Saved our trip from getting ruined, thank you for all the help. We rent in LA and then after 3 days we fly to vegas and here Eagle to help us again.
Reminded me of Rent-A-Wreck, the SUV was almost 5 yrs old but it ran ok. Intened on renting and paid for 2 weeks, but trip was cancled. When we returned 2 days later they gave us a partial refund, keeping $1500... And kept teminding us that he didnt have to do it as per rental agreement... It is what it is. If u dont have a major cc, you pay out the, @$$.
This car rental seemed a bit sketchy, but due to circumstances we tried it out. A bit pricey, and we left something in the vehicle that was used to pick us up, but when we called for the item, David stated that they dont check inside cars before handing it to the customers. Another customer had already rented out the Optima that had our item inside. During the first day of using the car, the engine light came on, and when David was called, he said dont worry about it, just check it out when you go to a gas station. This showed that safety was not a priority! The engine light stayed on the entire usage. When we returned the car on Saturday, we were told that the deposit of $200 would be seen in my account in 2 business days. Tuesday came, and nothing was in there. When I contacted David, who is supposedly the manager, but is more like the owner, he stated that he is busy and would be in the office in an hour. 2.5 hours later, I called back, and he rushed off the phone by saying he was with a customer. Then he texts the receipt of refund, which was just processed after he rushed off the phone. I returned the car on Saturday, May 1, and the deposit refund was just processed to be refunded on May 4, 2021. When I called to get answers as to why he just now processed my refund, my calls went directly to voicemail.Its quite disturbing, because we honestly were considering on using this car rental again, but due to these circumstances, we will not be using Eagle Car Rental again.If you use this car rental, upon returning the vehicle, ask for a refund receipt. They will try to get you out of the door without a refund receipt or anything to sign.

My husband and I rented a car with another rental agency and they were closed when we arrived. Martin picked us up from the other rental company and worked after hours to get us in a car and on our way on our honeymoon. We’d had a horrible day due to a string of unfortunate travel instances but our experience at Eagle was a breath of fresh air. Thankful for a company that employs kind people like Martin who go above and beyond in terms of customer service.

I rented a car for two days and it came to like 600 dollars I called to ask the man can I turn the rental in a couple hours later he told me it was fine when I got there he said I told him 3:00 instead of 4:00 and then charged me 100 dollar late fee please don’t get a rental car from this place the rental cars are pretty beat up and they are charging like 250 dollars a day for a rental, then telling you it’s ok to keep the rental and charging you late fees when you get there STAY AWAY

I was very happy to pickup the 7-seater van rental. I had wanted to pickup the van early instead of noon. I called the Eagle rental agency and they obliged. The van was in a good condition and we all had a wonderful experience and not to forget about the great price

Nice clean car. Car was returned on time with a full tank of gas as agreed to. Was told at time of pickup that the $200 deposit would be returned....I am still awaiting that refund. Car was rented mid September. Can someone please assist me with getting my $200 back?

Great rental, customer service was outstanding, they rented me a car with my debit card which the other companies wouldnt do and they even picked me up from my hotel. Great location very close to the outlet center. Thanks for the service I would highly recommend.
Amazing service with such hospitality
I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my $200 deposit back. I was told it would be refunded upon return of the car, but that never happened. When I tried to call, phone goes straight to voicemail and the voicemail is full.
