close! I would rate it lower if I could! Horrible customer service! Next time I’ll stick with renting from the airport! At least they are straight up with you!!
Zero stars. Left waiting 90 minutes for my car while other people were getting the rental right away. They were having other cars available but no other option was ever offered. Zero customer service. Stay very far away.
The pickup site was very inadequate to handle the business, only one person to check out a car. He was very polite, but didnt listen when I said no insurance. I thought he heard me, because he asked who my car insurance was with, yet I was still billed for loss damage waiver. When I called customer service they were able to take off 30% of this charge, the rest might be removed by visiting the same rental site. I had already paid an additional,$25 to drop off at the airport, but since I had a little time to spare went back downtown. Well, there was a line out the door, and since it took 45 minutes to rent me a car, I knew there was not enough time to discuss my previous transaction. Drop off at the airport was no problem.
This location has some sheisty individuals working here. They stole money from me by putting bogus charges on my rental after I had already left the state. They are playing with peoples’ & their lives with these kind of acts.
The customer service at the facility to pick up our car was terrible. We had to wait an hour in line outside before we were able to receive our rental vehicle. I will avoid Budget for vehicle rental going forward at all costs.
I was quite unhappy about prepaying on an agreed amount and then after returning the car was hit with almost 60 dollars in taxes . It should have all been included in the prepaid agreed price .
Flew into vegas and figured if I can save a few bucks then why not, so instead of renting at theairport I ubered to this location and got a 50% off deal. Problem is, if I had a chance to do it again I would get it from the airport.Reasons why I disliked this place:1) Guy at the desk with glasses was probably one of the most careless I dont give a f__k attitude individuals Ive had to deal with in a long time. I mean you work customer service, maybe this gig aint for you? Plenty of other jobs where you dont have to deal with people.2) Got a car that reeked of cigarettes. Someone clearly smoked in it very recently. At first we couldnt tell, we just wanted to just get this experience over with and leave the place. Something like this would have never happen at the airport.3) Place is super shady looking. I mean how does Budget put their name on a place like that. Small office, nothing on the walls, a desk, printer and just some guy who couldnt care less about anything, i had so many thoughts going through my head like, what am I doing here, for 200$ less I gotta deal with this?I had my own insurance but the guy almost made it sound like he would make my life a misearable hell if i came back with a scratch or dent on a car.Gotta say, i took care of the car, cleaned the heck out of it, pretty much spent 2 hours detailing a car so I dont get a surprise charge few days later. When I came to return it, the fella was in much better mood which was a nice change (maybe had a bad day before? Does not look like it from other reviews lmao). Anyway, car was returned, thankfully no surprise charges, ive been trying to forget about this experience, but it just lingers there in the back of my head which is why I figured Id say a few words to warn others. I feel much better now.Anyway, my wife and I travel to vegas every few years, I can promise you that this place wont get my business again. I like Budget as a company but airport location and airport prices will do. I dont need this kind of negativity in my life especially when i try to escape my own stressful life for a few days.
The car we rented was very clean inside and out. Upon returning the car I got phenomenal customer service. I could not find a gas station to fill the tank and Johnny R lead me in the right direction. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend this budget for rental car service in Vegas.

This is probably the worst rental company I’ve associated with. The line took 2 hours just to get to the counter to be told they don’t have the car I reserved. The person was rude and exasperating. Using phrases like, “you can talk to the manager but he won’t do anything” or “If you want the car you reserved, come back tomorrow and we can check for you” or “this is what happens when you get discounts on your rental.”We ended up with smaller car for 6 people with luggages and full of teenagers all crammed in like a sardine.The worst part of it is, they limited the states where we can drive the car to that is supposed to be “Unlimited Mileage” to “you can only drive this car to these four states.” I asked what happens if I drive to Idaho bordering Utah, the lady said “why don’t you try it? We will charge you by mileage instead.” Then she added, “Drive it to the border of Utah then rent another car to cross Idaho.” I literally had to rent another car to get us to Yellowstone National Park. Awful experience and awful company. Back to Avis! Don’t bother.

