I needed a car rental without a credit card. EPik was there. deposit was cheap for instate and I received it back when I returned the car. cars were newer models and drove smoothly. no issues as I enjoyed my smooth transaction

I have to say I am very happy with my all around experience with this store, Also my vehicle I rented. Rental process was SO simple, direct, and informative. Had to extend my rental and they were very accommodating.

Great place for the people who have a hard time renting cars from the bigger name brand rental companies. If you dont use a big bank or have a major credit card, that would be a deal breaker for places like Hurtz and Enterprise. Well, not here, all you need is cash and a valid drivers license and youre golden.

This is unreal I have to post a review but they left me no choice. Switched cars on me after I left a $350.00 deposit for a different car. When they brought it up they said there was an issue with the car they initially showed me and it wasnt safe. Some tall guy named Allen started calling me telling me to bring the car back because they thought i had the original car they were going to rent me. They cant even keep their own inventory in check. When I returned the car Saturday they apologized for the mix up but kept $200.00 of my deposit because they claimed there was smoking in the car. 1st off I absolutely dont smoke and no one in my family does so this was unacceptable as they claimed it would incur cleaning costs. I dont care what they have to do, no one was smoking in the 3 days I had the car. This whole experience was a train wreck and i would not advise renting from Epik.

Renting a car here is extremely easy, however they will overcharge you they will tell you one price over the phone and when you get here they will change the prices, they also kept my $40 for mileage that I did not use, the cars check engine light was on the sunglass holder did not stay closed only one of the windows tinted and the car had a gas fumes coming from it whenever I would turn it off... pick your poison when dealing with this company.

This place ?! Unprofessional and they like to scam people out of their money . They had my mother-in-law thinking she was on her way to pick up a mini van just for her to get there and pick up a raggedy Kia Soul . When she got it the wheel alignment was messed and the car smelled like smoke . The service was all around bad and they DONT tell you that they put a low-jack on the car so that if you go a certain distance the car shuts off . SAVE YOUR MONEY !!!

This place is horrible!! Please don’t EVER rent from these two guys and their awful business. They scam you and take so much of your money. All of their cars are awful. They’re tires are low, check engine lights are on, you name it, the lights probably on. Alain and Mark are some sketchy dudes with a sketchy business. One of their cars was even reported stolen and the cops were over at their business! Please do yourself a favor and don’t ever rent from these guys. Ever. There is a lot more options for you!

DO NOT COME HERE! SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED $$! I rented a car for 3 days. The man who helped me (ALLEN) harassed me 2 days into my rental for my cash app name! What does that have to do with anything? I refused to give it to him. When I returned the car, he returned less than half of my deposit. When I asked why my deposit was short $200 he said because of the late fees. It didnt make sense because the car was returned on time!!!! I asked to show me where it mentions late fees and the rates for them in my contract and he all of a sudden didnt speak English anymore! Again when he harassing me for my cash app name he spoke so clear and aggressively but when I asked about why my deposit was short, he kept saying he didnt understand. I spent over 1,000 (deposit not included) for a 3day rental. EPIK CAR RENTAL IS NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE! GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!!

I had reserved a car from another service but when I got there they had nothing left or were going to charge twice what they had quoted. I was so upset since I had planned to drive to see my dying sister!Thank goodness I found these guys. Not only did they rent me a car on the spot they were they same price that the loser company quoted. They saved me and I was on the road to my sister in about 30 minutes. The guys are all personable and customer service minded.I highly recommend Epik!

Death traps!! 2 options available. 1 with a check engine light, parking break sensor stuck on, and a deployed airbag. . Or 1 with a badly damaged tie rod and steering column. Great rentals if you take out life insurance policies on that special someone 😀