The representative we spoke to was dishonest about daily insurance on our rental, customer service was not able to help after waiting on hold for over 30 min and trying to change my reservation or get help at the local office led to a line that constantly gave a busy sign. I will never book with Budget again.
When we got there to pick up the car Nobody was there. The office was locked we had to stand outside for 45 min or more. Didnt have nowhere to go. I saw the person that checks in the car. And I asked where is the agent her reply was Well we gotta eat lunch also My question why would everybody go to lunch at the same time. When the agent returned he was so nasty. I asked about returning the car early he said I couldnt. My flight was it 8:00 they dont open till. 7:30.I went to the Budget at the airport and asked about returning the car there. They were very helpful. But O wouldnt yse budget again....

My car battery died one day. I called for the roadside assistance. 1.5 hours later I had still not heard anything but was able to get a stranger to help me jump the car. I cancelled the service they said great they had not ever sent anyone yet. 1 month later I got a bill from them. They claim that the service showed up an hour an a half after I had cancelled it. I provided my phone logs to show that when I had called and called again to cancel but they are claiming they have no records of that.
Friendly hard working staff got the job done and were very accommodating.
Long line, push to buy additional insurance coverage, sketchy part of town, understaffed, not what I expect from Budget car rental. Saving grace was the friendly guy cleaning cars and getting you going with your rental. Ill skip this place next time and get my rental at the airport.

This car rental was the worst experience I have ever encountered. I have travelled for business and pleasure for the last 35 years and have never been so dissatisfied with this car rental agency. Cars were not available as reserved. Employees were overwhelmed with amount of customers who were waiting for cars. This branch takes reservations without having available cars. Cars were rented out only when a car was returned and customers were forced to wait (even those with reservations) in the hopes that a car would be returned.
Customer service is nothing short of terrible. They are unwilling to work on problems when they arrive. The conversation was extremely rude. Highly recommend paying a little extra for Hertz or enterprise in these days of travel uncertainty.
It took over two hrs (3041 Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, location), from the time we stood in line for the vehicle till we drove off. Once we got to the counter, it took about 10mins. But then we had to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned. I think vehicles should be cleaned beforehand. I wasnt informed there would be an additional $100 hold on my credit card. I was charged (and not given the option) for full tank of gas. Unprofessional etc.

Great customer service, both in person when picking up the car and over the phone. Got a really good deal on the rental car and the staff was professional, quick to check me in and out, and very pleasant.
If could give zero stars I would.Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Starting from the first person we dealt with and it only got worse from there. It took 3 hours and unloading the luggage from one car to another then back to first all because there was paperwork errors. It was so bad the manager was overheard as he walked away How the F#$k did this happen. Then was promised compensation and got nothing. . Tried to call numerous times to resolve this. Use any other car rental when going to Las Vegas.
The car is well maintained, nice and clean, no smoking or others bad smell. I got brand new car, only 300 miles. The price is cheaper than others rental car company. And.... I left or lost my Bose earbuds in the car and 2 days later... I called them... and still there. I got my earbuds back. Appreciated that.
It took over 90 minutes to get my car. The car I was given wasnt the size I rented. There was one person working and tried to upcharge me everything.
One person working at pickup budget off site lasVegas Couple ahead of us said they waiting over 2-1/2 hrs with only 2 people ahead of them budget should train the three people getting cars ready how to check people in the guy behind counter should stock shelfs at Wal Mart then was charged 48$ rsn lock out of car fee didnt need that I carry keys with me were ever I go for 40 yrs Off site location not open for car return so charged extra fee$25 +tax fees etc. To drop off at airport then arrived at drop off theres a guy (budget worker)sleeping in vehicle blocking entrance to return site
Three main issues with my experience with this particular branch at the Las Vegas airport:1. We were in an accident, rear ended on Interstate 15 heading back towards Las Vegas after our road trip to California. We were in Baker, California, where there were no ubers available. We called Budget Rental per their rental agreement process, in which they initially told us to leave the damaged vehicle, which at this point was ineligible to drive, and to catch a ride to the nearest “safe” location where they will pay $100 towards a motel room. Then they told us they will be able to send a tow service to get the damaged vehicle in addition to a RideShare option that could only take us, 5 passengers, 50 miles out in which we should be able to capture an Uber from there. Budget continued to give inconsistent instructions concerning the safety and well being of their customers in this incident2. We sat on the side of I-15 for 3 hours, in which we kept calling the Budget Rental customer service line asking them when the car will be picked up and when will they be sending the RideShare option to carry us 50 miles out. Each time we called, we had to reiterate the incident in terms of what happened, location, etc. which became really frustrating especially considering the trauma we had all just experienced. At this point, the Police Officers who had been staying with us instructed the car be moved in which we told them Budget had not sent a tow service or RideShare option out. The police officers/ highway patrol officers then informed us that leaving the car where it was was deemed a safety hazard and had to be moved. The officers radios their team and within 15 minutes a tow truck arrived (the police officers had called). The tow truck then drove us 5 miles up the road to the nearest rest stop where we again proceeded to call Budget rental asking for an update status on the tow truck and ride share option.3. After now having had waiting a total of 6 hours (3 on the side of the road and 3 at the rest stop) the tow truck arrived but by this point the police officers had instructed their tow service to impound the vehicle due to Budget not coming to retain. Mind you, the tow truck was sent ONLY to collect the damaged car, no Ride Share option was sent to carry all passengers 50 miles towards their destination, after Budget representatives had repeatedly claimed they would send that option. At this point, once the tow truck realized it did not have a car to collect he then proceeded to leave us, so we were yet without a ride and stranded in a very unfamiliar place with no access to transportation (not even public). Undergoing all of this trauma, we ended up paying to catch a ride with a hitch hiker, again a stranger to us.To sum the horrible and dissatisfying experience up, budget rental Las Vegas Nevada Airport specifically, has penalized the victims of the accident by invoicing a $200 tow servicing bill and in which their Revenue Reconciliation Specialist demanded be paid or otherwise sent to collections. The issue with the bill is, the tow service was not received, ride share was not received, budget didn’t do anything to help get us back to our destination besides penalize us with a bill. The Revenue Specialist’s customer service was very unprofessional and lacked transparency as we tried to better understand the policy in which she was referencing.All and all, I would highly recommend NEVER renting from the Las Vegas Airport Budget/Avis car rental service. Their ability to assist their customers in the most desperate times of need have shown that they do not care about their customers and indeed instead capitalize on their financial gains as a top priority. and I understand that not everyone is going to get into an accident or plan to be rear ended on their vacation away from home, but these things happen unfortunately and in the case that they do, you’d want to be sure you have the right company with the right resources and protection policy as well as communication strategy. Budget is not it!

I use Budget whenever I travel but this was the worst experience that I have had renting from Budget as people were lined up for hours trying to get the vehicles they had reserved. I wont rent from this location again.

This place was a hot mess, my pick-up time was at 12:30, I was there early. When I get to the location everyone was standing outside with the timeframes to an hour or two waiting for someone to check them in a car. They had one person working on the inside and I waited for 3 hours. I will never rent from them and I DO NOT recommend it.
Rented a car in Las Vegas. It took us 40 min to just get the processing started which delayed our scheduled plans . It is impossible to return at another location, which was 10 min away .
Wish could give 0 star. Made some modified changes without confirmation. Also asking 200$ more after already paying the first agreement deal. They’ll rip you off as much as possible
I’ve been waiting in line for over an hour outside Budget and they have served 2 customers. There are still 3 people ahead of me. This is not how I planned to spend my short time in Vegas. My group is hungry and it looks like we are facing a 2 1/2 hour wait. Do NOT rent from this location.
We were greeted by a very friendly staff. The service was quick, easy and professional. Picking the car up and dropping it off was so much easier than at the airport. This particular location off Las Vegas Blvd, was the best ever!!! See Sonia Hill and have your car rentals made easy.Thanks Sonia
Theirs a pandemic going on and the car was NOT clean on the inside or outside. We found an orange, the drivers side windshield had tape residue on it along with hand prints. Crumbs just a filthy car.
By far the worst car rental experience I have ever had! Was charged all sorts of additional fees and was charged on the incorrect card causing a huge issue with my credit card company, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I was also told I wouldn’t be charged for an extra day because it was due to a flight change because of COVID, a month and a half later I was charged an additional $411!! They blamed that on computer transaction issues. So in total a car that was parked at a hotel for 4 days cost over $525! A basic car at that. I’ve rented many cars while on vacation and never paid this much money, and actually used the car for a full week.
